I came here during lunch time of a Sunday mainly because the other burgers restaurants (Shack Shack and Smashed burger) had long lines. I have been to other Five Guys before so i knew what to expect. I ordered the double cheese burger (all the way toppings), small cajun fries and medium drink. The burger was perfectly cooked and the fries were well seasoned. The place was spacious with plenty of seating and the tables were clean. There is also one bathroom. Definitely try again.

Food (5/5): Great burgers with crispy, delicious, and plentiful fries. Highly recommend getting the Cajun fries and make sure to ask for all the free toppings included. The only issue was that last time I asked for large fries and it seemed like they gave a smaller portion than usual. Venue (4/5): It's a spacious venue with a lot of seating areas. The only issues is the limited bathroom space as well as cleanliness issues. Sometimes there will be food and spills left at tables. Also be careful of panhandlers that may come in asking for money. Service (4/5): The food took around 10 minutes to come out which isn't so bad. The service isn't particularly friendly but they will help you as needed.

Price has gone up since the last time I've been to Five Guys. Order with cashier then wait for your number to be call. Got the double cheeseburger all the way with Cajun fries and a soda. Order came out quick. They always load up your cup with fries even if you order a small size. The fries was awesome and flavorful. Burger is good and filling as always. A lot of seatings.

There were so many people there yesterday so many tourists in town so everybody's on 42nd St., and everybody's hungry, but the atmosphere was absolutely beautiful and it was great and clean and the servers were happy and healthy and it was just a beautiful place to be at the time that we were there. The food was delicious. I was very hungry.

I'm sorry, but I'm not a big fan of five guys. I love their cookies and cream shake and the Cajun fries are good ,but the burgers-NO. It had no flavor, the buns weren't soft and it wasn't even hot. #honestreview #real #myopinion #foodbloggers #fiveguys #burgers #hungry #imjustbeinghonest Burger:6/10 Fries:8/10 Shake:9/10 Price: Check out my Food Blog on IG: Briannascravings

i wish i was able to vote with 0 stars, but unfortunately i cant. anyway i come to this five guys, i love five guys i mean who doesn't love five guys amirite? now first off as i was eating my burger a dang hair was in it. so i ain't even wanna finish the burger and they just refunded me. cool. now i go to get my refill of my drink. i open my cup and i see some black shit floating around in it? the cup was completely clean before i put the drink in, so it must've came from the drink machine. y'all can see the pictures, that has gotta be mold or something. i already drank the entire drink before i noticed, so i'm disgusted. and i drank soda too so there's no way i would have been able to tell it was there before then in that dark ass soda. i dunno, i love the way they handled the burger situation but there's no reason i have mold in my fuckin drink man :(. y'all wanna come here that's y'all choice but me personally? im not coming here ever again, id rather get mcdonald's.

I don't eat burgers but I went here with my dad who had: Bacon cheeseburger with: ketchup, mustard & pickles. & we shared a medium fry. It's kind of a la carte style menu where you choose your main and then pick and choose your toppings. Dad said it was better than he thought it'd be and you could see why it's so popular. It's right by Time Square so you can just pop-in, maybe stand in a quick line, watch them make all the burgers or sit at one of the tall tables, then either take your food to go or eat there (we decided to eat there). Ketchup and such is in the back by the entrance doors.

Despite paying $20 for a bacon cheeseburger and something they called a veggie sandwich, what we got was seriously undewhelming. My tiny bacon cheeseburger did not have any bacon on it, and the veggie sandwich was mostly 10 small canned mushrooms barely cooked with a few thin strips of greenpepperon a bun. Not recommended. The guy taking our order was quite busy texting while we were trying to tell him our order as well.

This five guys is located in Time Square so expect it to be crowded. However we only waited about 6-8 mins. I got a little Hamburger which I love, however the fries were so good. The staff is friendly and the restaurant seemed clean.

It's good. A more expansive than shake shack. But no tea drinks are available. Large fries.

Fast service. Prices are a bit higher than other Five Guys locations. Even small portion of fries are really large.

I was happy to see certain items on the menu were designated as vegetarian. If I lived in town I would come back and try all their veggie friendly options. The small order of veg dumplings was a very reasonable price and portion. I thought they were well stuffed with veggies. I was a little disappointed with the dumpling wrapper- i prefer a lighter softer wrapper. But overall I still ate it all, and it was a quick nice snack. My husband really enjoyed his orange chicken with rice and veggies. It was a huge portion- he was only able to eat half of it. Great value.

The pork soup dumplings arrived literally spilling pink/red liquid that looked like blood. My mother had never tried soup dumplings before, so we were hoping for a fun experience, but she immediately spit it out. I brought it back and showed the staff the uncooked pork and the blood/red liquid on the napkin. They simply re-steamed them and brought them back except now there was no soup left inside the dumplings at all. The chicken teriyaki was tough and chewy, almost like jerky, as if it had been overcooked on an extremely hot grill or deep fried too long. The spring rolls were mediocre at best, with vegetables inside that had a mushy, paste-like texture. Very disappointing. Honestly, the best part of the meal was the rice. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

The breading on these chicken fingers was nothing special and again, so so small. Service was fast at least, but the place itself was dirty and virtually every table needed a wipe down. The setup inside this dimly lit restaurant had a bunch of steam tables offering various beef and chicken dishes, a handful of rice options, and a bunch of salads/fruits. Having no idea what we were looking at, we asked the friendly owner for some advice. After some contemplation, two of us made a plate with all beef over some jollof rice, and another with basically all chicken items over a different type of flavorful rice. We knew it was too much, but our goal was to figure out what we would come back for. Honestly, I did not enjoy most of the chicken because it's sitting in steam trays getting overcooked. Not saying they were terrible, but it all fails in comparison to all the great beef offerings. OMG! You really can't go wrong with any of the beef dishes.
