    A little disheveled but tasty

Yesterday my son had a baseball tourney in Keizer...They played a game at 2 and 6 pm. We did bring some snacks along with us, but the only thing I got at concessions was a watered down Diet Coke. It was ok because the ice was useful. A lot of the players went to In-N-Out after the first game...unfortunately this caused many to be late. We were hoping to do the same after. I myself have never been, but when we got there we were like "nope". I made the quick decision to go to Five Guys and I wasn't disappointed The restaurant was very nice with cool music playing. There was peanuts scattered around and I placed my order. One double patty cheeseburger with a small fries. When i returned I found one large fry on the table. This made perfect sense. The quantity of fries provided in a large is more than enough for 2 adults and a child. My portion was delicious and sufficient. The burger as usual was juicy and delicious. I usually just get a one patty, but I was starving. The raw jalapeños make the burger. I did have to go up to get them , but I am thinking my order "might" have been modified like the fries were. Dinner definitely hit the spot.

I haven't had Five Guys in years so I was surprised when I had the hamburger and it was quite delicious! The ingredients and toppings used were fresh and added to the nice quality of the burger. We got Cajun style fries to share and they were a bit too salty to taste. The worker who took our order was not that friendly but it didn't bother us much. I suppose Five Guys can be worth it sometimes.

I am conflicted about giving this place a three star review because the burgers and fries are literally the best around for fast food. The burgers are fresh and the fries are massive and delicious. This Tualatin location however is always under staffed. The the last two times I came here it was normal day hours and they turned me away. The first time they said they did not have enough staff and the second they had run out of ingredients. Both times I drove to the West Linn location. Today there is two people working and they are busting there ass no shade on them. Where are their employees? The real question is what is up with the management at this location or lack there of???? This is just unacceptable. Does five guys have a corporate office? If so please help this floundering location.

Yes, the cheeseburgers are meat and cheese stacks of delicious monstrosities, but today I was treating myself to a milkshake.

Great service. Really nice people in a cool bohemian setting off Hwy 99. Love the artwork all…read moreover. The host explained the menu to us and we got a couple of chili dawgs (Everyone's Fav), hold the sour cream, with an order of fries. Yes, they accept credit cards. They hand you a buzzer that tells you to collect your order and it worked for us from the nearby parking lot. I'm sure the sour cream would have made it even more over the top good but both of us are sadly lactose intolerant and not big believers in dairy subs. However, the seasoned fries were hot and tasty and perfect to dip in the excellent chili. I just lost my soul cat and these dawgs were a perfectly indulgent, guilty treat on a days like these where I need to wash the blues away.

I love the idea of this small take-out joint. Entrepreneur quits her regular job to create a small…read morerestaurant. Her daughter also quits to help her out. Lots of fresh made menu items, some with a twist from time honored recipes. I really want to support them, but one problem . . . I've gone two times in the last four days around 11:15am, and they were closed. As far as I know, they should be open at 11am. On Saturday, I saw a young lady come of of the door, so I walked over, and she said the owner wasn't there yet, and invited be to come back in 30 minutes. i finished my other arrands and came back 40 minutes later, and they were still not open. I parked in the lot behind the tiny restaurant and waited another 10 minutes before finally leaving. Three days later, I came by at about 11:15am again, and they still hadn't opened. I understand the challenges of a small business, but someone needs to understand the importance of opening on time! I'm not on a clock for work, but if I had been and clocked out to go for lunch, and they weren't open 20-25 minutes after they should be, I'm not sure I would ever go back. I will give them another chance, because I want to support them. I will stop by after 11:30, and hope they are open. UPDATE: I decided to give them another chance and I went by for the third time in six days. This time i waited until 11:40 because the last two times it was closer to the opening time of 11am. SHOCKER!! They were still not open, or even looking like they would be any time soon. The front door was locked, the chairs outside were still stacked and there was no sign that anyone was around. For me, that's strike three. You would think a small business would do all they could to be open on time. And if you have a valid reason for not being open, leave a small not at the door. I'm sure the food is good, but I won't waste my time driving the 4 miles to try again. Sorry ladies!

We visited on May 30 and placed an order totaling about $80. Unfortunately, our experience was…read moreextremely disappointing. After waiting more than 30 minutes, we still hadn't received any food or drinks, while customers who ordered after us were already being served. We checked on our order twice because our children were hungry and there seemed to be no progress. We were told there were computer system issues, which we understood, so we continued to wait. Eventually, after more than half an hour with nothing received, we requested a refund. While the restaurant refunded the food charges, they did not refund the tip. That was unacceptable. Not only was our time wasted, but we were essentially charged for service we never received. What made the situation worse was the lack of customer service. The manager's response felt dismissive, and there was no genuine apology or effort to make things right. A brief "sorry about that" at the end came across as an afterthought rather than sincere concern. It's now nearly a week later, and I still have not received a refund for the tip. Person in charge said they cannot refund my tip from the store but it must be corporate. Wrote a little note on my receipt, put it in the drawer and said they will submit a request. I left feeling completely ripped off and unvalued as a customer. The impression I got was that because this location is in Bridgeport and likely has plenty of business, losing a customer simply didn't matter. Mistakes happen, especially during busy periods. What matters is how they're handled. Unfortunately, this experience was handled poorly.

The location wasn't overly busy, but it stayed steadily active, and staff continued checking on me every few minutes. My food was delivered to the table, and the restaurant was clean, inviting, and had a nice ambience. My burger was hot, fresh, and made exactly the way I requested. The fries weren't straight out of the fryer, but they were still delicious, and the chocolate shake really rounded out the meal. Thanks for a great experience!

The veggies were fresh and the double smash burgers were good portions. It was a bit saltier, maybe double patty or Shake Shack seasoned their foods more? However after my son's baseball team won their District Championship and decided to go there for a celebration dinner, I was like sure, I'll celebrate this! Upon arrival I was surprised on how the restaurant was laid out. I wasn't expecting fancy, but I guess it was pretty casual. After waiting for people to get there i ordered @ the kiosk. I wanted a Diet Coke and a Sprite for my son, but i couldn't switch it before I completed my order, so my son got a little caffeine. After all was said and done, the meal for us was just north of $50. Two burgers, two (small) orders of fries for a crazy price of $4.99/order, and two shakes. For what it was i don't understand why it was so expensive. The burger was a burger. The bacon wasn't crispy and the overall size of the burger was below average. The fries were ok, hot and crispy, but for $5 probably half as many as I would have expected. Finally my son didn't have any complaints about his cookies and cream shake, however I was really confused by my "S'mores" shake. I could make out the chocolate chunks, and the pieces that supposedly were graham crackers. There was absolutely zero sign (or taste) of anything that even resembled marshmallow, which is the whole point isn't it? In closing the kids had a great time...running around in the grass afterwards probably trumped the dinner. I however much prefer Five Guys...their fries and shakes are superior imo as well. I was celebrating the teams win, however the food and pricing gets a "L". Would not return unless they won STATE, and then i would bring Five Guys from across the street.
