Bring a sweater or some arctic parka or something because they keep it so cold you won't be able to feel your food to lift up to your mouth. The person working there said it's to keep the flies out. And it probably work because flies and humans would probably not survive long in that climate. Its very cold. The burgers are decent. Not bad. Nothing spectacular. We got two "small" cheeseburgers (normal ones are double-patty so we got the "single patty" version), one large soda, one large fries and it was a little over $20. What?!?! Crazy. I gave this place 2 stars because the food didn't taste horrible. It was good...BUT, We probably won't ever come back. First of all it was $45 for a grilled cheese sandwich, and 2 burgers with fries. I would have much rather went to In N Out and spent half the price and got the same meal if not better. 2nd of all and this was the worst part, this place was so dirty it was disgusting. I loved five guys in Colorado, really awesome, but that was when I was a kid so maybe things have changed since then. But I went in today and got two cheeseburgers, two large fries, one with Cajun, and two regular drinks. That totalled an arm and leg amount of $35, for two people. I was astonished at how ridiculous the price was. The burgers were regular, not better than in and out or even close to it. I could have gotten way better Cajun fries at wingstop across the street, five guys Cajun tasted like greasy fries with lawrys seasoned salt. way over priced. for me my honey and our daughter was 45 bucks. hubby got a bacon burger they forgot the bacon. he goes up and asks for his bacon, girl behind counter says sure shes on it. girl goes in the back for the rest of our stay. another couple was waiting for their order to be fixed it never happened either the gentlemen said never mind we will eat as it. is was just us 2 there they were not busy. hubby gets tired of waiting for his bacon and eats his food, even though they charged him for bacon. entire time one girl is in back doing who knows what and another is just making fries cleaning her nails. yeah no more five guys, we will stick to habit. read more

First time at Five Guys period. I purchased two, made to order, double patty, bacon cheese burgers, with all toppings, plus one large fries, to go, for $25.86. Service/cook time was very slow, for a burger joint. I ate one burger and half the fries. Burger taste, quality and appearance was ok. Fries were different and taste ok, but at $5.79, were not worth the cost and seemed skimpy (a cup and a little scoop dumped in the bag). The burger was very big and reminded me of a Carl's Jr. Six Dollar Burger, but more expensive. About a half hour after eating I had the runs. The other burger eater did not get the runs. Staff seemed courteous. Cleanliness was fair. I won't be back at this location (expensive). I have tried Farmer Boys, located in the same shopping center, and Farmers seemed some what better in taste, quality and value and did not give me the runs. My go to burger joint is In-N-Out, due to price, taste, value, cleanliness, consistency and not ever giving me the runs. read more

Wow! Very disappointed in the customer service at this location! I came in about 20 minutes prior to closing to grab something quick and togo (I mean it is fast food after all).... but was unable, due to the poor attitude of the staff... I was waiting for someone to take my order, but found that the employees were to busy to help me; being that they were more worried about cleaning up to go home.... while waiting I heard the employee, who was sweeping the front of the restaurant, call to the employees behind the counter so they could take my order; and let's just say the guy and girl were less than enthused! The girl behind the counter had said "Are you serious!?!" In a very irritated tone. And that's when I decided I wasn't going to be getting my order taken... And while walking out the door... the guy behind the counter (I think he had gauges or some kind of earring in his ears) had the audacity to say out loud across the restaurant "THANK GOD" in response to me walking out the door.... I must say it is an absolute shame for the way that these employees were acting, and also for them to treat a customer this way! And coming from the restaurant/service business personally, it is not okay to have employees 1.) be so completely rude and 2.) represent a business in such a negative way. Staff should really step up their attitudes, there is absolutely no excuse for acting that way, regardless of how bad you want to go home! read more

This was my first time ever trying five guys. Waited in line about 15 minutes before getting to order. We ordered a little bacon cheeseburger($6.69), little cheeseburger($5.69), little fries($3.09), a shake($4.49) and a soda($2.70). Total came out to be $24. I thought that was a little steep for fast food. I also don't think fountain sodas should be almost $3. I feel like$1.50-$1.99 is a good price. About 5 minutes after we ordered they called our number I went up there and only the shake was ready. Waited about another 20 minutes for the food. By that time my shake was watery. I Wish you got it all at the same time. I got my burger with jalapeños and grilled onions. Took a bite into my burger and the grilled onions were not so grilled. Yuck! But other than that the quality of the meat is very good. But I do wish they had other choices for cheese instead of American. The French fries were very pricey for a little cup of not so good not cooked all the way fries. The shake was very good quality, but I think it should have been a bigger size for the price I paid. It wasn't bad but all the different things made it a bit sloppy. Had a burger at Five Guys today. Have to say it was just ok! They asked if it was dine in, I said yes...what's the difference the burger and fries came in a bag! A bit pricey for what I got! I don't want to dock this place too much the food is good and I don't really mind pricing it is a little expensive compared to fast food but as me I have celiac and cannot have gluten! so if food can be prepared for me as most people know its hard to come by in restaurants around here I was so happy as I've been to a five guys in another town and they took extreme precaution. This one almost every time I've went they seem like they are bothered that I ask and have to have my meal that way even the lady behind me noticed the looks I got. I still ordered everything was fine until I noticed everyone kind of has there separate jobs the person making burgers (the meat) was also making them and toasting the buns goes over with the same gloves and throws fries in the fryer! I think everyone should have a different station like it was preparing meat and then touching produce and fries etc.. not safe and hoping I don't get sick. read more

If you deal with her be prepared for attitude and entitlement, and "know it all" service. I hope she gets set straight, she can't do ANYTHING without an attitude. so we tried five guys for the first and last time. I had to laugh at the banner proclaiming it to be the best bargain at $7.69 for a double cheeseburger alone no fries no drink what a joke. So mine had it "all the way" with grilled onions and mushrooms it completely fell apart the bun turned to mush and the whole thing became inedible and the patties where totally bland (try some salt at least guys). Mind you I like a good sloppy burger but the bun needs to hold up to it. As for me I'll stick to In & Out Where for $6.99 I can get a Double Double with fries and a drink now that is a bargain and it'll taste good as well. read more
