The decor is what you would typically expect. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is amazing. When I am in the mood for A steak this is my goto.

Unfortunately just had a disappointing experience picking up my to go order. Usually the pickup experience is one of the best in the industry, but today it downright sucked. I walked in to see my order sitting there, rang the bell and waited as almost every staff member walked right by. Noting that it wasn't busy and many people were standing around. I waited quite a while and then rang the bell again. Again I waited. Finally a nice staff member came over and said he would alert the to go guy. The to go guy came up and didn't even look at me or greet me. Finally I was like "hellooo..?" he annoyed said "name?". I then explained I had requested horseradish on my order and he blankly stared at me and asked if it was for my salad..? Then I realized this guy must be new. He annoyed again said "oh..... I guess I'll have to go to the back and get it". Yeah.. he came back with the horseradish and packaged up the bag and didn't even hand it to me or push it towards me.. just left it on the counter. Very very strange interaction. This guy might need some more training. I was shocked at this experience only because every other interaction I've had with staff at Texas Roadhouse has been above and beyond wonderful.

A fun and lively place to have dinner. The food is made fresh and the service is excellent and fast! They greet you with complimentary warm, soft, bread that's delectable with the butter. The steaks are always mouth watering and I love that you get your choice of two sides! My go-tos are the 12oz Ribeye with a side of sweet potatoes and veggies. It's the perfect amount because I like saving half to look forward to as leftovers! The giant, frosty glasses of beer are awesome! Don't forget to grab a free bag of peanuts in the front before you leave :) This is a fun, satisfying steakhouse that we'll definitely be going back to!

First time I did the Family TOGO order it was amazing. $65. I ordered again for my birthday and the salad was a serving for 1. It was missing cheese and croutons (he took it back and this is how it came back) I was mid sentence telling him how disappointed I was and he turned his back and WALKED AWAY. Very rude...

The wait staff seated us right away even though it was busy. The food was great as always. The steak does not need mushrooms or onions as it is excellent on its own. The honey butter and bread are soooo good. It is busy with lots of groups enjoying the food. Great for groups or couples to dine in. I ordered the sirloin with mashed potatoes and green beans.

This is a great weeknight steakhouse resturant. My friend and I visit it often. The food is great and the staff is even greater! The menu has a selection of steak, chicken, ribs and seafood. I've had the 6oz Dallas Filet in the past. Great option especially if you are watching your calories. Tonight, we weren't. My friend had the ribs and I had my favorite...roadkill. Don't let the name fool you. It's a hamburger steak covered with onions, cheese and mushrooms. Comes with two sides. I always get the potatoes and the house salad. I LOVE their salad. It's crisp, has the right amount of toppings of tomatoes, cheese and eggs. The ribs are incredible too. The sauce isn't too sweet and the meet falls off the bone. The only critique I have is the music. Sometimes it's blaring and you have to shout to your dinner partner. But that's only occasional. And hey, I'll just use that time to eat my meal. Again. The food is really good and AFFORDABLE! I love a fancy steak house once in a while, but to walk away spending less than $30 on a meal? Sign me up!

Most places dislike when someone walks in at almost close. Well these guys were great. The guy up front asked if I was picking up or looking to do a sit down order. I told him just wanted to get a little takeout. He said if you know what you want I can get help you out or if you need a minute go ahead and look at our menu board. After looking at the board, I got a half a pound of brisket point half a pound of sausage half rack of ribs and a small container of mac & cheese. I also noticed that they had smoked sausage too. You pulled everything out of the warmer cut it fresh and asked if I wanted any barbecue sauce on the side. He also mentioned that they had an ice cream machine behind me if I felt like having an ice cream cone while I waited, not many places have soft serve ice cream twist cone so I got one. After forgetting everything home, it was still very warm and tasted good. Only complaint I had was. I like a traditional Texas style brisket.

The biggest issue with this restaurant is the service. We were seated at a table without napkins or silverware, and it felt like we were forgotten about. Multiple staff members walked by our table without checking on us. We eventually had to ask another employee if we could get a waiter. Even after he informed our waiter, it took about 10 more minutes before anyone came to our table. After placing our order, our food arrived before our drinks. We could see our drinks sitting at the window ready to go, but once again they were forgotten. Thankfully, a different waiter noticed that the drinks had been sitting there long enough to become watered down and brought them to our table. The food and drinks were both very good, which is why we keep coming back. However, the service has a lot of room for improvement and takes away from what could otherwise be a great dining experience.

We got the silver set and an order of scallops and we had leftovers! Plenty of food for two people. The scallops were huge and meats were quality. Pretty clean, not a lot of marinade so if you like more salty/ flavor, dip in a lot of sauce. It's a good option if you like to cook your own food due to quality of meats provided. Would recommend ordering à la carte once you know what you like. The combo set is a good sampler to get a variety to taste

This review is an honest, constructive critique to help a restaurant improve, and I hope Lindsey's BBQ hears it well, because according to reviews here and on other platforms, food changes are desperately needed. The service and servers were truly friendly and relatively attentive. Food was delivered much faster than expected. The atmosphere and setting are comfortable and mostly align with the expected style of a BBQ joint, though they've gone a bit crazy with the pull tabs. It's a solid place for family or a Saturday night with friends. This is where we hit a wall. The food was unfortunate, to say the least. The main issue is that their meats aren't smoked. Not in the slightest. Oven-baked brisket and "burnt" ends. Their original sauce is quite good once cooked and slightly caramelized, however, it's also served cold, which is a grave mistake. You can tell they assume the liquid smoke in the sauce alone will make up for the fact that they're not smoking or even charring their meats. It doesn't. NEVER serve this sauce as a side. We started with the nachos and brisket. Upon tasting, we were confused because the supposed brisket had the taste and texture of a shoulder roast cooked in water. We next had a half-pound of brisket and a pound of burnt ends--same issue. At least we were sure it was brisket by the cut, but it was by far the worst we've ever had. Gamey (fecal), fatty, and completely bland. This is the most substandard, cheap beef I've ever experienced. Had they at least seasoned it properly, that would have been something. The burnt ends weren't exactly burnt. They were more seared in a high degree oven, drying them out slightly without giving them any sense of char. Again, zero smoke. High fat, zero bone or gristle, significantly meaty. Had they been true burnt ends, they would have been quite good. The sauce was great, but the improper cooking method destroyed any desire to finish our plates. The coleslaw was 6 out of 10. It was fairly flat and needed more tang, potentially a little more vinegar, sugar, celery seed, and lemon. The macaroni and cheese was the only hit. Despite other reviews, ours came out creamy and pleasant. Cornbread was okay, also 6 out of 10. Nachos come in at about the same rating. The demise of most restaurants is generally the same. Food quality gets cut, cleanliness is overlooked, and service becomes complacent. They hit the first death knell long ago, and I imagine they suffer for it because you can see where they've overcompensated in other areas to increase profitability. Menu prices for anything on the platters are scrimping on sides and outlandishly high when compared to the likes of Old Southern BBQ, Wing King, Famous Dave's, Dickey's, or John Hardy's. Lindsey's, if you take away anything out of what I'm saying, for the love of barbecue, PLEASE SMOKE YOUR MEAT. There is nothing barbecue about your restaurant. Make some changes and invite me back. I'd be glad to rewrite my review.
