Delivery area, was out of ketchup but the crew got it for me

First time to this 5 Guys, we just moved to the area, total bill for 1 person $28.00 WOW wasn't expecting that, but understand because of min wage in CA. Now for the food: The cheese burger was it worth $13.00 no more like a $7.00 burger but again with CA wages I understand but burger was not worth $13.00 The large fry I order was $10.00 and was totally not worth $10.00 more like $4.00, there was so much salt on the fries I could not eat them, I did mention that to 3 employees and no one said anything. And the med coke was $5.00, now coke is my drank but again not worth $5.00, but as I said with wages in CA I understand. Now with all that said, I prefer 5 Guys over other burger places, so I will be back and hopefully it will be better quality food. The restaurant was very clean and nicely organized, the crew was AWESOME as well, I asked 1 of the crew members to adjust the heater because it was cold in restaurant and she did (Thank you) Until next time

Sad for one person ... 10.00for fries soggy salty poor quality & quantity. Owner don't care about the people..

Pathetic for one person a large fry and still was not crispy it was full of salt. Soggy fries .. everyone wanna make over 20hr but the quality is poor. Never again avoid this location at all cost workers don't care how they prepare your food but will cry wolf tickets if the tables were turned. Hypocritical world we live in .. to the Owner 10 for large soggy fry smh.

What a disappointment! It's been years since I've had five guys and my memory of it was that the burgers were amazing. This time the burger was very sad. I got the bacon burger with the works and it was so bland and not worth the 11ish dollars I paid. Good outdoor seating but go next door instead!

This is mostly to corporate not the establishment itself. One small cheeseburger with ketchup and Mayo, a regular fry, and a soda. $21!!! Their food is great but that's outrageous. Would love to come here more frequently but not now.

Picked up lunch last weekend for some friends and myself. We have never had Five Guys before. I ordered a banana shake , Cajun fries , & a bacon cheeseburger with jalapeños, grilled onions & pickles. Burger was great size I split with my man . My man's friend had a double patty cheeseburger with bbq sauce & five guys fries. My daughter had a little cheeseburger with grilled onions & mushrooms. My other daughter had a lil cheeseburger with five guys style fries. We all loved our food!! My burger was so delicious!! Banana shake was bomb!! I can not wait to go back..

Came in for a small meal after shopping. My husband and I tend to eat smaller meals, so we wanted to split a cheeseburger and fries. After I ordered the employee asked what my husband wanted. He explained we were sharing and the employee said "ok, but they are small burgers!". My husband replied he understood and we continued. As the employee was going over our items he repeated "small cheeseburger" 2 or 3 times. We get it! You think they are small! We looked for a table and they must have had a recent rush because most were dirty or taken. However, there was an employee working quickly to clear them off so that was nice! Our food came out quickly and very fresh. Overall, the food was ok, the employee food size shaming us was undesirable, and in my humble opinion it is overpriced. But it worked for a quick bite!

The flavor of the burger patty could possibly be better than In N Out, but it's so greasy. The oil from the patty runs down my arms when I eat it and the bun turns to total mush. I asked if they could make the French fries crispier by leaving our fries in the fryer longer, but I got a nonsensical response from an employee. The fries get so soggy and limp and there's nothing the employees can do about it I guess. It is pricier than other fast food burger spots, but it's the food preparation at all Five Guys locations that keeps me from returning regularly.

The burgers are good, compared to in and out burgers! The fries are wonderful. A bit pricy, but worth it.

There was plenty of parking out front which was nice. When you enter the restaurant it is pretty dark but there is an option to sit outside if you want. We chose to sit inside at a table. We both ordered three sheep's to the wind. That was a jalapeño with pineapple margarita. Wasn't sure how I was gonna like it I was worried it was gonna be spicy. We both actually really liked it. Drinks were good amount of liquor, they were made with patron tequila which I love. She was hungry so she ordered the sushi rolls and she ordered the pretzel bites with cheese sauce. When the pretzels came there wasn't very much cheese sauce so we had to ask for more. They were just OK I wouldn't order them again. She said that her sushi rolls were OK as well not the best. We probably should've ordered the wings. Ordered another margarita because it was it's good. My sister ended up getting heartburn so she can finish hers . Would like to come back and try other drinks. This place is perfect 4 a date night.

