Five guys has always been a go to in our house hold and I'm glad to say we've always received good service at this location! The food doesn't take long and is always up to par. The cheese on our burgers were melted and the fries were hot and crisp. We have enjoyed our meals here and will continue to visit! read more

They have a Lettuce wrap that you can customize, it is so flavorful, add to that I had mine with NO mayo, NO tomato sauce and NO sauces, and it was so tasty and flavorful, so, just to leave you with that one, I'll have one today too. The staff at this establishment work extremely hard and are extremely nice while doing it. The food was great, the service was even better. The chemistry between staff members was apparent and you might not think it matters in fast food but it does because these individuals are serving something you're putting in your body. I will come back 100 times because the people made it easy and fun to visit. This location needs to be recognized by their parent company for the exceptional customer service they provide. I saw it with others before and behind me, they all need raises. It was a great time and I hope I get to see these delightful people again when I return. read more

Some might argue that their prices are flirting with traditional "sit down dining" but I'd gladly pay the price for their burger over those found in nearby restaurants. 5Gs is a great example of fast-casual dining - no frills but very good food (burgers, dogs and grilled cheese and shakes). Why anyone wouldn't spend a bit more here than even fast food is beyond me. These guys (no pun) are quick, friendly and good at what they do. Fully customizable burgers with some good cut fries....can't go wrong. I'm ready for full service though - miss the peanuts!!!!! For sure a go-to in this area and as I say, the only better burger is my own.....but man these "guys" are good. read more

This place is great! The man who greeted us was very kind and wanted to know about our day, he felt very personable. The food was quickly made, it tasted great, a whole lot of fries, everything was awesome. The food is all natural and farm grown, which is really nice to hear from the server. The environment is very clean, much nicer than other places, the food is greasy but that's good, and the music is nice to listen to. There are packs and packs of peanuts, the walls are lined with reviews, and has a section with pictures kids drew! We chose to get a milkshake at the end, which is also full of fresh ingredients and even cherries from Europe! This place is a huge step up from normal fast food stops, definitely commended! read more

Once again in this store the manager was really loud and un-courteous. He was rude to the other employees and loud all over the place that intimidated us to the point of fearing ridicule if we mention that we got less fries ordering large than we usually get for small on other locations. The fear grew from the fact the "he" was the one on the fries station. Two stars off for such bad service. Btw the cashier and other staff were very pleasant and were having that look of sympathy and apology in their eyes as they also looked scared. read more

When I first reviewed this place, it was brand new and bright and shiny. Now it has been open a while now. I went in again the other day and this place continues to slide. I went in shortly after open and the restaurant was dirty, meaning dirty tables, chairs and floor. I "dusted" off a spot to eat. There were already several people waiting before me and they didn't loo the happiest. This place has never been fast because the cook to order to minimize waste. This time they were very long for a burger. I know it takes time but i waited over 10 minutes and the 4 people before me had ordered before I stepped inside. There seemed to be an early start-up issue this day, perhaps. They seemed understaffed. Normally they have several people working in the store, today it was a young cashier with a cook. The cook seemed to be needing help but it wasn't available. I was bothered the most by the dirty restaurant. If what I can see isn't cleaned, where else is it dirty? Is it going to affect my food or make me sick? Cleanliness is big for me. By reading other reviews, this place is hit and miss. read more

Can't believe it took our family so long to try Five Guys at Southbridge! Super great food & stellar customer service. Burgers were very good but the large list of toppings made it extra special. Hot hot was sooo good. The shakes are absolutely amazing. My son enjoyed peanuts in the shell, free for customers. They have awards for best fries... I totally understand after trying them. The food was fresh and hot, everything was made directly in front of the customer with an open kitchen setting. Customer service was amazing as they catered to me from start to finish, even offering me a water glass after denying drinks or milkshakes. The establishment was clean and windows smudge free. I love 5 Guys and am excited about the new Shakopee location. The food is always great and the staff seems excellent. I went last week and the manager gave me a free order of fries, which was awesome. I called in my order ahead of time and, after I arrived, it was ready in less that 5 minutes. Made our first and last trip to Five Guys, Shakopee tonight. We haven't been to any Five Guys restaurant but this shop was dirty, disorganized and not managed well. Staff seemed to be visiting with each other and confused about what they were supposed to do. We ordered, went to get a table and found all were dirty, no ketchup and garbage was full so that you couldn't use it... I used Starbucks outside. We had to notify staff as to cleaning the tables, filling the ketchup and the need to emptY the trash. When our food came up, they didn't have our malts made. We had to inform them that our order was incomplete. They arrived near the end of our meal. The food is expensive for what you get. The hamburgers were dry and the fries mushy and very greasy. $26 for two small cheeseburgers, one medium fry and two malts is too much for a fast food meal. Very underwhelming experience.
