We are glad it was the Newbergundian Bistro. We had to start with a Croissant. It was very flavorful, but it was bit soft, not the perfect crunch that we love. The fresh squeezed grapefruit juice made an excellent greyhound. The Bistro had my favorite...Escargot as a special. WOW. So good. We then shared the Potato Croquettes. The accompanying fondue was so good to dip the Croquettes into. We finished with a Ham and Brie Sandwich that was excellent, accompanied by crisp and hot french fries. My wife had the Grilled Five Cheese Sandwich with Mixed Greens. She loved it. Traci was terrific and helped us throughout the meal.

Go for the smoked wings, lots of sauce options and honestly some of the best smoked wings I've ever had - check out the Spicy Peach sauce, a bit unique and really good. And the Margherita Flatbread was surprisingly tasty. It may not be for everybody, but there is some great food and drink here and the bartenders will often help you navigate to the best stuff on the food side to go along with their amazing cocktails.
