The girl who HANDED me my food (Asian looking) today was very rude; she asked me if I wanted ketchup I said"yes please" she then threw my ketchup/chilies onto my food rudely(as her coworker laughed next to her), tossed in some special sauce I didn't ask for. I asked her politely to remove it(cause I won't use it and it'll go to waste). She then made a face of annoyance handed me my box quietly didn't say anything and I drove away. I can always count on good ol' In-N-Out to satisfy my burger craving! I never stray from the hamburger animal style. Although their fries are freshly made from real potatoes, they are not my favorite. I hear if you ask for them "well done", they're better. I will have to remember to try that next time. Love the Neapolitan milkshake, but if I need something less sweet and dessert-y, I also enjoy the pink lemonade! This location is busy inside and out (drive thru) at all times! Never thought I'd find myself leaving less than a 5 start review on a In-n-Out because I've always had great experience. Unfortunately for this location it did not meet the bar. It was by no means a cold day and the drive back to my hotel was only 10 minutes and my food was already pretty cold. They also forgot my fries a very sad discovery when I arrived. I am extremely disappointed with the food we received yesterday .Not only was it cold, but it was missing a puppy pad, French fries, the pepperchinnies and the sauce we asked for many times. The milk shakes were halfway melted. We have been eating at thiis restaurant for years. It's my dad's favorite. We have had some bad customer service experience but we have somehow let it go. I've visited In-N-Out numerous times across many locations and have always had great experiences, but today was an exception. We went through the drive-thru and when we got our order, both burgers were ice cold and one bun was broken in half. I parked and went inside to politely ask if they could remake the order. I really hate being "that person" who has to send food back, so I made sure to be respectful, but the young lady at the register had an attitude. Then the drive-thru cashier came over and also seemed annoyed, and when I finally got the remade order, the person who handed it to me had an attitude as well. Every business has off days, and their card reader at the first window wasn't working and they were clearly busy, so I understand mistakes happen. But the lack of customer service and the obvious attitude from multiple employees is where this location really needs improvement. The patty is pretty small, so you'd have to at least get a double patty for it to be a normal size.
