I stopped at Burger NV as I was craving some beef Nevada style. The burger itself is a half pound monster and cooked medium well. It was seasoned perfectly and loaded the bun with all the great fixings. The only drawback was the patty was not flattened enough to fill the delicious bun. The staff brought the food to the table and were very polite. The fries were crispy and pipping hot. I recommend this choice for a person looking for a traditional burger and has a big appetite. We hadn't had dinner and decided on Burger NV. We both ordered the Fish and Chips and we both loved it! It was served hot and the fry was a perfect cook, not soggy nor overly fried. The tartar sauce was different than anything I had before and it was more of a thinner sauce. It's hard to describe the taste but I liked it and how it wasn't thick and heavy. I wanted to try this place out, since i saw a lot of positive reviews online and on YouTube, well my experience was very bad, i ordered my 3 slider combo and received the text notification at 12:26pm, i waited and waited and saw all the other customers behind me get their food, so i asked about my order, they told me it's still in progress even though i told them everyone after my order was getting their order, so finally after about 30 minutes later, my order was done and no apologies at all, mind you my order was just sliders with fries, not even a complimentary items offered, i will not go back nor recommend to anyone of my friends, a simple apology would of been nice read more

The meat was cooked well with zero pink so it was extremely dry, no flavor or sauce and my onion rings were so burnt that the red onion on the inside was like paper. I decided to get a Mushroom Swiss Burger from Burger NV. It was the the best burger I've had in years. I didn't think of taking a photo until I was halfway through. The burger was big enough I can have half for lunch tomorrow. It came with fries that were so good. I'm so impressed. Now the business was clean and I was greeted by at least 2-3 employees and the wonderful lady who was at the counter was amazing. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and 2 patties for my bulldogs. I loved my burger and fries! I appreciated how the French fries were seasoned and perfectly crunchy but not overdone. The bacon on the burger was thick and awesome. The hamburger tasted really great. The bun was the best and stayed that way since they put it on paper trays with a wax- type paper. I live in Reno and I've been doing my best to try to support the new Reno Public Market. Today I ate at Burger NV. All I ordered was one order of onion rings and it took 28 minutes. Catch up packs not fresh ketchup. As you can see in the photo for $9 and more than 20 minutes this is not a good investment. After waiting almost a half hour I asked the manager point blank did you find this acceptable that I had to wait this long for one order of onion rings and her reply was yes we take orders in the order that they come so that's just too bad. I can name seven other places in Reno that you get a better Burger better service there's no reason to come to this place for overpriced deep fried food. read more
