The gouda was lost in the sweetness, a saltier cheese may be a better option. As for the burger patty, it was cooked perfectly and was clearly freshly ground. However, today it was missing salt and it really needed it with all of the onions. I'd definitely go back and try their bacon cheeseburger and the pies/desserts.

It's packed generously with tender, marinated grilled sliced Korean pork. The sweet and spicy sauce paired perfectly with the crisp pickled cucumber, giving each bite an amazing pop of flavor. Hands down, these are the best burgers we've had recently. Wonderful Korean-American fusion! One of the tastiest burgers I've had since my move to the northwest. The burgers come out 8 minutes after you place your order so the wait time is awesome! Even though a little pricier than a regular old burger at another shop the customization options really allow to make your own burger extravaganza especially when you include the colossal sized fries which are shipped and cut daily!
