I decided to purchase two flavors, share one, but conduct a taste test on both. I ordered through the drive through lane, which appeared clean. The ordering process was relatively simple. The payment was processed efficiently and the two Frostys were ready in a reasonable amount of time. The coupon was for a small size, which was great. There were three flavor options. I ordered the Caramel crunch and Oreo brownie. The other flavor was Strawberry Pop-Tart. The finished appearance of the items was pretty good. However, they presented nothing like the coupon photo. Marketing photos will lure you in each time. The flavor of both was basic. There was no wow factor in any aspect. It was simply a vanilla Frosty with caramel pieces and Oreo pieces. Would I purchase it again? Probably not, but it was worth trying, especially on a hot summer's day.

There are a surplus of young adults who work there and you can tell they are just there for the paycheck and social hour.

I was all excited about Hardee's as I remembered having it in the past, but the maybe 3 times I went it was underwhelming. Burger was mediocre. I remember the bun was kind of hard; I guess it is Hardee's. But Hardee's needs to go soft with their buns. I also got breakfast before, it was decent but nothing to write home about. Frankly, I prefer Dunkin' for a breakfast sandwich. I remembered I tried to redeem a free coffee one time, and they couldn't make an iced coffee, but the hot coffee was ok. Customer service wasn't terribly friendly. I think the last I went to this (or any) location was maybe in 2022.

I placed my order online. They had a special going on thru Doordash. Buy one get one free. Definitely had to place that order. I also ordered the jalapenos potato chips. I think from now on my sub craving will be satisfied from potbelly. They do have indoor and outdoor seating available. I have to say they have the most flavorful toppings. I definitely will be back.

This is actually the speediest McDonald's that I've been to (this location puts my local Mickey D's to shame). Finally, a fast food joint that knows how to expedite (and with accuracy)... just when I was beginning to lose faith in fast food franchises. The restaurant is generally clean, but tables could've been a little cleaner. Some "cleaned" tables were streaky, there was a little trash on the floor, seats could've been wiped down, etc. They were tidying up the area and sweeping while I was dining in, so the effort is there. There was steady business on a Saturday night, with plenty of customers also dining in. McDonald's over Wendy's.

They said they don't offer potsticker sauce, so I asked to substitute it for spicy mayo instead. Just a kind accommodation. What disappointed me most was the customer service and the treatment of the doordash driver---everything far as principle... I've ordered from other locations before, and they were far more polite and accommodating than this Hanover location. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AS LONG AS The general manager, Alex, is still employed here. He comes across as sarcastic, passive-aggressive, and dismissive during our conversation. Even when the driver offered to pay for the extra sauce, he still refused. All this over 99 cents!?! At that point, it wasn't even about the $0.99 sauce anymore -- it was the attitude. A little kindness and professionalism go a long way, especially when a customer has already spent over $40 on an order. The food quality was also below average this time. Chicken was overly spicy, and the coleslaw was dry and seemed to have little to no mayo. I called about the quality, the Manger did not care and refused to give the district number. I've been recovering from recent health issues and honestly did not have the energy for this level of unnecessary stress over something so small. Policies are fine, but there's no reason to treat people poorly while enforcing them. I've escalated the issue to corporate. THIS SHOULD NOT BE NORMALIZE and a known REP of this location. its a huge inconvenience. It costs nothing to be kind. I will not order from here till professional changes been made.
