This won't be a long review because Five Guys is a well know top tier fast food burger restaurant. So I assume the majority of people already know what they serve, which are burgers, fries, hotdogs, soda, and milkshakes. Upon entering, I noticed how clean the seating area was, which was impressive for how busy they were. They looked to be well staffed, the cooking area was full of employees, and our order was taken in a very prompt and polite manner. Everything at Five Guys is made to order, so I expect to wait a little while for the food to be prepared. They called my number for pick up faster than I expected, so that told me not only were they well staffed but the employees were taking their job seriously, that was a welcome surprise compared to many fast food establishments nowadays. They have one of those Coke machine that let's you choose many different varieties. I went with the Cherry Coke, and it was perfectly blended. The burgers were awesome as usual, and one order of large fries was more than enough for the 3 of us. My hats off to the employees for how clean and efficient they had the restaurant running that day

I wish Yelp did half stars because this is a 3.5. Service here is 5 stars. They are very friendly and food comes out fast. The burger was good. Better than fast food quality but not as good as a restaurant. I like that the fries are hand cut as well. My only gripe is the price. $18 for a burger, fries and a drink is a bit much. If I was in the area again I would stop back.

I was going to give 4 stars but the custo.er service put it over the top. I feel bad for restaurants right now. This particular one only had 2 tables for eat in. I was able to dine in. While I was eating, a guy got his food, left and then came back because his order was wrong. Without hesitation they made his order again. He was told to keep the wrong order as well because of their mistake. No issues, no attitude and there was a few apologies from the workers. It was nice to see. As for my food, a cheeseburger, little fries and a drink cost me $18 but it was just as good as I remember as its been many years since I've had food from Five Guys since the one closer to me closed down. I enjoyed it and will make a point to stop back there when I'm back in the area.

This deserves 5 ratings so I give 5 stars. Honestly they took there great time by cooking our orders, make the milkshake very delicious, and the peanuts were really good! And was polite and smiling:) But the only problem is that they have to clean this one table. But after all it was so good!!

Slop, I mean double cheeseburger, just unwrapped (had not touched it since removing from the foil wrap)

9 months after my last review, I gave it another shot since I really do love Five Guys, but this time was similar, just a little worse. Burgers/buns were completely crushed, smushed into nothingness. My bacon cheeseburger had no cheese. Fries and shakes were good though.

Very clean, fresh good food, and friendly service. Got my food in under 5 min and it was hot and fresh. Great spot for a quick bite

Stopped by for lunch, restaurant seemed clean and orderly. They have peanuts that you can bag up and take with you or munch on while waiting for your order. The menu is fairly simplistic just order a burger and add your favorite toppings. They do not come with fries and they must be ordered separately. The burgers were pretty good all members of my party enjoyed them including myself, the fries were fresh and hot and cut from skinned potatoes. After eating I felt full but not full enough, so I decided to go for one of their shakes. The shakes are $5 and they have a decent selection. I'm going to say the shake wasn't all that and maybe skip it and head to your locate ice cream joint. The prices are a bit high but on the verge of acceptable. All and all it was a pretty good quick meal and I will be heading back if the opportunity a raises.

Absolutely terrible customer service and experience! Ordered food at 6pm got it at 7:18pm. We ordered through their website and they told us we had to call door dash... we order through your website! You call door dash we used your site! We order burgers and fries along with milkshakes. Over $60 in food the burgers and fries arrived cold and soggy and the milkshakes were melted and warm. After being passed around and having fight they finally got Heather and Vicky who said they will refund the entire order... we will see! Beware!!! Do not use their delivery service!

