Have a nice crew of folks working in the restaurant. You get a good welcome and they all seem to be working in some kind of harmonious way. The food is pretty greasy-spoon basic. The choices are limited, but it is what you expect from this particular restaurant. Free peanuts. Bags of potatoes ready to make into french fries are part of the decor when you walk in. The service is quick enough, but it's not fast. Which is kind of interesting because it's just basically burgers and hot dogs. I think the hamburgers are pretty good. Their hot dogs, in my opinion, leave a lot to be desired. They could absolutely find a better, less salty, and more plump and delicious hotdog.

This was my first time at a Five Guys, so I can't compare to any other in the chain. I was delighted to find out that they have hot dogs, because I'm a hot dog gal all the way, and I'll always pick one over a hamburger. I ordered a hot dog with lots of grilled onions, and cajun fries. It was kind of a long wait, but the order numbers seemed to be called out pretty quickly, there were just so many people! The seating area was pretty small, and there was no place to sit. Luckily, I had somewhere to go with it, because it would have been really messy to eat in my car. I guess the overflowing cup is supposed to be a Five Guys shtick, but it's not very practical. The condiment station didn't have any mayo packets, so I asked for some for my fries. They said they didn't have any, but gave me a little cup of mayo, which was even better. The hot dog was juicy and a little saltier than most, but in a good way to me. The amount of grilled onions weren't what I would have called lots, so next time I'd say quadruple. It was a great hot dog, but a little pricier than I'd expect for its size. The cajun fries were excellent! The spice was the perfect flavor and perfect amount. The relatives at whose house I ate told me that their regular fries are amazing too, but I can't imagine ever ordering them without that delicious spice.

Sadly every time I order pickup it's always wrong . I want to support here since they have Keto options but it's really frustrating when you get a burger "bowl" and get a lettuce "ball" I have ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon bowls before and this has happened twice ? Maybe they are out of the containers ? But i get a lettuce ball that is soaking through the bag .. just wrapped in the burger paper and it's horrible. When it's in the "bowl" it's usually correct . But the past two times it's been a nightmare .

Had a HORRENDOUS experience at this Five Guys. First of all, I placed the order online, marked I was there and then when I walked up to the counter and said the order name they mispronounced my name, I corrected them and then they asked the expeditor if they had my order. He then loudly shouted he had no order for my name, but he had one for my mispronounced name, I corrected him and then he looked me in the eye and said "nope sorry I have a " and then said my incorrect pronunciation of my name again. He was horribly rude. Then it took 10 minutes for me to receive my fries after id ordered 8 mins prior to that. Then they gave it to me and another person mispronounced my name yet again ... Then the WORST part is that I get home and my husband is eating and finds an actual ROCK in his food. He bit down on a fry and pulled out a small rock that had ended up in there. Absolutely unacceptable. I have managed multiple food establishments in the past and this is outrageous on a customer service level and on a food safety level as well.

Taco Time - Crispy pinto bean burrito - my favorite with their hot sauce

I really like the variety that Taco Time has with their menu options. I actually have several favorites and I do eat there more than I ought to. Chicken and beef crispy burritos are very tasty. I'm a huge fan of the chicken hard taco, but it's not quite as filling as the beef one. And the baja fish tacos are a family favorite. I even like the bean baja tacos with the cabbage instead of lettuce. And when I'm feeling like I need to ear more healthy, they have a really good salad that has chicken, corn, beans, nuts, and a cabbage mix. I must have salsa more of like a pico de gallo. They have a hot sauce that is free and I like it when I eat their tater, tots or their crispy burritos, but otherwise not what I order. I also like their salsa verde as well. Generally, the drive up window service is excellent. Usually I am met with a smile and a good attitude by most of the servers. There's a Mexican food truck nearby which I also love. So it's interesting which I decide to go to when I'm in the mood for mexican food. I often choose the Americanized Taco Time over the more authentic food truck option about half of the time. That actually says something for the quality of the food at Taco Time. One occasional minor irritation is that at lunch time there's often a long line to the drive through. But I can't be mad about that because it moves fairly quickly and the food is good, hot and fresh. And, the service is top notch!

We figured she was busy and would get to us. It wasn't like she couldn't see us, we were standing right in front of her. When someone came in and walked right past us going in, we asked if we could sit down. She said yes, and told us to go right in. I don't know why she couldn't just say that to us when we were standing there in front of her, waiting. I had originally planned to get a hot dog, but found out that they only had one kind. The menu I had looked at online, before, had several different kinds. I got the Sweet Hickory BBQ Burger with onion petals, a raspberry lemonade, and peanut butter pie for dessert. My mother got a French Dip with onion petals, and a Blueberry Lime Splash to drink. The burger was exceedingly average. I love every barbecue burger I ever have, but that one was just blah. It really made me wish I had just gone ahead and ordered the hot dog. They gave me extra sauce when I asked, but it didn't improve it, much. My mother said her French Dip was pretty blah, too. She also thought the Blueberry Lime Splash was just kind of all right. I liked the raspberry lemonade, but we both agreed that the onion petals were the star of the show. They were really extraordinarily delicious, with a great texture. I got the peanut butter pie to go, and ate it when I got home. It was incredible! Definitely one of the best peanut butter pies I've ever eaten. It was amazing both with and without the chocolate sauce I was given. All in all, I probably wouldn't go back, but if I do, I'll try the hot dog, and steer clear of the burgers. I'd definitely get the onion petals and peanut butter pie again. As a side note, it's very dim in there, and it was very difficult for my sight impaired mother to read the menu. She had to get up and walk out and read the large one on the wall in the entryway. It's good that they have that option, but a little bit more light would be nice, too.

Jersey Mike's jumbo sized subs were what came to mind. This Jersey Mike's was well staffed at each station and overall very efficient as a team dealing with online/pickup, takeout, and onsite orders volume. Ordering, prep, and payment went smoothly. We ordered both a jumbo #13 Italian on white bread, Mike's Way with all the fresh vegies, seasonings, and oil/lvinegar drrssing. The other jumbo sandwich was a grilled #42 Chipotle Chicken Cheesesteak on rosemary parmesan bread. We passed on the chips, treats, and fountain drinks that were also available for purchase. Once at our destination and unwrapped, what was notable were the generous amount of Italian meats, cheese, and chicken that were provided. This was in contrast to other Jersey Mike's sites visited in North Seattle, Shoreline, and Woodinville. Definitely we prefer the tasty, well crafted subs from Jersey Mike's versus Jimmy John's, Subway or Quizno's. Great experience & can recommend this Silverdale location!
