Milkshakes are slightly more interesting than some of their other burger joint competitors. There's a lot of extras you can add, if you're so inclined, but even the stock chocolate and vanilla are both solid. I wouldn't go out of my way for a milkshake from here, but if you're choosing between Five Guys and In-n-Out, choose Five Guys. read more

Stopped by twice. The burgers are decent (I was expecting more from hype)- patties grilled well, bacon crisped just as well too, but it's all held by a fairly weak, plain bun. Fries vary in quality- but I think they're great due to the solid, crispy outside layer with a moist starchy inside. This place is so close to my home, but I'd probably go out of my way to hit up In-N-Out instead. However, I'll most likely try it again once they're further settled. read more

This place is delicious. Not only the food sticks out but tge workers are reallt nice. Theplace is really clean and all the soda choices are amazing. Vanilla rootbeer is the way to go. I definetely reccomend this place waay better than in and out which i also love. read more

Exceptional and eager to help and deliver customer service, lately I've been coming here every Monday night. The staff here is incredible but there is One young lady in particular that I think deserves a lot of credit for her hard work and amazing attitude. She's there every Monday night she wears a Gray shirt and a visor hat. She's a perfectionist when it comes to food and she looks like a ballerina managing the kitchen. I am amazed every single time I come back my burger taste better and better and my order always remains the same, how does she do it ? Is my question. Five guys gained a loyal customer and I will return every Monday night and that's a promise. Always enjoy going to Five Guys, the food is really good, probably the best burger I've ever had !! The employees are always friendly and helpful, the peanuts are a nice touch, the music was a little loud that day but tolerable. Biggest draw back for me is the price, I just can't justify $10.00 for a burger and fries for lunch, probably more like $12.00 or more if you get a soft drink. But still a great burger !! read more

Great hamburgers and a very interesting dinning experience. Not sure I'm with the peanuts and mess it creates while eating a hamburger, but the food is really good. Hard to admit as an In n Out loyalist but 5 Guys is an excellent burger joint and may even be my favorite burger chain. The burger is juicy and always perfectly executed. I went in for a cheeseburger. I don't, drink soda, the woman at the register asked me if I wanted a soda and I told her I don't drink soda, then she asked, "are you sure you don't want a soda?" I ended up getting a soda. Then she tried selling me fries, I didn't buy the fries but it's like, come on, I want a cheeseburger and now you are trying to sell me other stuff I don't want. It's bad enough I'm eating a cheeseburger (I am a health nut but this one time I went for a cheeseburger). Anyways, I got my soda, after I drank it I felt itching and scratching in my throat, I took my lid off and looked in and there were thousands of ants crawling/ swimming in the cup. I don't know what to say, if you've been to Five Guy you know what Five Guys is. If you've never eaten here go and try it. It's more expensive than In-N-Out , but worth it once in a while. Get a Bacon Cheesburger ALL THE WAY w/ regular fries. If you love burgers you'll like this place. read more

Let me start by saying the fries were really good. I noticed they make the burgers in assembly line style, they are all over the place so seems just a bit gross. With that being said, the burger I received was a bit cold and the sauce sloppy. I got THE worse food poisining from here last night. I never really throw up food, I couldn't hold it down hours later. I knew it was the burger because as soon as I got in the car, I started feeling funky. I went to grab my jacket right now I wore in there last night and the smell of greasy fast food was so absorbed into the cloth, it grossed me out. I can honestly say In-N-Out is much, much better and tastier. Sorry Five Guys, this place is disgusting. read more

So i have to say that I am a little bit dissapointed. Yes their food is amazing but few days ago I ordered online and showed up to pick it up after 20 min and my food was still not ready. when i finally got home with my food I realized my order was completely messed up. They messed up my order twice during my two visits at this location recently. For the first one, I asked for relish but they gave me pickles instead. For the second one, I asked for a few toppings,  but to my surprise, I found out when I got back home that there were no other toppings except for a few drops of source on my burger! read more

Convinced my bf to come here with me. We ordered little burgers which are regular normal burgers where as the regular burgers on their menu consist of 2 patties. I got a little bacon burger and cajun fries. We sat down and a few minutes later our food was ready, once I got my package of a burger I turned to him and asked if my burger was bigger than his and if I had ordered the right burger. Both he and I assumed I ordered a regular bacon burger (with 2 patties) and I instantly asked him if we could go home and eat so I don't look like such a fatass stuffing my face with this gigantic monster of a burger. He said no :-( and enjoyed my moment of suffering gluttony as I unwrapped my burger to find... A LITTLE bacon burger! Yay! So I finished that and half the fries (so many fries for a normal order!) and my raspberry iced tea. On the way to the trash I noticed there was a station where you could get peanuts to munch on while you wait. We sat digesting for a while and decided to count calories - those menus are pretty nifty if you want to know that you ate half your daily calorie intake in one meal. Google told me a woman's normal calorie intake is 1800-2200 and in my one Five Guys meal, I had ~1040 calories. One word......YUM. We go at least once a week and have different combinations of topping we're still trying out. Burgers are always juicy. A order of small fries is enough for 3 people. The drink machine is self service and spits out 100+ combinations of coke, sprite, fanta etc.. Flavored with your syrup of choice - grape, cherry etc.. read more

I've been to a few Five Guys in the Bay Area and this is by far the best one around. Every time I eat at this location it has been the best burger I have ever had in my life. My opinions may be biased, since I am from the Arlington Virginia area where 5 guys originated.. but this place really isn't that great. I am used to a saucy, greasy and flavorful 5 guys burger. I moved down prospect recently and have been to this 5 guys several times. 5 guys was my very favorite burger place to eat on the east coast. I am disappointed in the dryness and lack of flavor here on the west. I bike to westgate and get a more flavorfull burger at smashburger. meh, i miss 5guys VA. read more

Love 5 Guys in general, but today had extremely impressive customer service. I arrived with my husband and dog, whom I left at tables outside together while I went to order. When I returned I discovered that Tea, one of the crew on shift, had brought my dog a bowl of cool water! She came out multiple times to check on us and make sure we didn't need anything else.
