We sat there for 15-20 minutes waiting for someone to come back and even take our drink order. Nothing. What made it worse was watching multiple servers walk right past us without ever making eye contact or checking on us. We finally got up, moved to the bar, and ordered our food there instead. We did let the hostess know about our experience, but no manager or staff member ever came over to apologize or even acknowledge the situation. Really disappointing considering how long we've supported this place.

The signature sauce was also unappetizing, with it being some sort of distant cousin of mustard or potentially a very odd Thousand Islands? I'm not sure if additional toppings would save this considering the unappealing foundation. It just left me very unfulfilled. The milkshakes on the other hand? Fantastic. Definitely the highlight. It was just as good as the last time I went. I haven't been to many other places that matches the quality of here. Could not recommend more. I've yet to try the chicken or other fish so I can't comment on their quality. All I'm gonna say is, burger lovers maybe approach with a grain of salt. 3/5

My mother and I ate at this location with disasterous results. Mom bit into something hard on her 3rd bite of burger and broke her bridge. The management scooped up her remaining burger and offered her another. Well she was extremely upset by this time and had lost her appetite so needless to say we declined. "Really???? more food???? How about comping the entire ticket ya cheapskates. To make a long story short; they refused to help an 80 year old woman on a fixed income get her teeth fixed. She didn't even ask for all the money it ended up costing. BEWARE OF THE FOOD IT COULD HAVE HARD STUFF IN IT. Appetising isn't it? I wonder if "do the right thing" is foreign words to them. Oh and by the way they were hard to get hold of the "Agent" or person in charge. They were stealthy about giving out what most people would think is usual buisiness information. What are you guys hidding from? As a small buisiness owner myself I am proud to give out my name and location and am totally honest. OH right another foreign word. I hope to steer $3000 dollars of buisiness away from this location with this and other review sources and I have lived here my whole life and know tons of people so the "spread the word" has started Five Guys or should I say . My single meat burger with cheese, bacon, and mushrooms is always good, but with a drink and no fries it's about $13.50. That's entirely too much for this burger.
