    Cheeseburger

Went and got 2x cheeseburgers, 1x Large Fry and 1x Drink and paid FORTY THREE DOLLARS. There was 4 teenagers working, not a single adult in sight. The ketchup was empty, most of the drinks we tried in the soda machine were out of syrup. Our burgers were smashed into a bag, mushed and incorrect toppings. They gave us some extra fries in the bag but not near as much as they used to, maybe like 10 extra fries. For paying $43 for 2 burgers, 1 fry and a drink I should be blown away, I was not even slightly impressed with this establishment at all. Sadly won't be returning, I give this place a year or two before closing being run like this :\

We were very hungry and came to the restaurant 5 minutes before closing, there were a lot of us, 30 people! But the guys agreed to feed us! We ordered cheeseburgers! Very tasty, 5 stars!!!

While i was ordering the staff was very very rude, i was ordering for my family of 4 and they thought all the food was for me they said "damn girl" and they made comments about my weight . VERY Disrespectful never going back ever again it was just disgraceful. While i was eating the burger it all started falling apart, it had a veryyyy funky taste. DONT Recommend, Very Expensive for horrible food.

I tried this place a few years back. I was not impressed and haven't revisited since yesterday. The burgers are sooo good ! Once the topic of hamburgers comes up. People are quick to compare with other restaurants, specially in-n-out. I believe each burger place has its own identity and should be judged alone, not compared to other places. The burgers here taste like a homemade backyard BBQ burgers. The bun is extremely soft and all ingredients are fresh. I love the Cajun fries! They do not carry ranch! Although it's my favorite condiments and most people's favorite as well. I didn't mind so much , I actually like it when certain places don't carry certain condiments . I went with the good old mayo mustard and ketchup. I ordered a double bacon cheese burger and enjoyed every single bite ! I see a lot of people here complaining about the increase in price. What the average person does not understand, meat prices have doubled in the past year. At the end of the day , they need to profit. They don't have any trays or plates . Not very dine in friendly. Although the staff was very nice. The ice machine was broken and they only offered bottled soda, paid $5 for 2 cokes with no refills. This place won me over and now part of my restaurant rotation

Ok burger for the price...go to In and Out for something better and for much less. $11 for a burger, drink and fries is excessive.

I paid over 11 dollars and waited a really long time for a cold, tasteless burger and bland fries that were burned. :(

I wanted to go there for lunch today but it appeared to be closed and the windows were covered with paper....closed?

It says that their store is close, scheduled to reopen Nov 21,2024. Maybe they need to make repairs or remodel for a few days...

SO SAD - Dog Haus decided to change their menu as a whole company nationwide and I don't know if it…read morereally satisfies us the way it used to. Dog Haus is known as an American craft-casual restaurant that's famous for their gourmet hot dogs and sausages all served on Hawaiian bread rolls. However, the new menu eliminated a good amount of their reputation! They sell smash burgers and grilled chicken, but it's called Dog Haus. The menu no longer has items like the spicy Italian, smoked apple sooo veggie sausage, chicken-mozzarella, and curried Thai Fighter wurst. Now, they highlight their normal hot dog and pork sausage - that's it. They used to sell their gourmet and different flavor combination sausages and bratwurst, but now they don't. It's turned into a restaurant like Sonic (but without the fun desserts and drinks) and Shake Shack (but at least Shake Shack has shakes.) They lost their uniqueness. Other than the company decision, which was probably the wurst business move, they also did not communicate clear enough to their employees because everyone at this location seemed to be over it. The guy at the cash register was incredibly annoyed that we didn't automatically understand that onion rings obviously aren't on the menu like before and onion strings are the new thing and what the differences are. We're sad because we really liked this restaurant and location, but it's not worth the food that's now pretty basic at most other American restaurants. Having smash burgers as a hot-dog place vs. selling hit smash burgers at somewhere like Fat Sal's where they're known for that is a bit different. Additionally, the customer service was NOT it. I asked for a water cup and was very disappointed to see that even after running the water for a few seconds, the water was still pink and not clear. When we got our food, our onion rings now onion strings were one of the saddest "shareables" side on their menu. They were limp, oily, hard to eat, and definitely not the move. We ordered entrees and weren't too impressed now that the dogs were normal, as well. Ambiance wise - they have seating inside, some seating outside, and inside have a tv where things like the FIFA World Cup play on a big screen.

I REALLY like this Stand location!…read more I've been to a few of these and this one is by far my favorite. Inside it's just nicer, quieter and less crazy and has lots of tables that feel nice to eat off of. The outdoor portion also feels equally nice to dine at and doesn't feel like just a few chairs added outside for the sake of it. This time we got the miso salmon bowl which was really good and filling (very easy to split) and a side of sweet potato fries. I loved feeling like I didn't have to get a burger to feel satisfied here. Everything was delicious and staff accommodated every request! Pretty much everyone we talked to were nice and kind so it seems like great staff too! Really happy with this one, will definitely be back!

Assurances were made that the team will have a review of sanitation, cross contamination, food prep and proper use & disposal of gloves. The service was genuinely friendly and impressively fast, even with a busy crowd. You order at the counter and wait at your table, and the dining room is bright and clean. Still, it's hard to ignore how messy and disorganized the space feels. Cases of cups were stacked in the dining area, and there wasn't a designated spot for condiments--I actually had to grab Tabasco from a table someone was leaving. I ordered the Breakfast Burrito with bacon, which is definitely large and packed with eggs, cheese, hash browns, salsa, and your choice of protein. Unfortunately, the size didn't translate to flavor. The bacon came as three very greasy, soft slices clumped on one side, and the whole burrito tasted oily and bland. Even after drowning it in salsa and Tabasco, I couldn't finish it. I wouldn't order it again. Many people swear by their burgers and fries, and considering they've been around for over 40 years, they're clearly doing something right. Maybe next time I'll try what they're known for--but the breakfast burrito was a miss for me.

It's in the Promenade, so it can get a little crowded since it's in a busy shopping center. Free parking is available, though, which is nice. A lot of families and kids are typically here, especially since they're open pretty late (10/11pm) compared to the other places nearby in the area. With this in mind, a lot of the workers are mainly high school students or recent graduates. It's nice coming here on late night for a milkshake, whether it's classic or a trendy limited edition one; all are great. Their burgers are smash burgers without being in your face about it, and taste better than they look. For how they look though, I don't know why Shake Shack food always looks like it's been through a mild depression, although they're good tasting for looking a little sad. Their fries are pretty unique when it comes to fast food claiming their shapes, like Chick-fil-a with the waffle fries or In-n-Out's style, and are more like a crinkle cut. Shake Shack also sells hot dogs! I feel like this is something they don't promote and haven't promoted as much in recent years, but are slowly leaning more into it. (Please do!) The only thing that was a bit annoying was selling hot dogs, but then not being able to order much on it, like ketchup, mustard, and relish. They had a ketchup dispenser, but then only mustard plastic packets, and NO relish what-so-ever. However, I feel like with a bit of cleaning up, they could definitely boom more in that category of their menu. It's just a bit inconsistent at the current moment.
