This was my second time at this particular one. The service was fast, there were 3 people manning the food. The food was yummy as always. I ordered the kosher hot dog with mustard and relish, a little bag of their delicious fires and a small drink. One of my favorite things about Five Guys is that they have malt vinegar as a condiment for your fries which of course I used. Five guys has always been the "go to" burger place for me. Though this time around I was disappointed. I completely understand there is a natural disaster upon us but I didn't expect my burger to be barely cooked. Went to Five Guys on 07/31/2021. The burger with the bun and all of the garnishes tasted like a tasteless dry piece of cardboard. I even requested that they not squash the burger on the grill with the spatula. Milkshakes, easy enough. But no, the cashier called out the order and it was ignored. Nobody made them and the cashier avoided eye contact with us even though she knew we were waiting. Every employee seems to stand around and look busy when they aren't. . The next time I ordered a hotdog, the employee loudly said "who the HELL orders a hotdog, a 12 year old?" The manager was right next to him and didn't flinch. It was humiliating and insulting and I didn't appreciate the curse word.
