Upon reading some of the reviews of this place, we were kind of skeptical but decided to give this place a go anyways. My Dad swears this is the best buffet, and he is absolutely right [as per usual]. We arrived around 2pm and spent a good hour here. For two of us it was 33 dollars, that included one fountain drink and a tip of more than 20%. The food was fresh, hot & steaming, deliciousness in every bite! The buffet was very well tended too. Workers did a fantastic job. The ambiance was clean usual buffet style setting. We will definitely be back again! This place is a 100/10. Definitely blows China King out of the water! China King wont see us again, but Jade definitely will!

Big fans of the buffet...even though I'm usually an anti-buffet guy. The thought of a bunch of strangers jamming away in the food I'm about to eat. I stuck it up and taste everything. We managed to make it in time for the lunch version and saved three dollars, each, over the dinner price. I'm guessing they display more of the sophisticated dishes at night. I noticed a nice breaded shrimp butterfly as we were finishing up. It all tasted great and, as you can imagine, the wait staff didn't say much. But, they were attentive and accommodating. It's a pretty big room with plenty of tables and your typical Asian decor to give the place just the right ambiance. 11/23

There was an option for crab legs ($20 extra) and you could tell some cooks to make a bowl of pasta. What made this bad was quality and quantity. If there had been more options or better quality, it would've been nice. Cakes were hard on the outside, pie was just canned pie filling with a premade crust cracker, Mexican foods were dry and rank below store bought premade. Service was good- for the single waitress working at dinner time. She was stressed and struggling. Ambiance was fine. It was clean and looked like it was a better quality place than it was. Overall, it's probably a fine place to eat if you're drunk and having fun, but don't go out of your way to eat here.

Saturday's buffet menu is advertised as American BBQ. Friday's menu features crab legs and prime rib and costs $49.99. The actual food selection was general tso's chicken, orange chicken, egg rolls, crab Rangoon, Korean tofu and vegetables, chicken tikka Marsala, beef tamales, build your own tacos and nachos, a salad bar, a made to order pasta station, and desserts. The food ranged from mediocre to terrible, with the best choices being the pasta station, the salad bar, and the banana pudding. Our server did a good job of taking away dishes and keeping drinks filled. I honestly couldn't recommend the Thursday buffet. Maybe Friday and Saturday nights are better?

No coupon is worth that abuse." But then curiosity got the better of us. We wanted to see this mess for ourselves. Color us disappointed! We must have hit it on an off day or something, because we had a decent breakfast and she even subbed fruit for the meat for me! I had three glasses of good iced tea, and the service was on point. Even with the coupon it cost pretty much what we normally pay for breakfast but I assume it's hit or miss with the food and service here. My guess is if it doesn't look crowded go for it. While we were waiting, another family arrived after us and stood there for about 15 minutes without anyone greeting them or even saying, "We'll be right with you." Once we were seated, we were placed in a corner while most other guests were seated out on the main dining floor. It honestly felt like we were forgotten about. Our waitress rarely came back to our table. We were seated at a table with no napkins in the dispenser, so we had to ask for those, and no straws were brought with our drinks. It was difficult to even get our waitress's attention. If you're staying at the hotel and planning to use the breakfast coupon, be aware that only four menu items qualify, and none of them are particularly appealing or a good value. I ordered a Diet Pepsi but was served Dr Pepper instead. I assumed it was an honest mistake the first time, but my refill was also Dr Pepper. When I finally mentioned it, I was told that their "Diet Coke" was Dr Pepper, which didn't make any sense since Dr Pepper and Diet Coke are completely different soft drinks. To top it off, our bill was over $60 for food that was average at best. Overall, the service and value just weren't there. I'd recommend saving your money and eating at Darrow's or Pancake Chef instead.

I ordered carry out and it was ready on time. Easy parking, and staff were friendly. Got the paneer tikka masala (excellent), they gave a ton of rice and the spice level was appropriate. I actually could have gone a little spicier! The naan is also a really nice texture (a little on the thicker side, which I like). There were plenty of people eating in as well, and it looks like they have a lunch buffet too. Would go back next time I'm in the area!

What I really loved about this restaurant is that they clearly label things that are vegan, this is amazing! Service was very friendly, the restaurant was pretty busy on a Saturday evening, but the food came out pretty fast. We ordered some appetizers, entree, bread and dessert. Spice level medium wasn't the medium we are used to, could have more kick, but other than that the food was good. The portion for the curry wasn't that large for the price. We usually get more at indian restaurants. Know that they charge a fee for credit card payments. Overall this was a good experience, not the best indian food we've had, but it hit the spot.

I always try to explain my review having more stars than perhaps it would in reality, if that makes…read moresense. This is a Chinese buffet. It is an all you can eat buffet. For people who have not had actual primo, well prepared Asian cuisine, I've never seen anyone not enjoy and tell me that they absolutely loved every single dish. This is what it is. It's only $14 for lunch, and if you went to one of the commercial burger places, you would expect that amount on just a regular basket with fries, drink and a burger. Here people get to eat as much as they want. Having explained this, I hope that you understand why I give the stars that I do for this place. It's because they were clean and there was nothing wrong with any of the dishes that I saw or tried . I particularly only like a few. I might like more if the food was hotter temperature wise. I have been to Asian buffets, particularly in Cheboygan and their food was a lot hotter, even though it's in the hot water baths or however, they're heating it. I prefer to have my food served hotter for many reasons. It is more tasty, it kills bacteria and any food problems like that. I'm sure that if they have these heated too high, it also breaks down the vegetables quickly. But I feel that this is a necessary requirement with the buffet food especially. I do love the hibachi style being available. You can add whatever you want, and the hibachi chef will fry it and add whatever sauces you'd like so that's my favorite. That's the main reason I go here, but the reason my sister always insist on returning Here is because "she likes to pig out". I see that many people do. That's what these buffets are. I think in the past like in the 70s they actually used to even put smorgasbord on the sign now everyone knew what that meant. I find that the servers are nice and it's always a very friendly ambience here so that along with the cleanliness and the fact that people look extremely happy that they "got to pig out" I give this place a four.. and really why would I come and eat again and again at a place that I didn't feel was a safe safe or sufficient lunch? I would not.

It was the first time for us going there and the food wasn't bad... but some of the food on the buffet was cold. I got stuff for the Mongolian grill they have there to have the cook stir-fry it for me... he cooked/stir-fried what I gave him on the plate, but it wasn't cooked all the way through. Also, I LOVE hot mustard, and I like to mix it into my food, but all they had was packets of hot mustard that were jellied and tasted horrible. They need to make fresh hot mustard, NOT packets!!! I lived in Florida for 20 years, so I know good crawdads and what they should taste like, I also know how to cook them with good seasonings... but the crawdads/crabs they had on the buffet were horrible tasting and over cooked!!! My biggest complaint would be no fresh "Hot Mustard"... and the cook on the Mongolian grill needs to learn how to stir-fry.
