Should have known walking into this place , most tables were dirty , trash receptacles full and food and other debris all over the floors. Yet at least 6-7 crew members behind the counter. Who's managing this place!? Worst grilled cheese I have ever tasted. Something was off about the bread or cheese. This was my first time trying the grilled cheese. The cajun fries were very good, hot and fresh.

Well the place was not packed but i was nice and clean except the drink station which needed a little attention. First off i want to start by saying i love the box of peanuts available to customers. They had an advanced soda machine in which i found my favorite Sprite grape zero. My burger was delicious with all the free toppings and the grilled jalapeños were amazing for my burger. Fries? the fries were everywhere in the bag over my cup we had so many we took some home the burger never made it out the door. Best burger in town. Prices are kinda high but worth it.

They definitely have a weird vibe; I know no other place that uses their parlor as a storage room. They claim they have great fries, but they were just average to me. Their service was not that great. Their soda machine was about to run out of syrup si the zero cherry coke did not taste right. They served us fast, that's the part I like, but the food is not that great. I went because people say that this place is better than In-N-Out, it is not. The presentation of the sandwiches was terrible, and they give you your fries in a paper cup for some reason. I don't think I'm coming back.

First time at Five Guys and it did not disappoint! For a fast food chain, the quality really stands out. The burgers are huge, juicy, and packed with flavor. I loved being able to pick all my own toppings, makes it feel super personalized. The fries were a highlight for me: golden, crispy, and perfectly seasoned. Plus, the portion size is generous easily enough for two people to share. The milkshake was decent, nothing extraordinary, but still a nice treat. The atmosphere is fun and casual, and I like the boxes of peanuts you can snack on while you wait. We went during a quiet time, so we had the chance to look over the menu without feeling rushed. The staff was awesome, super friendly and helpful, and they explained everything to us since it was our first visit. My only complaint is the price it's a bit on the higher side for fast food but honestly, the quality makes it worth it. Would definitely come back!

Love the burgers and the fact they always give you extra fries. Everything is fresh and shakes are great.

Prices at Five Guys are getting higher and higher. I had been in Sacramento for an appointment and got into Reno after 7pm. Dropped into Five Guys to pick up dinner for the hubby. I knew prices here were higher than most Burger Joints but I was surprised at the price for 1 meal, $29.74! When I mentioned to the cashier their prices were getting ridiculous, he stated they were going to be adding Combo Meals to the menu. Burgers are good but expensive for fast food. Cajun Fries are the best! I had ordered a soda for the ride home but the Soda dispenser was chintzy with the syrup. Same issue a couple of months ago when I stopped in. Got my order in 15-20 minutes and took off. I get halfway home and realized they forgot the milkshake. Back to 5 Guys! I was not happy at all! The kids there are nice but need to pay closer attention to the order.

I'm on the fence whether or not to add a star but I think I'm staying with 3 star rating. I'm holding 5 guys to a higher standard for the prices they charge for their high quality product. I've enjoyed a burger here and they are good but I'm not wowed to the point if want to shell out the money for a small but tasting burger. There Fries on the other hand had me at hello!! They are boutique potatoes and the variety of potatoes are actually listed on a chalkboard. They elevate the whole French fry experience by cooking them in peanut oil and they are just the best tasting. High quality French fry you'll ever have and at least o. Par with French "Pomne Frites" So begins my most recent experience at 5 Guys. After sipping cocktails and listening to live Irish music recently, we decided to hit 5 guys for a large order of fries to go. I ran in for what I thought would be a simple and seemless to go order. I decided to add a milkshake to the order of for my husband who had remained in the car and thought easy peasy. NOT the case. I sat and scrolled my phone while nibbling on peanuts provided for waiting customers. After way to long if a wait I start fixing my gaze on the open kitchen and the hustle taking place. Finally an employee from behind the counter get my attention and has the milkshake I. Her hand reaching out in my direction. I go and retrieve the shake and imagine my fries will appear any second d. I go back to my seat and the wait goes on, and on... and on. At done point I realize my fries aren't happening as they've now starting calling numbers well beyond my ticket. I approach the person who'd handed me tgd shake and tell her that this shake isn't even for me and it's well on its way to total meltdown and my fries still haven't appeared. She was very nice and offered to remake the shake. I actually felt bad and didn't want her to have to do that. Still thinking my fries were going to appear any second, it's been over 30 minutes at this point. They determine that my fries order somehow fell through the cracks. Now I'm just standing at the counter watching the fry guy finally get my fries in the oil. It's going in 50 minutes and I'm just in unbelief. The reason for considering a gratis star is that aside from whoever dropped the ball on my order, everyone was incredibly polite and attempted to get it right in a very kind approach. I was also very polite yet frustrated when all of a sudden a manager type approached me and slipped two $10 5 guy gift certificates into my hand with an apology. My milkshake also was remade. At that point I couldn't get to the exit fast enough! When I got to the car my husband was slack jawed and basically said WTF? Yup, not entirely sure if I'll be back anytime soon but I did appreciate the acknowledgment from management regarding my pretty poor 5 guys visit.

