If this isn't your burger Mecca, their's still time to repent! Any way you want it with whatever you want on it. Fries are fresh and hot.. like Will Smith and Sharron Stone had a baby in Idaho!

Great place to get filled up clean large inside for dining in. Very attentive staff and order was done in about 10 minutes. They don't half fill your fry box like some of the other locations. Met this cashier named Jason cool energetic young man was interacting with all the customers and other staff . Very clean inside , orderly great burgers Five Guys ! I shall return!!

I've been coming here since this five guys first opened & it's always been consistently good! The burgers are always so fresh. I think the burgers taste even better if you eat it there. They are messy but, I don't mind. When you order fries, they over flow the cup & it spills into the bag. You get your money's worth. The employees are always so friendly! It's no in n out but, it's the best place for a fast food burger in Cleveland.

I ate too much. I feel so gross right now because I ate so much good food. It was great, I just ate and ate when I should have stopped and surrendered. Great place.

Solid 4 stars for this new, open since March, location just south of Cleveland Hopkins airport just off the interstate. This is one of the larger Five Guys locations I've seen, and it is standard FG burgers (read: very good). A cheeseburger all-the-way with medium fries and a drink will set you back $12.58. The burger is a hot mess. That's a good thing - hot and a mess, with all the toppings piled high and dripping off in wonderful cheesiness, challenging you to get them in your mouth before they fall! The burger itself is only mildly seasoned if at all. Ingredients, including the bun, are all first quality and very fresh. Five Guys fries are a mountain of potato goodness. Even the regular size fries will feed you and a friend, maybe more. Some not so good news - they're not my fave fries. They are fresh cut and tasty with some skin on, but they are a wide cut and somewhat limp compared to the competition. So they're good, but not great. The staff here is very friendly, efficient and the store is clean. I was approached three times during a recent visit to see how my food was and if I needed anything. Heck, I don't get that good of service at some full serve places. California's In N Out still makes a better no-nonsense burger (make mine double double animal style), and their fries are crispier and tastier, too, but unless you find yourself magically whisked from Cleveland to LA, Five Guys Burgers are about as good as it gets in these parts for fast food burgers. Expensive, but hey you're worth it... Enjoy!

Good burgers and fries. Fast service and friendly staff. Bacon cheeseburger with jalapeños is my go-to burger here.

This place is an experience; this is their main production facility, which also has a huge bar and restaurant space. It's so well planned; sit wherever, order food at one place, beer at another. They have bar seating, big and small tables, high tops, etc. Even with all the variety, it was still pleasantly loud and busy. At the entrance, you can go to the merchandise area, which is big. They have all their canned selections ready and cold to go as well. To the left of the bar is a self-guided tour hallway, where you can see a lot of the brewery and their huge wall of major beer awards from over the decades. We sat at a high top near the bar; the bartender was so efficient with our beers, there were so many to choose from I only wished we could've stayed longer. It's family friendly with games. Prices are super reasonable for the continued quality and arguably strong beer styles. If you're a beer fan, whether new or a veteran, this is a must-visit regional powerhouse. I look forward to visiting again soon.

We started with the Frickles, crispy pickle chips served with honey mustard and sriracha 1000 island dressing. The sriracha 1000 island is so good that we always ask for an extra side to dip our fries and chips in. I ordered a house salad with the Bumbleberry Poppy Seed dressing, which was fresh and flavorful. My youngest son stuck with his usual favorite, the Smoked Brisket Poutine, which never disappoints. My husband ordered the June special, the 5-OH Burger. This massive burger features an 8-ounce patty topped with ghost pepper cheese, Hawaiian BBQ candied jalapeños, bacon, onion straws, a grilled pineapple ring, and a cream cheese jalapeño popper. The flavor combination was outstanding, and the spice had a delayed kick that sneaks up on you a few seconds after each bite. My oldest son went with the BBQ Burger, loaded with smoky BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, house bacon, onion straws, pickles, and horsey sauce. Another excellent choice. To wash it all down, my husband enjoyed two beers: the Hazy Headhunter and Hop Thunder from Down Under, both of which he really liked. The food is consistently great, the portions are generous, and the atmosphere is always lively and welcoming. Today we sat outdoors on the large patio. After all these years, Fat Head's continues to be one of our family's favorite places to eat. Highly recommended!

It's not a very health conscious nor diabetic friendly place to dine, but I suppose if I had chosen an omelette that would've been much better than the medium well done burger that came on a very large bun with an entire half platter of french fries. the burger was just a tad overcooked but delicious. I opted not to eat the bread at all because of the amount of fries I was dying to dig into and they were extremely hot and tasty but wow, quite oily and there was a fishy taste as in they use the same oil for chicken, fish and french fries. The food was hot. The server was attentive. The food was good though if you're looking for healthy not the best choice hence why I haven't been here in five years, but I try to enjoy mostly mom and Pops around berea Parma Heights, Middleburg Heights, Parma rather than the chains and at least the food is fresh hot and tasty. Those who read me before know I dine out 4 to 6 times each week so I'm always looking for something new to try or an old haunt to return to. This is my return to for this week. Nice job

The food was great. Serving size was big. Staff was friendly and curtious and knew the menu.read more
