EXPENSIVE for what it is. Potatoes are cheap. Almost $6 for a large fry? That's nuts. Did online ordering. On one burger we ordered extra pickles. It didn't have one pickle let alone extra. When 4 burgers, a hot dog and 2 large fries are over $50, you have to get the order perfect. read more

Ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers. Great taste but bacon was missing. Informed sever Kristin K and she offered to just give us the bacon on our half eaten burgers. If you walk into their all gender bathroom and there is urine on the toilet seat don't expect them to sanitize it. The manager said that I was more than welcome to just wipe the seat but he wasn't going to sanitize it. read more

I've had Five Guys before, but this time it was different. The hotdogs were cut in half and fried to a crisp. My kids wouldn't eat them. The burgers seemed different from the last time, maybe in ordered something different. Fries were plenty for 4 people. Food was out quickly, but the place was packed and we felt hurried. read more

Burgers are always cooked to perfection and the fries ever so flavorful. The staff is always nice and go out of the way to accommodate their guest. This particular location has had the nicest staff by far. read more

Just opened near our house. Very popular, but I don't see what the fuss is all about. Pricey, you can eat better for less at In-N-Out or The Habit, both within a stone's throw. Nice selection of condiments when ordering, but what you can serve yourself is limited to catsup, salt, pepper and malt vinegar. Wacky soda machines that force you to drill down through menus to get to the drink you want. When we got there, there were no tables available. One was taken up by an employee on break browsing his phone. Very noisy, and the table we ended up getting was in the ideal place to get subjected to a barrage of "number 19, your shakes are ready!" Not really the quickest service considering the simple menu. There are at least a dozen alternatives at this intersection; I submit that you would do better at almost any of them. read more

TERRIBLE FOOD! Burgers are so poorly grilled and NOT SEASONED that they tasted like eating boiled ground meat in patty form. We also ordered their fries and Cajun fries. One star for mediocre food and poor service. Walked in (party of 7) and were not greeted. Two registers, and only one open. Employee is on the phone taking and order at the register, so we wait. And wait some more. She doesn't even look up to acknowledge us with a nod or a "I'll be right with you". Another customer rushes to the counter and asks to quickly purchase a soda. Rather than inconvenience her by making her wait behind us, they give her a free soda (remember, the register not available because of the phone order). While waiting some more to place our order another employee asks if we've counted how many patties we will have. No. No we have not. We finally place our order, and I specifically request lettuce and tomato on my veggie burger. Food arrives and no lettuce or tomato on the veggie burger. I go to the counter to ask for it and I have to wait several minutes (long enough to go back and sit down) before I'm given lettuce. No tomato. The restaurant was not busy at the time so experience was frustrating. Order was approximately $100 which is way too much in my opinion for takeout food with poor service. read more

The food is by no means terrible- however compared to the nearby competitors (In n Out, the Habit) I do not see myself nor my friends coming back. If I wanted to get the taste of Five Guys I would go to the Habit which is cheaper, faster, and better quality. If I wanted to switch it up, In n Out is always the better choice. Not what I expected for my first visit. I didn't like the price of the food to start. As for the food itself, I can't complain but not as good as I hear from other people. This was the second chance I gave five guys. I won't be giving them another anyone in the near future. The place is new and very clean. The employees are very polite and energetic. They have the new coke machines that give you a plethora of drink choices. Then there's the food. The fries were way over salted, and I will add salt to some places fries. The burger was nothing remotely special. The pickles had no flavor, the patties were somewhat crunchy on the edges, and I had to pick off the tomatoes that I didn't order. For the prices they charged I assumed the food would at least taste good! Nope! The burgers were unseasoned, griddle fried patties with unmelted cheap tasting American cheese on top. Got my 3 kids a grilled cheese, cheeseburger, and hotdog and not one of them would finish them. For 2 burgers, a grilled cheese, a hot dog, and 1 order of fries it was about $30!! I am soooooo disappointed! I wouldn't eat this food again if it were free! I will stick to my In n Out for sure!! read more

Not impressed. To be completely honest. ..the Bacon Cheese Burger tasted like a glorified Burger King . Not as greasy but that's what it tasted like. Cajon fies had a good flavor but we're limp. ..dipping them in ketchup bent and broke them. Malted shake was pretty good until it melted a little. Me and my lovely family went to have a cheep meal (which it is not) my little boy Tomas came out running from the bathroom thinking he was going to be hurt in the gender neutral bathroom. After all I am the customer and paid ridiculous money to meet my son at 5 Guys for burgers & fries. To find out you were then talking to the manager who then messsed up the replacement plus gave you grief and caused you to grub after your guest was already finished...unacceptable. Cash only and the tomatoes were not ripe means this is the worst 5 Guys I have been at ever. Glendora deserves better and no I can't be bought off with a "shake". The restaurant was nice and clean. There's always plenty of parking in the shopping center were the restaurant is located. The burgers, hotdogs and fries are always so good.