The…read morelast time I visited this location was somewhere between 3-5 years ago, and enough has changed to write about it. Food: And this time, it seems that the the Cane's sauce containers have gotten smaller, which really hurts! It sucks when companies charge the same price but decrease the portion sizes. It gets on my nerves a bit more than I'd like to admit. The chicken itself had little flavor, but when dipped in the Cane's sauce, offered the salty and delicious flavor that I remember. Good crisp, and cooked well. Cooked all the way through without being dry. The side fixings were delightful. Texas toast, coleslaw, and fries made up most of our plate. The Texas toast is crispy, buttery, and warm, everything I could ask for really. The fries served here are your traditional crinkle cut. It's not my favorite style of fry, although I appreciate how thinly they're cut, so they get a more even cook. Of course I paired it all with a side of sweet tea. It's as tasty as I remember it being, and the ice is the small and rounded shapes that make it really fun to drink from. Service: We were helped pretty quickly, and able to find a quiet corner of the indoor seating despite it being a busy lunch time around 1 pm on a Friday. At times, it was a bit too busy for my liking around the service counter waiting for our food. Otherwise, we enjoyed our table and hung around for a little bit after finishing our meal. If I'm going out for some chicken tenders nowadays, I think I would rather support local and go to somewhere like Crazy D's. I like the crispiness of their chicken better as well as the flavor. At Cane's, I appreciate the quantity and quality you get for the price, but I'd rather pay more or the same for a better quality chicken tendy!

They were just waiting on the toast. Few moments later the food went to the trash as the other person didnt see the ticket and assumed it was excess from the large varering order. Not sure how she confused that as catering orders are in different containers. When he saw that he told her was that my order. She apologized and he showed her the app order. As the app doesn't show if you upgrade the drinks they have us the normal size drinks. She did give some extra sauce. Hence the second star in this review. For overall the food quality is always consistent. We love the chicken and the canes sauce. I love the tea and always upgrade if we order pickup. We waited another 15 to 20 minutes. As of course this was dying the canes rush hour. The waiting and service confusion is the reason. Why they get a low score. The food and other members are most likely fine. I understand there was another order, but next time confirm with your team before scrapping food and the ticket. Im still confused on the entire incident. Can't do anything about it. Also if you have a complaint. The email receipt says to complain to the store that serviced you. I dont see how they can help if they lost our ticket order. How can you trust it. So if you want canes. Don't order ahead. Just go in person. Some reason you dont have order issues. If you do, typically someone corrects it. I thi k she was trying her best. Just frustrating. Still go and support. They are an awesome team. There are just some off days. We will still go and enjoy as long as this doesn't happen again. They seem to forget something all the time. Anotherni cident prior to this is one kiddo got a toy and the other didnt. So check your to go meals. I didnt for this instant it was my fault. We were running late to the kids school lunch day eith family. I had a meeting go a little over and needed to make sure we made it within the window. Luckily. Our little.one didn't get jealous the other one got a toy. Also its super busy here and gets loud on Fridays and the weekends. The cars also wrap around the parking lot. So dont park closest to the building. You may never get out.

This order included two shrimp tacos for myself and steak tacos for hubby. The shrimp tacos were dry, spicy and lacked flavor. I know these tacos and how a true Jimboy's shrimp taco should taste. I have been eating Jomboy's since I was around 12 and enjoying their shrimp tacos since it was added to the menu. There is typically a white creamy sauce on the shrimp and the garnishes included are mild to medium to complement the shrimp, not overpower it. The corn shell did not had the signature dusting on the exterior, but it had to be sought out versus being easily viewed as typically received. The exterior of this Jimboy's in heavily uncared for, is run down in appearance and does not reflect the exterior of a single Jimboy's I have ever frequented. My husband asked if we were in the right place! I would not recommend this location and advice to keep your money for a different establishment. Very disappointing experience and the first I have ever had at a Jimboy's with their food.
