I stopped coming here for awhile, something had happened to the service, but I was back today and things seem to be back to normal = yummy, greasy cheeseburger, fast and delicious. I don't get the fries anymore because they really tend to give you way too many, and the Cajun fries are too spicy/peppery for me anyway. Five Guys is okay. I had a regular burger, simple tomatoes, lettuce as well as the fries. I appreciate the fact that they are not cheap about their fries. They filled out the container and then just dump more fries into the paper bag. The soda machines are great, many flavors to choose from. As for the tastes. I wouldn't say Five Guys is the best burger I have had, but for the price it is better than some of the higher prices places I've been to for a burger. The location is good, the tables and seats suck really bad. They aren't spaced out enough and on more than one occasion I had to elbow and squeeze my way to a seat. read more

The layout is terrible. The stand-alone tables are too close together. A lot of people who walked in were confused about where the line started so they just walked everywhere. The sign stating where to order is not visible when there is a line unless your're 6'7". The space in between the tables near the wall and the tables in the middle of the restaurant isn't enough, or people are just rude because they were constantly bumping into me while I was eating. The price they charge for their tiny, flavorless burgers is hilarious. But it's not like I eat burgers and fries often so what do I really care? Just giving you guys a heads up. Enjoy! read more

Just your typical Five Guys nothing out if the ordinary. I ordered a bacon cheese burger but it tasted plain like it didn't have any seasoning a little bit of salt and pepper would have done it some justice. However the fries had too much seasoning. The food is amazing ....good for late night eats ...they are always open ...reminds me of home. The burger is actually a double burger and the little burger is a regular single patty burger. I have to try all the different toppings you can put on but they are really cool toppings and you can get as many a you want! Five guys is one of my favorite burger places. However, this location is terrible. On this trip literally 3/4 of the soda streams were out. When I asked them to please refill something diet, the manager just stood around and did nothing. After the 15 minutes that I waited for my burger it still was not taken care of, I asked for my money back. Pretty disappointing when there were clearly a few employees standing around doing nothing. Hi, yesterday me and my friend went to Five Guys and ordered and came back to the table. The. When I got up to pick up my order and my friend went to make a second order, my backpack that I'd left on the chair was gone. I was in shock that in just minutes it got stolen. I spoke to the manager and she said she didn't have access to the security cameras. I did a police complaint and they said that the detectives would try to contact Five Guys to retrieve the tape. I had my laptop, notes, and some cash in it. There was a blue water bottle on the side also. I request you to please send a copy of the tape to me so I can provide the police to help me find my bag. I heard about this place from a friend in Brisbane. There's a million burger places in a 30 mile radius if here so why would this place be any different. Well for a start it was fast , the line went fast, the 2 burgers n 3 fries came out in 5 minutes despite the amount of orders in front of us. And it all tasted good ! Fast service and all you can eat peanuts, can't ask for more. The tables here turn very fast so seats are always available. The staff is very efficient and fast. Food is way better than most fast for places that sells burgers. Just don't step inside if you have a peanut allergy, the whole store has peanuts everywhere.
