You can tell they truly care about their space and their customers. The food? Absolutely incredible. Everything tasted fresh and homemade -- not just thrown together, but made with love. The homemade strawberry jam alone deserves its own review... SO delicious! And the fact that they offer sourdough toast? Yes please We loved that they had options for smaller portions too -- perfect for kids or lighter appetites. I came out here because I didn't want to get involved in the madhouse downtown and because reviews were positive. On reviewing the menu, I didn't see anything that really jumped out , so I ordered the figgy grilled cheese recommended by another reviewer. It was just OK, the side potato salad was miserly, and the pickle spear soggy. Not terrible, but I probably wouldn't return. Service was lackadaisical but not terrible. If you have a real appetite, this is probably not your spot. read more

Loved this place. Maybe, 7-10 tables, but clean and well kept. Best of all was the varied Menu options, really good food, and terrific service. Amy and Lori double-tag team each other to answer questions, to make sure you have everything you want and need, and to take your orders, getting it to your table while hot.  The Owner, Jaime, has a creative mind with the food and the restaurant set up.  You three are gems! Our initial orders were the Pot Roast Patty Melt Panini with Fries and Pickle Spear. I had the Figgy Grilled Cheese Panini (Brie, Fig Jam, Apple Slices on Sourdough Bread. Both were outstanding and filling (leftover takeouts for dinner or breakfast.) My Stuffed Pepper Soup was so good, that I ordered a quart to go for 3 more meals. The only negative about our experience there was when my sister ordered the Beef Teriyaki Power Bowl as her Takeout. They offer it as a choice Beef or Chicken. She was really disappointed at Dinner to discover she received the Chicken version (which was good, but absolutely not what she wanted.)  We did laugh because another Gaylord restaurant did exactly the same thing to her order 2 months earlier on our trip there. I wish I could have docked the review a partial star because mistakes happen, but that cook was careless. This restaurant closes at 3:00 after lunch, so corrections weren't possible.  Not being diligent on takeout orders can hurt a restaurant's rating. We loved Food n Stuff enough to keep the full 5-Star rating, despite the one mistake (and shorter hours. We would have come back for Dinner! ) I'm ready to return to try at least 4 other items on their menu. read more

I come in often to attempt to get a breakfast croissant, but they are always sold out and the say they "can't make more" ??? No idea whats going on there. But they clearly need more available. Every time. I got a burrito once and it was not good. The croissant was amazing! the one time that had it. If they do better with stocking those, I'm likely to be a gibber fan down the road. read more

This is a great little restaurant with fresh food that is perfectly prepared. It is go to lunch place.

Cute little cafe! Breakfast is served till 1030 a.m. so make sure you make it before then if that's what you want. Service was great, pretty much sit where you want and they'll bring menus. Great deli! Quaint but modern touch inside. We were stopping in on our way up to the UP. Both of us had the Jalepeno popper grilled cheese. Bacon had a nice touch and perfectly crisp..., nice thickness to the sour dough bread. My side was potato salad and my husband had their loaded potato soup...all very delicious !
