I didn't want a combo or anything complicated--just three thighs. The young guy working the drive-through was honestly great. Super patient, attentive, and actually listened to what I was asking for. He let me know they had a simple three-piece option for around $5 and even showed it on the screen so I could see exactly what I was getting. He mentioned there would be a short wait, which I didn't mind at all, and then had me pull up front so they could bring it out hot and fresh. Customer service was genuinely on point. On top of that, they threw in a biscuit--small gesture, but it meant a lot. You don't always get that level of care, especially late night, and especially at a drive-through. It really stood out. For a $7 meal, the experience honestly made my night. Big respect to this location and to the young people working there. Poor value and missing items. I ordered two kid's meals and a wrap which came to $16+ The food was yummy, but the toys were missing and it was a meager amount of food even for my 2YO and 5YO. Kids meals only come with one small drumstick, a juice box, and an apple sauce. They weren't served in cute boxes like the website shows. For the drama of the toys being missing, we would have personally been better off skipping lunch. I'd never been to Popeyes before and was excited to try it. The spot is typically always busy, especially around lunchtime, but the staff were definitely working hard and making due despite the rush and I got my food fast. The chicken honestly wasn't spicy and seemed a little mushy and undercooked despite the skin being crispy and well seasoned, the fries also weren't too much better as they had seasoning but seemed mushy/soggy and all of it was lukewarm as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. They may be preheating a lot of food in advance for the lunch rush which would make sense but it definitely reduced the quality I remember. The best thing about the meal was the butter biscuit which was the hottest thing in the box. I saw an advertisement for Popeyes' fish sandwich on tv so since I'm abstaining from meat for Lent, it was a good time to try it. When I approached the drive-thru, there was a car ahead of me, so I didn't have long to wait. I ordered the fish sandwich, an order of the fried shrimp and an order of fried pickles. When I got back to the house, I tried the fried pickles first; it was kind of disappointing, it didn't taste fresh out of the fryer. The fish sandwich was good but not exceptional. The best part of my order was the fried shrimp, plump and had a bit of a semi-crunchy/chewy batter. I love the fried chicken sandwich at Popeyes and the spicy version is not too spicy. Just just right and the red beans and rice way better than having. French fries is aside much healthier. My only suggestion is to change the honey sauce to real honey cause the honey sauce in it is high fructose Syrup and corn syrup instead of any actual honey. read more

Let's start with the cashier who is probably wearing the right uniform but has figured out how to "hood" it up. I came to this Popeyes on Moana on September 28th at 8 PM when I arrive I sat drive-through and I witnessed the manager grabbed 2 cups and spit in both cups and proceeded to give it to the customer. I absolutely love their chicken tenders the original recipe with their Mardi gras mustard oh my Lord if you haven't tried that yet you've got to it's got just enough of a bite to it that it lets you know it's there but not so hot that it overpowers the chicken. The mashed potatoes and gravy same thing got a little bit of a bite to it but still okay for kids to eat also. Today when I went the girl at the drive-thru I asked her for extra Mardi gras mustard now I only got a three piece tender and she turned around and handed me five little containers of Mardi gras mustard which I so appreciate because yes I kind of use that much LOL. Holy cow... what a train wreck this place is!!! The staff had an attitude from the minute I walked in the door. The floors are sticky and the tables are dirty. The there is filth everywhere. I also found it unusual that the girl taking my order wanted to keep my receipt and was very upset when I asked for it. The chicken tender combo was stale and not spicy like it was supposed to be. It was so stale that the chicken was not able to come apart when bit into. The blackened tenders on the other hand were hot and fresh because they're made to order. They're also super stingy with their sauces; we ordered two meals and she gave us one honey and two ranches. So when I asked for more sauce she seemed upset.
