Yes! Got to Five Guys! They have peanuts to chow on while you wait for your food. They have delicious fries. (As someone from Utah, I'd like some fry sauce, but I can live with ketchup.) And they make one heck of a great protein-style (lettuce wrapped) burger. The ingredients taste great. Some protein-style burgers make you realize their meat is kind of gross. Not here at Five Guys. Their meat tastes great. They let you load on the toppings. It's messy but they load you up with napkins. They have Diet Coke on tap and it was the perfect compliment to a great meal. read more

I come here often and it's usually an amazing experience however they recently hired a few new people I could tell and quite the customer service you'd normally expect at a five guys except with a massive big headed bitch attitude y'all are lucky this is the only five guys around kitsap or I wouldn't be back. Completely overrated and over priced on everything. My husband got a $5 shake...it was nothing to write home about. My kiddo got a hamburger, and she really liked it. This is the only reason this place got 2 stars from me, instead of 1, and I feel like I'm being generous here. I didnt want a hamburger this particular night. So instead I decided to try one of their very expensive hotdogs with cheese. I figured since it is so expensive, it must be good...or gourmet...or something extra special. Nope. I got a ghetto dog. A ghetto dog is when your mom runs out of hot dog buns, so she slices the hot dog in half, so it will fit nicely between sliced bread, and then fries it in a pan. Don't get me wrong now, a ghetto dog is good, when you want a ghetto dog, and when you're expecting it. And maybe if you're at home or at your mom's house. But dang it! I am not at home, and I could not believe I just spent so much money for a ghetto dog. Funny thing is, after making a ghetto dog, they put it in a hotdog bun. ??? This made no sense. So, whatever, I took a bite. Well, the cheese....you guessed it! A slice of American (but only half a slice, cuz you know....ghetto dog). Overall, this was a horrible experience. The place was loud and chaotic. And there were peanut shells everywhere. Two double doubles, two fries and a soda ran us $33 (!!), which I could've stomached except the burgers looked like somebody's jumped up and down on them. This location is not quite to the standards of other Five Guys Burgers Fries we have been to, but it's their first week, so maybe they will get better. We ordered the Veggie Sandwich and did not receive the amount of mushrooms, etc. we're used to getting. This is a LOUD location; staff yell back and forth to each other and shout out the order numbers as they are ready. The rock music blaring from the ceiling could have been half volume; perhaps then we would have been able to talk without lip reading. Atmosphere is great. I love that you can snack on peanuts while you wait and the coke remix machines make drink making fun. Burgers are always fresh and never really disappoint. Now that the weather is nice again they have some tables outside to enjoy the sun. I have been to this location a few times. I really like that they have low-carb/keto options by just ordering a "Burger-in-a-bowl". They made no fuss about it and you can still get all the toppings you want. Be sure and add lettuce to your burger and they'll place it all on top like a makeshift salad. We had high hopes for 5 Guys in Silverdale. We tried it twice. There will be no 3rd strike. This is why. The burgers are good but WAY overpriced. Example: I ordered the small cheeseburger and small fries and it came to over $10.00. TEN BUCKS for a small burger and fries w/o a drink is way the F too high. Also, the fries were limp, wet and stale. I placed my order and watched the bozo behind the counter bag them...10 minutes later they made the burger and bagged it with the now over 10 minute old fries. Just idiotic! This was visit number 2. Visit number 1, they screwed up my order by giving me 2 burgers with everything on them when I ordered 2 PLAIN cheeseburgers for my kids. Now, I sent them back and they fixed them...but it took 10 additional minutes because a crowd came in and they were suddenly slammed. Meanwhile, my kids are complaining because they were really hungry. Bottom line: overpriced, sorry-service, limp fries = no return visit for this family. Save your money. They are ok but the service is sometimes messed up. They get the order wrong every now and then. I think they should do better and not mess up on orders so much. Craving a burger after shopping and thought I'd try this location out. I've been to the same on the east coast, but this is new in town. I,ll begin with the peanuts. Ewww! It was obvious that they dont cover or put them away...EVER. The top of the stacked boxes by the door were dusty. The menu, ok, pretty good variety. The young man that took my order didnt seem to thrilled to be working that evening. No smiles, but he got my order right. Double burger with cheese, lettuce, onion, pickles and tomato, regular sized shake and regular fries. The shake was good, skimpy on the amount of fries (must be a potato shortage) served in a cup which seems like an added expense. The fries were not crispy which is how I prefer them, but this is my personal preference. The burger appeared to have all fresh ingredients, but I like melted cheese and some seasoning. This was just beef, no salt, no pepper...just bland beef. It was probably to my benefit because I can't imagine what the cost of seasoning would amount to. My little meal was a WHOPPING $20.23. Now I would expect that cost at a sit down full service restaurant with a friendly wait staff and bottomless fries and drinks, but fast food? Good thin it was just me. If I'd brought the hubby and kids we would have forked out $100! Needless to say, there are plenty of other places to get a reasonable meal in town, so I'll be bank the extra cash and have a better burger elsewhere. read more

I saw nothing special about this place. It isn't a "I have to go there" it's doable if in the area and there is nothing else closer.

Absolutely horrible. The staff has ZERO customer service skills and were openly and loudly mocking what must be a " just say yes" policy that Five Guys has after another customer complained that he was missing the bacon he requested on his burgers and presented a receipt for. The imbecile on the cook line threw some cold bacon in a paper bowl and thrust it at him. I was not offered any type of upgrades or drinks. My fries were very cold and unseasoned. My burger still had a pulse. Gross. The sign right above their head said that the burgers were cooked well done. Not. And the price?!?! $9 for a cheeseburger?! No drink, no fries included. Are y'all serious?! I can go to a sit down restaurant, be served by a gracious waiter/waitress and get fries and a drink for that price!! And the air was so thick with grease!! Turn on the fans!! I was really looking forward to this place after all the hype and missed deadline for expected opening but was ultimately disappointed by the whole experience. The place was filthy despite only being open a couple of weeks and the setup was really weird. The order line wound around between tables with folks sitting at them so basically you're getting people's fannies right in your face if you're sitting nearby. For every order, the guy yells back to the cooks how many patties to put on. Very annoying. There doesn't seem to be a dedicated spot to wait for your order so we ended up standing next to someone else's table which was awkward. The food itself was not very good at all with bland burgers on cold buns, not enough cheese, overcooked bacon (broken-up pieces) and soggy, oily fries and a couple of non-ironic shakes. All this for just under $40. Heck, for that much, we could have sat down at a quiet and clean table with cloth napkins, ordered the same food, subbed beers for the shakes and wouldn't have to sift through boxes of peanuts that everybody before you has been standing around shedding and sneezing all over.