There was an older gal (floor manager or bar back?) that did the absolute most to not make eye contact or interact with us while we were waiting to get seated/order drinks/order food. It was comical. After being ignored I kind of hollered at her and asked when their kitchen closed and she looked confused for a bit and said, "I'm trying to remember what day it is". The bartender was the most helpful person. But we think they were all doing shots/kind of lit while working behind the bar. Would explain why the service was a little lacking. Will not be going back. We split a French dip, I don't think the bread was cooked. It was super soft but almost TOO soft, like it was the par baked stuff that you're supposed to throw into the oven for five minutes to finish. Two stars, because the bartender tried. She was sweet, but it was not a great experience.

Everything on the menu is available to order. I've come around the same early morning and ordered their burger! Nice when you crave for a lunch meal but there at breakfast time! I ordered the 3 egg breakfast with bacon. The only thing I'm a bit disappointed is the bacon is super skinny and thin compared to what I've ordered there in the past! Eggs were cooked medium and great. Wheat toast had butter lathered on there and the hash brown was a good portion. But yah, the bacon definitely wasn't very meaty to my liking. Service today at the front could have been better. The Gen Z girl in the counter looked like she was half asleep and needed a cup of coffee. She had a monotone face while taking our order and just lacked that customer service vibe of yester year. I would have liked to give it 5 stars but for this visit, it just lost one star based on my observation. I would still go there hands down over Dennys for breakfast!

But as he walked us over, I clearly saw an open booth and asked if we could sit there instead. He said it was closed and then suggested we just take the partial booth "to make it easy." A few minutes later, I watched him seat another guest--who had been waiting behind us--in the exact booth I had asked for. That didn't sit right. The food didn't improve things either. The onion ring tower came out warm, not fresh, and the "bottomless fries" were room temp. When my meal arrived, my burger was also just lukewarm, and the sweet potato fries tasted old. I had to ask for a fresh batch. To top it off, the manager checked in on the table next to us but completely skipped ours. Inside room is ok, a bit cold feeling with concrete counters, floors, etc. There were several groups at the bar, 3-4 guys on one end, 2 guys at the other, so I sat in the middle. The first red flag was the female bartender, who was dressed in sweats and a ball cap, like she had just rolled out of bed. Very unprofessional, even for a beer/pub. She seemed disinterested in serving me and was more concerned about talking with the 4 guys. Then another guy & girl joined that group. They all knew one another, obviously regulars. The beer list was decent and well-balanced. 4 IPAs, a couple of Pils/Lager and Stout/Porters, Hazy IPAs, Cider/Selzer, and 4 grocery store beers: Coors Light, Modelo, Bud Light, and ? IPAs were from Henhouse, Drakes, Dust Bowl, and ? Large food menu for such a small place. From the bar, you can easily watch the cook on the flattop. After reading the list of sandwiches, I figured the turkey/ham/etc. was the Sysco-type, inexpensive kind, so I opted for a cheeseburger. Burger & fries arrived on a metal sheet pan. The burger looked good, and the fries looked a bit undercooked (not golden brown). Bun was toasted on the flattop and had a bit of mayo, no mustard, ketchup, etc. Fries came with a small 1oz thimble of ranch. As I suspected, the fries were undercooked. I cut the burger in half, and the center was undercooked. Then I noticed the burger patty was actually two thin patties pressed together. WTF? First bite was a warning- the meat had no seasoning and tasted like cardboard. Thankfully, I got a second beer and washed down the burger. Only ate half of the burger. I'm guessing they sell a lot of booze, because there is no way people are going for the food. I wouldn't be surprised if this place is closed by the end of 2026.

I would give it 5 stars for the friendly service! But I had to knock off 2 stars because what I ordered was not very good. I ordered the Thai tacos and they offered a low-carb version on a bed of lettuce instead of tortillas. The presentation was nice and I know they really tried, but it was pretty bad. The sauce tasted more like ketchup and did not taste like a Thai sauce at all. It was supposed to have chopped peanuts in it but it hardly had any. The chopped chicken pieces were drowned out by the ketchup tasting sauce. I thought there would be more avocado on it but there was only a tiny piece on each taco and they chose a bad avocado because the avocado was turning brown with stringy fiber in it. I couldn't eat it after a few bites. On the other hand hubby had fish and chips which he liked. The french fries were good. So my dish was a bomb while hubby's was decent and predictable. I would return if I'm in the area because the service is so friendly and nice, but I would not order that again. I would try something more mainstream that's hard to botch up like maybe a hamburger or a sandwich.
