Went there just before 9:30 PM (I had called earlier for their hours and was told delivery stops at 9:30 but I could call or walk in until 10 PM).As I pulled up I could see chairs on the tables and floors being cleaned. The doors were locked. I called and watched a young, dark haired woman answer the phone. She said they were closed. I explained delivery is closed but I was told I could call, order online or walk in and order before 10. She mumbled on they were closed. I pointed to the freshly painted hours on the door (they have been open only a handful of months) and she said it was wrong. I then asked about the web site that said all 5 guys near me closed at 10. She said No they were wrong too. Finally I asked her, "Come on you just want to go home early, right?" and at last I got a truthful answer. She said, "Yes, I want to go home early". Two other cars pulled up after me and were met with the same disappointment. It was to be my first time there and may be my last with that kind of service. This location is awesome! Quick and a million freaking fries! I tend to come here from Fort Meade by online order. Always ready within good timing. Pretty quick during the lunch rush. Not being picky here. I know this isn't a white-tablecloth fancy steakhouse or anything. And I mostly come later in the evening. But is it too much to ask for a burger joint to be clean? To at least appear to be so? This place is filthy. If they clean it at all, they certainly don't clean it until after closing. I love this place. The burgers are cooked perfectly and are always delicious. They fill your bag up with fries, which are the best you can get from any chain or mom and pop restaurant. The people are always friendly and helpful. The restaurant is always clean, no sticky soda machines or dirty tables. The price of a meal is more expensive (but not ridiculous) than a normal fast food restaurant, but the taste is so much better. read more

Five guys is pretty standard... but here they make mistakes that are pretty common sense. For example: when I ask for relish and mustard, unless specified, why would you put it on the side instead of on the actual burger? read more

I've had better... Price has gone through the roof in the last few years. $8.70 for a bacon cheeseburger, $3.09 for a small fry, and $2.49 for a small drink- So in total $14.29 for a burger and fries. I have been to many different Five Guys, and this is the only one that didn't give a military discount. They also did not fill the bottom of the bag with fries like other Five Guy locations. The floors were slick with a grease sheen. They were also out of cherry and vanilla in both their drink machines. The food was great as every Five Guys is, but I will go to another location next time. read more

Manager was VERY RUDE!! Do not order online and think you will be saving time. I still waited over 20 minutes for my order to be completed- they had placed my bag of burgers over fry station and it was forgotten- very disappointed- food is always delicious, but I will not be spending my hard earned money there anymore! read more

Always loved this chain and have found that the standalone locations are better than mall locations. You get free peanuts to munch on and you're more likely to get crispy fries at the former than the latter. The cashiers and cooks are always nice. They fulfill special requests as I despise soggy, limp fries. It's quick and speedy service, and the food is tasty. I introduced my friend to Five Guys and he didn't realize that you got unlimited toppings. We were in the parking lot and he wanted pickles, but didn't want to be a bother. So I went back in and they happily handed over some pickles. I am always stuffed after a little hamburger and trying to finish a little frie. So glad they introduced a smaller frie size. read more

I love Five Guys everywhere. Great burgers and fries. Don't order fries for everyone as one order is usually plenty for 2.5 people. This location in Odenton is no different, decorated as all the others, great service and plenty of parking. Obama even stopped at a Five Guys in DC recently --- got to be some good burgers! read more

Burgers and fries are always fresh. The staff at this specific Five Guys are very nice and friendly and always get your order right.

Unfortunately there are not many quick lunch options in this Odenton area so we take what we can get. I have a very limited amount of time to run out and grab something. I always order online but seriously if you don't order fries you need to make sure they know you are there. If there are paper bags sitting on top the fry station ASK if it's yours. I've sat there for over 15 minutes before I've walked back up to check on my order (that I placed online to speed the process up) and it's been sitting there the whole time. The biggest problem is the Hispanic woman who is usually at the register. She is rude and unfriendly and really should not be working in customer service. Also, if you order your burger in a bowl and you want condiments like mayo or mustard make sure to check the bag before you leave. They put them in little separate containers and 95% of the time they are missing. I mentioned this to the manager and he actually said, "Well if you ordered it on a bun it wouldn't be a problem". This is going to sound wrong, but I love Five Guys, but I have to give it one star for several reasons. First the decor, it's minimal, corrugated steel, plain furnishings and really nothing else. If its the cheapest possible way to make a restaurant, you'll find it here, they cut all the corners! The menu is like do you want fries and a drink with your soda or not. All is served in a paper bag that is immediately soaked with grease. No one reading this will care, they will either love Five Guys and continue to go there, or they will realize it is a cattle farm as soon as they walk in the door. Let me put it this way, I love burgers, from the commercial variety I especially love Wendy's, Wataburger and heck even Hardee's top the list of places you've probably heard of, but this place is something else. There is a new movement in dining out in America, it's the give it to me cheap and tasty, forget the health and fancy stuff, I want volume and flavor! You'll get it here, but you'll be paying for it in medical bills sooner than you think. So here's the bottom line, I seriously love these greasy dripping burgers and simplistic serving style, but for Christ's sake, it will really kill you.
