After having a bad first experience here my wife and decided to give this place another shot. We came last week and we were pleasantly surprised on how good it was, compared to our last visit over 2 years ago. So we came back today as we were craving some Five Guys. Again it was just as good if not better than last week. Our food was freshly prepared and our fries were hot and yummy. I'm happy we gave this place another try. The crew working on 2/26/23 was the Best!! They smiled and welcomed us in the moment we walked in. The restaurant was very clean and well lit. We appreciate stuff like that!!

If you're craving a big, juicy burger, this isn't the place to satisfy that. Burgers are small and expensive. The "little" burgers come with one patty while their standard burgers come with two. The price difference for an additional patty is around $3, which is a lot. I paid $12 for a burger the size of in n out, but it cost me 4x more. Though my food came out fresh, it didn't taste fresh. I feel like the quality of their ingredients has gone downhill. You definitely don't get a good value for what you pay for. Cajun fries were the highlight here, and they really do give you a fair portion. I just don't think I'll be back for another burger here.

Honestly, I haven't had Five Guys in like a decade and besides the fries, the quality tastes like a fattier In-N-Out but more than double the price. Fries were still great plain and cajun styled. No wait at 8pm on a Tuesday and there was free peanuts. They also have the cool fancy soda machine with lots of flavors and touch screen. Nice customer service even though they forgot our milkshake. Not worth the prices though. There's actually an In-N-Out a block away so definitely recommend you just go there to save your money unless you really like the fries here.

Nahhh.... So expensive and not worth it. $40 for 3 burgers and one large fries. The fries are alright and our homemade burgers are just as good as these. We could have had 3 combos with drinks at In and Out for far less. If I really want to splurge on something that's worth it, I'll go to Shake Shack.

$15 for a nasty a** burger??? Hell to the no!!! GO TO IN n OUT!!!!!

Why would anyone pay $15 for a nasty a** cheeseburger??? GO TO IN N OUT or The Bunz!!! Their burgers are way better!!! This place ain't worth your money!!!!

Arrrgggh Five Guys why do you have to be so expensive?!? This location is well kept, the staff is nice and professional and it's never too busy to bring the family over. Ok let's talk about the elephant in the room. How are their burgers? You can taste the quality in the meat but the buns are often soggy and squished together. But hey how can you complain about unlimited free toppings?!? Free peanuts for the win. But at the end of the day, $10 for a cheeseburger is just too much. This is going to be the most polarizing review I've ever written. On one hand, if you know the prices are ridiculously high then don't go here but maybe just try it out once. People rave about the cajun fries but they're often too soggy for my liking. But I do like this location because of how clean they keep it and how professional the staff are.

I hear a lot of people compare Five Guys to In N Out, which I get that they're both popular burger chains but they are sooo different that I don't see how they can be compared to one another. In N Out is so specific to their menu and sauce - whereas when I want Five Guys, it's because I just want a good old cheeseburger with fresh toppings and a bunch of extra seasoned cajun fries. I love love love to add everything and then throw in extra fresh green peppers and extra extra fresh jalapenos. I even ask for more jalapeno slices on the side. They don't really add any spice for me, but I love it more for the fresh clean crunch. I get the little bacon cheeseburger and my husband gets the regular big version and adds the same as me. He says that it's to make it easy on the workers, but I think it's just cause he copies me. I love the amount of fries they give you as they use a cup for their sizing portion, however they throw in so much extra into the bag for good measure. Not complaining about that at all - I really like their super seasoned cajun fries! Service has always been friendly and nice. They have those drink machines here where you serve yourself and can add all the flavors you'd like so that's nice. Peanuts are free to get as you'd like as well. My only complaint about Five Guys is their price though.. I get that it's made to order and fresh, however they really are super pricey for a 'fast food' burger joint.

We never heard it called, though we clearly heard other numbers and saw employees actively delivering food to other tables. After 15 minutes, I went inside to check on our food. Our order was just sitting on the counter. When I checked the tacos, the meat wasn't just lukewarm--it was completely cold to the touch. When I caught the cashier's eye, he just gave me a thumbs-up. When I told him the food was cold, the cashier, Irvin, immediately got defensive and told me with an attitude, 'I called the number twice.' I explained that we didn't hear it, and pointed out that staff had been bringing food out to everyone else anyway. Instead of offering a solution, he doubled down, saying, 'I heard my voice over the speakers,' giving us a 'too bad, so sad' look. When I asked him to remake the food, he completely refused, repeating that he'd called the number. Unwilling to argue with someone that unprofessional, I told him to keep the cold food and just give me a refund. He refunded the money and we left. Absolutely terrible service from Irvin--we won't be back."

Parking is shared with nearby businesses, but there were plenty of spots. The dining area has lots of tables, though it's a little tight on space. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout. The food was delicious across the board. I ordered the Molcajete, which came loaded with refried beans, chorizo, avocado, potatoes, a sunny side up egg, carne asada, grilled slice of cheese, and pickled purple onions. The portions were huge -- I couldn't finish mine. The meat was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. I added shrimp for a little extra and it was absolutely worth it. Others at the table ordered the chilaquiles, which come in red, green, or a combo, and can be customized with chorizo, short rib, or other proteins. The feedback was positive, though the portion size looked a bit small compared to other dishes. The very berry French toast was a hit with my daughter. She loved the sauce -- flavorful but not too sweet -- and the bread was perfectly toasted on the outside with a soft center. The burritos were generously sized. The surf and turf stood out, with perfectly cooked shrimp and meat. The sauce had a bit more kick than expected, but it was delicious overall. The carne asada fries were also a great size, with fresh, quality ingredients and great flavor. A few things to note: there are no fountain drinks, and the agua frescas don't come with refills. The menu has a great selection of Mexican-inspired café drinks -- café de olla, Mexican hot chocolate, lattes, and more.

After passing up on Burger King due to them not having inside seating and their drive-thru being the only option, we tried reliving the grand days of Sonic's. I reckon a better move would've been to "drive by" as the experience we had was truly horrible as the comprehension levels of the woman at the register was non-existent as "no ice" in our drinks was requested, yet I got enough ice to sink the Titanic all over again. My Wife's chicken tender meal was catastrophic as there was a poor interpretation of "Texas Toast" which didn't come with butter, a single onion ring that looked like it might've been swept from underneath the fryers as I'd say it was more of a fossil than being "crispy". What they called a "Smashburger" was more of a "Squashburger" as their was more ingredients in the container than the bun itself. $23 I'll never get back as I had chosen to chase nostalgia that is fine when the experience delivered lives up to it, but such wasn't the case.
