As is the case with any Five Guys, they are good and have the process down! This location is now my "home base" for ordering in the area. LOL! The burgers and fries are always on point, order is always correct and I leave satisfied! Staff is always great and welcomes you upon waking in! Located in a large shopping center with a ton of other establishments (shopping, food/drink, pharmacy, fitness, mail, etc.), it's perfect for stopping to grab that great burger on the go!

Love 5 Guys and this location hits the mark. Burgers are always fresh and they get my order right every time. I love that they make a fresh order of fries when you arrive to pickup an online order, opposed to having the fries sit in the bag and get cold. Staff is always helpful and the store seems pretty clean.

I'm a fan of five guys, haven't been in a long time and tonight we decided to come and we ordered 2 plain hot dogs and a little bacon cheeseburger and they mistook it as a little cheeseburger with a pinch of lettuce and a handful of pickles Definitely not coming back for another decade or so

First I would like to say that I would not recommend this place unless your rich, we spent 56 dollars on 3 burgers and 2 things of fries, the atmosphere was blah, the service was ok, and the food was just ok. I slipped in the bathroom and in the hallway to the bathroom because there was water everywhere, would not recommend.

I've had my ups and downs with Five Guys, but I have to say that this one really made the grade. Located in Torrence Village (across from Publix and Harris Teeter), you can't miss it when you pull into the strip mall. Parking can be a bit crazy, often around lunchtime there are many that are parked parallel in the back on an unmarked curb. The restaurant decor is the typical Five Guys "Our burgers are the best burgers that have ever been imagined" posters and newspaper clippings, with accolades from every venue of media on the globe. They are quite proud of that burger, like it's bordering on clinical. To each his own, I just always judge the product a bit more critically when places do this. Put your money where your mouth is! The service is superb here. Employees that actually want to be there, management that is actually working the line and communicating with staff AND customers. It's like every pre-notion about fast food has been flipped upside down. I ordered the "little" Bacon Cheeseburger (ain't nothin' little about it) and a side of fries. While still pricey, you are getting a good bit of food. The 'small' fry is indeed served in a 'small' fry container, but the cooks always dump a good 2-3 pounds of extra fries in the bag. Again with excellent service in mind, the time from ordering to receiving a made-to-order, heavy bag of food was about 7 minutes. Starting with the fries, they were piping hot and seasoned well. Not overbearingly salty and not too oily, just right. Also, they seem to only use salt, no other fancy seasonings, which is fine by me. I'm by no means a fry purist, I always dip my fries in something, which is why I'm glad they only carry Heinz ketchup. A+ on the fries. On my burger, I ordered Lettuce, Tomato, Mushrooms, Cheese, Grilled onions, and Ketchup. Compared to my last experience at Five Guys, this burger was much, much better. This is exactly what all the over-sized magazine covers on the walls and television quotes are talking about. Perfect medium-cooked patty, toasted eggy bun with a generous helping of melted cheese, a really juicy & thick slice of tomato, and just the right amount of onions, ketchup, and mushrooms. The patty was an absolute star here. Only one issue on my burger was a miscommunication, I asked for grilled onions yet the onions on my burger were raw. Not a huge deal as I love onions, but their raw sharpness didn't work well with the rest of the profile. Still a great burger. Please, take note if you come here and indulge on the free peanuts they offer that this isn't a Longhorn Steakhouse. Some dude, not sure if a jerk or just incompetent, was shelling peanuts and throwing them on the floor. They.... don't do that here. Awesome experience here, I left satisfied and a little less annoyed at all the self-acclaiming decor all over their dining room.

When that craving for a fresh grilled-type hamburger hits, I'm looking for the closest Five Guys. Luckily, I was close by this one yesterday when that urge hit! It was around 12 PM, & the lunch rush from Presby Hospital & the Reese Blvd. business park had not arrived yet. I was able to walk in & place my order immediately. As with every other Five Guys, the friendly employees greet you before you even get to the register. Yesterday, I got my usual: little bacon burger with ketchup, mustard, pickles, & jalapeños. Within about 6 - 7 minutes, I was on my way with my glorious burger. The place was very clean, high sanitation grade, & the drink area was free of clutter & trash. There's plenty of seating & lots of windows for natural light. I love that you're able to see the "kitchen" area all out in the open. You can watch them cook & prepare the burgers & fries.

This thing is packed with flavor and its so juicy and tender. 5/5 all the WAY! Ill be back no doubt. I got three of the well known hot dogs for $12. First the man in the cart is a machine, he was able to churn out hot and fresh food while getting orders from the next customer. I got the Southern Boy, the BBQ Beanie, and the classic chili cheese dog. I love hot dogs, so I was excited on how these hot dogs would impress me. The hot dogs themselves were standard skinless hot dogs. The flavor came from the toppings and the soft hot dog bun. The Southern Boy lives up to the classic southern hot dog. The slaw was fresh and brought it's A game. The BBQ Beanie made me question why are BBQ beans not a standard topping for hot dogs. They were filling and brought a great sweet BBQ flavor. These are two I would go back for again and again. The chili cheese dog... it was not as impressive as the other two but it held it's own as a good chili cheese dog.. Overall, I would definitely go back and try the other hot dogs and next time I will go for their fries as I saw a lot of people order it.

They go different places but are pretty consistently in the Cashion's parking lot at the corner of Catawba and Sam Furr Rd. in LKN on Friday/Saturday. My go-to order is typically a pork sandwich with the slaw and sauce on the side. There is so much meat on one sandwich, just check out the pics and start drooling. And about that meat... Tender, good smoke flavor, some bark mixed in and it's ALL meat. No worries about bunches of fat or gristle. When they pull it, they do so with care. Their sauce is more Western Carolina like with vinegar, tomato and spices. It's tart, a little sweet and sets off the unctuous pork well, as does the coleslaw. Lastly, I've also experienced their catering at a couple events. The food is always good and they handle a crowd very well.

I like eastern-style BBQ, and Smoke and Go serves the BBQ finely chopped and with never any fat. They park at the Cashion's gas station at the corner of Catawba and Sam Furr every Saturday and Sunday. If they sell out, they leave early. Their sandwich plate is $10 and comes with two sides (if you want coleslaw for your sandwich, that counts as one side). Their portions are generous, so much that I can usually get two sandwiches out of my plate, because I don't fill my bun as much as my husband does. I love their mac 'n cheese - it's most like Mac's. Their french fries have a Cajun coating that is sooo good. Service is fast and friendly, too. If you haven't tried their BBQ yet, I recommend it!
