I've come here a few times and the heavy foot traffic is always a guarantee. Parking flow is tough to say the least because of the neighboring business and being directly adjacent to SJ's airport doesn't help the situation. The girl who HANDED me my food (Asian looking) today was very rude; she asked me if I wanted ketchup I said"yes please" she then threw my ketchup/chilies onto my food rudely(as her coworker laughed next to her), tossed in some special sauce I didn't ask for. I asked her politely to remove it(cause I won't use it and it'll go to waste). She then made a face of annoyance handed me my box quietly didn't say anything and I drove away. Never ever in all these years did I think I needed to write a review lower than 5 stars for an in out but MANNNNN that last experience in receiving my foood as a guest/client really matters and that girl really sucked and ruined the in n out experience I usually have. I can always count on good ol' In-N-Out to satisfy my burger craving! I never stray from the hamburger animal style. Although their fries are freshly made from real potatoes, they are not my favorite. I hear if you ask for them "well done", they're better. I will have to remember to try that next time. Love the Neapolitan milkshake, but if I need something less sweet and dessert-y, I also enjoy the pink lemonade! This location is busy inside and out (drive thru) at all times! Parking was packed...Drive thru was fully packed and Ofcourse its In-N-Out but not a regular local one...they have a huge kitchen and sitting area its not as big as the other places but fully packed inside, outside and in cars so mainly the long drive thru line was explaining!!!!! Never thought I'd find myself leaving less than a 5 start review on a In-n-Out because I've always had great experience. Unfortunately for this location it did not meet the bar. It was by no means a cold day and the drive back to my hotel was only 10 minutes and my food was already pretty cold. They also forgot my fries a very sad discovery when I arrived. We ordered 3 double cheeseburger burgers, two animal styled and one regular, two animal styled fries and one regular. The burgers were cold and didn't contain the animal style. The animal style fries had little to no toppings, as for the regular fries, they didn't look fresh whatsoever. They appeared cold and stale. We asked for extra sauce & only got two. The services in all In n Outs are the best, considering they are pretty much a fast food place. Kudos to those who wipe down the tables. Not only do they clean the tables well, but when it is crowded, they keep an eye out for a vacant table and wipe it down right away so those waiting can sit. I love In-N-Out and always grab a meal there after choir practice on Tuesdays or when I return from traveling. The place is always busy, whether you go inside or use the drive-thru. What's there not to like about the burger establishment. First off I like the consistency of their food whether I hit up a Cali location or go to LV. Second are the prices for what you get which is a decent tasting double, double burger with onions. And honestly and don't judge me but I really do like their fresh thinly cut crispy fries and have heard the complaints but hey you say what you gotta say and I'll do the same. Also like the one upping the order to animal style at times but didn't this go round. I've visited In-N-Out numerous times across many locations and have always had great experiences, but today was an exception. We went through the drive-thru and when we got our order, both burgers were ice cold and one bun was broken in half. I parked and went inside to politely ask if they could remake the order. I really hate being "that person" who has to send food back, so I made sure to be respectful, but the young lady at the register had an attitude. Then the drive-thru cashier came over and also seemed annoyed, and when I finally got the remade order, the person who handed it to me had an attitude as well. Every business has off days, and their card reader at the first window wasn't working and they were clearly busy, so I understand mistakes happen. But the lack of customer service and the obvious attitude from multiple employees is where this location really needs improvement. Because of this experience, I'll be avoiding this location and going to the El Camino Real In-N-Out instead. read more

I am extremely disappointed with the food we received yesterday .Not only was it cold, but it was missing a puppy pad, French fries, the pepperchinnies and the sauce we asked for many times. The milk shakes were halfway melted. We have been eating at thiis restaurant for years. It's my dad's favorite. We have had some bad customer service experience but we have somehow let it go. The patty is pretty small, so you'd have to at least get a double patty for it to be a normal size. No matter what you order, the food is always good and you know it if you have been there , the burgers are always cooked in perfections. Depending on what time of the day but more and more on weekend its just packed, loud, crrowded but we always found seat here. We love this location because its easy access, near highway.