Burger runn Cheesesteak…read more I've been told repeatedly to try the cheesesteaks here. On a previous visit I had the burgers and I thought they were very good. Though at my visit today I discovered they use Martin's potato rolls for the burgers. The place was a former deli and is tiny. I was greeted at the door and they took my order. Cheesesteak fried onions provolone. My go to order. The floor is tiled and slippery and I almost fell several times. It was around 4:15 so I thought I beat the dinner rush but apparently everyone orders from here on DoorDash or Uber Eats. At least a dz orders were picked up while I was waiting. I thought the wait was a little long.... But I stood there waiting for my sandwich. Finally a woman from the back come up front to address a problem with a chicken order and asked what I was waiting for.... A cheesesteak I replied and the counter woman that took my order grabbed a bag that was sitting in the pickup pile and handed it to me Alex? She asked yes I replied. I took my sandwich and got into my truck. At a red light I reached over to feel the bag... it was Luke warm. I expected my sandwich to be piping hot. Ggggggrrrrrrr. That is why I ordered at the place but the nearly 30 minute wait with the undetermined amount of time it was on the to go counter will you get the picture. On my arrival at home I opened the sandwich and snapped a photo. At this point it was barely warm. I prepared it with ketchup, hot pepper hoagie spread and my last slices sweet horseradish dill pickles. The first bite was underwhelming. Barely warm and the roll which was supposed to be sarcone's tasted more like amoroso. Onions were diced into fine cubes and I prefer more than the tiny amount provided. Overall taste was good but because it was nearly cold hard to actually evaluate. The overall sandwich had enough meat and a good meat to bread ratio. I found no trace of fat or grizzle. Maybe if circumstances were better I would have been happier but it did not reach the hype.

Weird. There was a sign in the door about $4 copper lager, one of my favorite beers. No dates or times listed. I asked our server about it and she mentioned it was on Tuesdays for club members. Nothing about that in the sign... Speaking of which, we've seen this server a bunch of times, but this was our first time with her. She was rude and inattentive. Dropped plates with no words. Barely checked on us. I don't know if she was in a bad mood or not bc I don't feel like we did anything to deserve the attitude. For almost $70 with tip, I expected more. Fuji's warm welcome and superb sushi clearly were the right choice once again! When you walk into this classic Japanese restaurant you can choose to head to the noisy Hibachi grill section where the chefs entertain, or you can choose the side where the sushi chefs are working their magic within view. What I really like is the wall ... if you want to enjoy a quiet meal of sushi and sashimi the wall keeps the comic performance from disturbing your tasting of the fresh seafood. Speaking of fresh seafood ... oh my! Each bite of our sushi offered that fresh flavor of the sea that you expect when eating raw fish. My specialty roll's flavors were so good ... SOOOOO GOOD!!!!! And, the regular rolls provided the simplistic tastes of the fish of choice. The service was outstanding, and it was hard to miss the staff's interaction with other customers. When you walk in you are greeted with a warm smile. You are checked on regularly but not overwhelmingly and your tea is refilled as needed. Finally, another mark of a quality restaurant that we have never tried but was clearly evident was the number of take out orders awaiting to be picked up. We saw smiling customer greeted by staff members as they picked up their take out. So, if you are confused by the choice of a buffet that will cost you $40 versus a quality restaurant where the food is made for you at half the price ... well, I made the right choice and you should too!

Parking was a challenge on a Friday night as every space was full and turning around in the back lot involves making a k turn around the other vehicles who are also looking for a spot. We ended up parking down the street and walking over. We were seated immediately, as the bar has ample seating, both high tops and regular tables. My bff wasn't in the mood for a cocktail so we opted for Arnold palmers. Now, I am a HUGE avocado fan and I had heard about their infamous avocado fries so I was super excited about trying them. That may or may not have been the main reason for my visit. The avocado fries are fresh large slices of avocado breaded in panko and fried with a sweet and tangy spicy mayo sauce. I loved them but my bff wasn't as excited. He informed me he isn't a huge fresh avocado fan, so this one is for the avocado lovers. We also opted for the chicken parm rollers which is described as "Chicken mixed with ricotta cheese, herbs and spices rolled in panko breadcrumbs served with house made marinara and shaved parmesan" - they are chicken meatballs. We expected something else and now that we've had them and I re-read the description I'm not sure what we had in mind but it wasn't this. They were just okay. I think if they were placed on a plate with seasoned whipped ricotta and drizzled with pesto it could boost the flavor experience. For our entrees my bff got the chicken strips with the sweet and sassy sauce and I opted for the KO burger. My KO burger was delicious. The seeded brioche bun was buttery and fresh and the burger itself was flavorful. The fries were also fantastic. Fresh cut and sprinkled with a sweet seasoning, I didn't even feel the need to add ketchup or a side of aioli or anything. They were perfect. I didn't try my bffs chicken tenders but the sweet and sassy sauce tasted just like buffalo sauce. Pretty sure it was the wrong sauce but he didn't say anything to our server so that's on us. If you are looking for a bar to hang out and watch sports, get a drink, and have a great burger, I'd recommend this place - but maybe uber there.
