First time to a Five Guys, the food was tasty, fully customized to my liking, and made to order. The staff was very helpful at this location. Even though i don't come to this location and normally go to the one in Altamonte springs , i absolutely love the burgers here they are the best in Orlando and are very juicy and tasty and there fries are great. The location in Altamonte is always crowded so be ready to wait for a while but it is worth it. read more

The food is good but the management leaves a lot to be desired. This visit the soda machines were broken. The last visit the fryer was down. The tables and floor are always dirty and you usually have to clean a table for yourself if you want to dine in. I guess the next time that I'm in the mood for an expensive burger and fries I'll walk over to Wahlburgers instead. Five Guys is a guilty pleasure. The fat kid in me loves it - the sensible adult cries in horror! Make no mistake - going here is always a bad decision - you get way too much food (food which is loaded with grease in fat). That said, it's really good! So good that every so often I'm willing to ignore my sensible side and indulge. The burgers are good, but sloppy (contrast to Cheeburger Cheeburger, which does a good dry burger). The real star of the show though are the fries, cooked in peanut oil. If you're hungry this place won't leave you hanging. read more

Don't come there often, maybe once every 2 weeks. Reason is I'm being a health nut and hitting the gym. But this place has got the best juicy burgers that will satisfy anyone's hunger. My husband and I go here on a pretty regular basis. I wouldn't go so far as to call us connoisseurs, but we appreciate a good burger. Five Guys is one of the best burgers, at a decent price, around here. The only down-side is the location. The plaza can be difficult to navigate at times, and I would definitely go more often if it was easier to get to. read more

If I'm ever in the mood for burgers this is where I go. They're decently priced and make the burgers while you wait. If I could change one thing it would be that they'd refer to the customers by name and not number because lack the ability to associate myself with a number. I always joke around when I come in and count how many guys are in the restaurant and if it's less or more than 5 guys, I ask if I'm in the right place. Corny? Yes but this is how comfortable I feel there. The food is Awesome as always and it's the ONLY cheeseburger I totally enjoy. Krystal come in second and Smashburger doesn't even come close to 5 guys. The service is great and the restaurant is clean including the bathroom. It's the only food I didn't eliminate from my Doctors diet recommendation. Got to stop typing, my order is ready. read more

Five guys is never a disappointment. This one is a little smaller inside than others I have been to, but it does have a patio to dine on. Not bad on cooler days. It can be loud inside, as other reviewers have stated, but in my experience it has more to do with crowd noise than the music. I will say that the fries were a little over-done this trip, but that's not a deal breaker. read more

They have coke cherry in their soda dispenser and that's really good because not many places do and coke cherry is the best yay!

I've been here twice and each time everything was great! I come here when I see movies and this is my place of choice. Love the burgers and abundant bag of fries! Always fresh, hot and well made. Love that you can make the burger up anyway you like with a list of ingredients at no extra charge. There is no Five Guys where I live. ok let me first say that im a health freak and I havent had a real burger in many many years...at least 6-7...the last time I had any kind of a burger was 3 years ago. I decided to try five guys out because I was having mild cravings and always passed by the place, but just never felt liek going or even attempting it. After reading reviews and comparisons I just wanted to try it out. The place itself is so-so and I don't like hwo it seems to take forever just to get a burger there. It took at least 10-15 min wait and there wasn't a long line or anything. However, all the notions of the burger being soggy or fries being that way just didn't stand true. Maybe it depends which one you go to at waht time... the burger itself, I thought was really good...it wasn't plain or weird...or average...it tasted pretty good and it was a good size--the two patties is necessary as for some reason, you want to eat more of this burger it tastes that good . This is definitely a step up from fast food burgers, and comparable to sit down chain restaurants like chili's or those types where they serve larger burgers, but this is a different type because of the two patties. The burger itself, was pretty good and though in the beginning I found myself taking one patty off, to try to not eat much of it, I ended up still eating the other patty. Even though I was getting full I still wanted to consume the burger...the taste was good. The fries too-- they seem like fries you can make at your place, but they are pretty good....despite being kind of crispy on the outside they are soft on the inside and have a potato taste and they were in fact crisp and not soggy at all. The food was a little bit greasy, ie the burger but not too bad. I tried to pat the grease off the burger. I ate a lot of fries and am not used to eating fries since I eat so healthy but they were so good so I consumed most of them. Even though I was so full I continued eating because the food tasted so good...even though it's kind of plain/average for some reason it's addicting and really good. I would definitely recommend this place and now I get the hype about it...the burgers are large juicy and delicious...and the fries are pretty yummy too. I truly enjoy Five Guys, but this location continues to disappoint. When I choose to splurge for a 5 guys burger, it's because I'm craving a greasy piece of heaven. I'm a fan of Five Guys and here they always get it right, on top of that the service is great, helpful and friendly. Only problems with orders I've had they've resolved quickly and they are always open to fix anything (unlike other places where they look at you weird if you ask for some sauce or a bit extra of something, or worse, charge you for it). Another thing is now they have those new coke dispensers with hundreds of flavors. Can't ask for more. read more

I really enjoy Five Guys burgers, but there is something about this location that bugs me. Maybe it's the deafeningly loud music that is constantly playing.
