I don't usually eat burger, but Five Guys makes awesome burger. They are a little pricey, but their burgers are really delicious. Also, the fries are good and the servings of their fries is good, they'll give you extra. When you dine in, you can snack on peanuts for free. You should try them! read more

I'm giving it 1 star because I have to or it would be NO stars !! We waited forever for our food, people who ordered after us were already eating and were half done with their food, I had to ask if my food was done yet and it was just sitting there in the bag , not one person called my number !! So I get home my fries are cold and I ordered a regular Cajun and got half the cup filled not even a full cup !! My burger wasn't cooked all the way and my husband's burger belonged to who knows because it clearly wasn't the burger he ordered , hoping someone is enjoying his burger he didn't really enjoy theirs and ate 1/4 of it ! Was it worth the trip back ? Absolutely not !! I would have to wait another 20 minutes in the circus act they have going on there no thank you ! So NO I won't be going back to the Five Guys on McLaughlin and pretty much just threw $20 in the trash !!! read more

Good hamburgers & fries. the hamburger patty actually tastes like hamburger, not like many other places where the patty is tasteless. Love the fresh cut and freshly cooked fries that come from a nearby potato farm/distributor. Decent price for a good burger but the fries are a little high priced in my opinion. This chain is fairly new to the NW region and, honestly, I don't understand the out the door lines and hordes of people that keeps this chain so busy. Could it be, perhaps, that it's a favorite of the president? Personally, I think they charge too much for a greasy, fall apart burger that is plopped onto a tiny cold bun. And if you do order fries, talke a good look at that grease saturated brown paper bag they serve them in. It's very noisy inside, with counter staff constanly shouting out orders to the cooks , and the tables are literally jowl to jowl and elbow to elbow, so put aside the idea of conversation during your meal--this is a gobble and go atmosphere. read more

12/1/2017 Ordered online, had a 6:46 pickup time arrived 6:45. Was ignored at the pick-up counter and found my burgers were in the bag and they needed to drop the fries. They served fries to other bags that came up after mine and then gave me left over fries that had been sitting under the heater. My food was Lukewarm and I am caring for my elderly mom and was unable to go out again or wait longer. Very disappointed. ate here twice..horibble service and really fatty, greasy,mushy burger that they wrapped up and made the bun way to soft so the burger lettuce and everything had a soft muchy texture. wierd.lots of topping but short on some of my favs.the fries are excellent though like 5 star good but don't make up for the cheap meat horrible put together burger.i was so hopping to like them as mcloughlin has a lot of really bad food and almost always bad service. read more

We used to go there once a week. The food and service was good Then they got a new manager. Everything changed the service was the worst. I have grand kids that are gluten free so i would buy them a patty and take the food to go and supply my own bun. This new manager changed all that he now wanted us to pay full price and not get a bun. It was now that I felt like we were a problem. I spoke to him once but there are other places that let me take the grand kids and not feel that way.I now go in maybe 1 time in 6 months. read more

The staff was professional and seemed to anticipate my needs. The burgers were excellent and we got the standard "small fry" that is larger than the large at any other fast food place. If I were to change one thing it would be to make the bun more substantial, it seems to be a little flat. This burger is the closest you will get to a restarunt burger without the wait. The Mcloughlin Blvd Location has the worst customer service. When you speak to the manager the reason becomes thoroughly obvious. On many different occasions orders were wrong. At one occasion my husband had an issue with incorrect order and he was actually told it was to be expected because we live in a run down neighborhood. WHAT??? WOW ! Clean and open air type, my little girl loved watching them make her burger. Price is actually cheaper then most as they come loaded ! Burgers are delicious, fries are good but not crispy. Yet I don't like my fries that crispy so these are perfect plus you get a giant amount! Prices are a bit high but worth it. Definitely try a burger here! Better then killer burger. read more

Not impressed. We used the app to order and showed up a few minutes early so they could start the fries. We let the employees know we were waiting and they confirmed it. We sat down for about 15 minutes and watched as multiple other people came in and picked up their orders from calling in/app ordering and some that came in after us and still got their food before us for some reason. We decided to get up and stand by the pickup to see if they were even making ours or would maybe check why we were still there with no food. They weren't working on ours at all and they didn't care we were standing there waiting for a long time when the order was supposed to be ready within a few minutes of us being there, at the most. After a few minutes of being ignored, we walked over to the registers and asked for a refund because we were tired of waiting for something they obviously weren't bothered by. Some guy tried to come over and blame a new employee in training (pretty rude to do to him, in front of a customer too. If he isn't fully trained yet why are you letting him work alone with no direction anyways? Not the brightest idea...) Anyways, we got our refund and took our business elsewhere feeling disappointed that the employees don't have their acts together. Maybe this is the main reason the place is never busy even during lunch and dinner time every time we have stopped by. First time to Five Guys and OH MAN OH MAN! This place is the BOMB!!! As soon as I walked in the door, I could tell it was going to be a great experience just from the way I was treated. A person wearing a gray shirt opened the door for my family and asked how we were doing. Usually when we walk past someone at the front door, they are cleaning the windows and I get a nasty whiff of windex. Not the case here. It genuinely seemed like he was excited we were there to eat. When we reached the counter, we were completely clueless on how to order but were quickly greeted by an employee in a red shirt and walked through the menu (which is very easy once explained). I ordered the double BC, wife and daugter the single LCB. We also ordered a large fry and couple drinks. I have heard it takes a while to get your food from these places but that wasnt the case at all! It took probably 5-6 minutes and the whole time we ate peanuts, listened to great music and watched the crew just have an absolute blast! I almost wanted to jump back there with them they were having such a great time. When we receieved our food, it was perfect! Fries were the best I have ever had and the burger tasted like they came from a cookout with my friends. The whole time we were there, they had an employee in the dining room cleaning and asking everyone how their day was. I WILL ABSOLUTELY be back to FiveGuys based on this experience. I would gladly pay an extra 3 or 4 bucks for this food and customer service over any of their rivals ANYDAY. I read what some of the people wrote about this store and everyone is entitled to their opinion, but the people who wrote negativley probably had a horrible day and took it out on these people.
