Absolutely the best decision we could make. Angela is a motivated, inspired, and a very creative chef. Her menu is vast and ever changing. She caters to all types of diets and is very flexible with scheduling when it's time for a cook date. Angela handles all of the grocery purchases, brings her own pots, pans, and utensils and cleans up everything when she's completed or, if needed, will cook off-site and deliver...very accommodating! The pernil (roasted pork) was delicious and was a huge serving. I asked for hot sauce, and the owner recommended a verde sauce they made in house that was excellent. I wasn't as much of a fan of the pollo guisado. I thought it was too salty for my preference and not that much meat. Both main dishes came with very generous portions of rice.

Burger runn Cheesesteak…read more I've been told repeatedly to try the cheesesteaks here. On a previous visit I had the burgers and I thought they were very good. Though at my visit today I discovered they use Martin's potato rolls for the burgers. The place was a former deli and is tiny. I was greeted at the door and they took my order. Cheesesteak fried onions provolone. My go to order. The floor is tiled and slippery and I almost fell several times. It was around 4:15 so I thought I beat the dinner rush but apparently everyone orders from here on DoorDash or Uber Eats. At least a dz orders were picked up while I was waiting. I thought the wait was a little long.... But I stood there waiting for my sandwich. Finally a woman from the back come up front to address a problem with a chicken order and asked what I was waiting for.... A cheesesteak I replied and the counter woman that took my order grabbed a bag that was sitting in the pickup pile and handed it to me Alex? She asked yes I replied. I made an order for the morning and was maybe waiting at the window for over 30 minutes. I even tried knocking on the window. I spoke to one of the managers "Derek", and I requested to know when my order would be out. I was then laughed at and had the window shut on my face instantly. I overheard the young man calling me "Big" and joking around with his co-workers for the next 3 minutes as I STILL awaited my food. I am again, very disappointed in management as well as whoever is in charge of hiring such rude people.
