Decided to get lunch at Five Guys Burgers as I was in the area. I've been to this spot a couple times before. Located at a shopping plaza with ample parking. Nice, clean spot with several dining tables. It was a lil after opening hour so there was not any crowd yet. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger ($14.99) with grilled jalapenos and double mushrooms. Also got cajun fries ($6+) and a coffee milkshake ($7+). The burger was very good and juicy! And the cajun fries were super! The staff here are courteous and very friendly. So we often go to Jackrabbit Brewery on Sundays and Jackrabbit doesn't have food but allows delivery. Last Sunday, we ordered Five Guys and they completely f'ed up the burger toppings. We called Five Guys to see if we could fix the situation and an extremely impatient woman answered the phone. When we told her about the situation, she rudely replied, "that's not our problem, call Uber Eats!" and slammed down the phone. Well, Uber Eats IIRC is a delivery service, they did not make the damn burgers, that was YOU, Five Guys! 5 guys has always been special in it's own way, I love how everything is fresh and made to order, (toppings included), and the clear obvious "extra" fry's at the bottom of the bag on purpose is what makes this place a charm. The price tag however is a bit on the higher side but I think that things have gotten better recently since they started offering combo meals. Sometimes you just need a burger. Five Guys reminds me of what Fat Burger used to be when I was a youth so they got me in the feels (why does nobody else use sweet relish???). Price is a bit high so I tend to stay away but I was in the vicinity so just happened to be a victim of circumstance. I walked into a clean restaurant and was immediately greeted. Ordering was prompt and staff was very accommodating. Did not have to wait long but staff was busy keeping the place clean and interacting with myself and the other customers. The food is always good, the restaurant is always clean, but the customer service? EXCELLENT! Janae (sp?) is the manager here, and does a great job. No matter how many people walk in, they are all greeted. On my most recent visit, the employee asked me how my day was going. Simple, but thoughtful. What can you say the Hamburgers are big and taste good with plenty of fries and you can't beat the milkshakes. Oh and all the peanuts you can eat while waiting. Last time I went to five guys was when I was a child, so I decided to stop by to see how the burgers are nowadays. Service was fine. They explained how the menu works and the food came out quick. I ordered a regular cheeseburger which is two patties, with a bunch of extra toppings like grilled onion, mushroom, lettuce, tomato, pickles. Unfortunately the beef patties have little to no browning at all when cooked so they tasted pretty bland. Cajun fries tasted okay but they were soft and soggy. We straggled into this location close to closing. Dillion and the crew were all welcoming! The restaurant was very clean and in order. I expressed how the burgers and fries were flavorful and higher in quality over the nearby competition. We appreciated the patience of the staff as we sat to eat and drink our meal. I noticed the staff continued to clean the kitchen. They never gave us the impression to hurry as time was close to closing. When in the area, we'll be back. We thanked the staff for everything. Food was great, and service was fast! The folks working here today did a FANTASTIC job. They worked incredibly well as a team communicating with one another and supporting each other through the lunch rush. The manager was greeting each customer warmly and was juggling many tasks with precision. Once the rush subsided the crew immediately transitioned to cleaning up the dining area and their stations. They also gave out samples of their milkshakes, which was a nice touch. I will definitely buy one the next time i'm in! I currently have a mild addiction to Five Guys fries. I blame my foodie partner in crime. I have gone to this location for 3 days in a row. The fries never disappoint. I love that they're hot, fresh and crispy. While I'm a huge fan of the fries, the burgers and hotdogs, not so much. Yeah, I'm a In n Out girl at heart. But I'm gonna keep coming back to satisfy my fry craving. Plus, the staff at this location are so nice. I usually come before the dinner crowd when the restaurant is mostly empty. I see them prepping the restaurant and cleaning up. They don't just sit around. I really like that. Plus, I ALWAYS get greeted when I enter and when I leave. Visited on a Saturday afternoon. We were enthusiastically greeted by the team upon entering. The restaurant was clean and parking was very convenient and easy. Jaylin took our order, he was kind and helpful. We decided to dine in with our little one. There were clean high chairs available. Today was first time at this location. Initially was taken aback when a person in the back yelled a greeting and started yelling to us about what we wanted to order. Used to just telling the person doing the register. Anyways, I ended up thinking she has it right. Being there became an experience. She was directing, communicating well, and so supportive of the staff. Very impressed with her positvity toward staff and customers. While eating, not 1 but 2 staff checked in with us customers to offer refills, ask how the food was, etc. The cajun fries were so perfect. We saw a person lugging a bag of potatoes to the back to make more delicious fries. Hamburgers spot on and tasty produce. I had forgotten about the free peanuts while waiting so that was fun. Food is way overpriced, over $30 for a bacon cheeseburger, large Cajun fry, and a chocolate shake. Fries were not seasoned very well, had almost no salt, and were pretty dry. No flavor at all. Meh. Not impressed. -Came here at lunch hour. They were terribly understaffed, only 3 people making food/taking orders/and cleaning. Those 3 guys worked as hard as 6, but still more staff needed. -Wait time is longer than a fast food place, but shorter than an actual restaurant. -Overpriced: small fries are $4, shakes are $5, grilled cheese is $5. -Quality of the food is less than in and out (keep in mind that's a vegetarian's perspective, I can't say anything about the meats). -Fries are tasty -Orders gone wrong: my coworkers bacon cheeseburger (she paid extra for the bacon) didn't have bacon in it and the three toppings she asked for were forgotten (again, poor understaffed workers). -Peanuts - available to munch on while you wait. The restaurant is freezing cold inside. I had to put my winter coat on. Food arrived quickly enough but my bacon cheeseburger all the way with jalapeños didn't have the bacon or jalapeños. This is a great place to eat burgers, but my advise is for you to order it and eat it in store. Do not order it for delivery and do not order your food in advance. The reason being: the hamburger buns do get really soggy if left to stand for a while! Anyway, if the location is properly staffed, they make the burgers in no time at all. So to avoid the "soggy" issue, order it in line at the store... This location is very clean and the staff are all helpful and quite efficient. And the food is reasonably priced. I came here on a lunchtime with a colleague and we ordered the same burger, except for me skipping on the jalapenos. The burgers are huge! You need an adjustable jaw to cope with consuming the food... The tables are wiped clean very frequently. Especially during this time of the Covid pandemic, cleaning the store frequently helps with controlling the pandemic's spread. They do have sanitizers in place around the store. I would give zero stars if I could and I wish I new the persons name so I could be as detailed possible. I just went to order food for my family and was greeted with immediate aggression rudeness. I am a black woman and when I see another black woman working in the service industry I always look foward to treating them with the utmost respect. I was completely disrespected spoke to like a worthless piece of crap. I had called my order in and that woman made multiple assumptions on my order. I questioned why the price was more than I expected when I arrived and she said because you ordered ect. I explained no I did not you assumed, you made assumptions and she never apologized for messing up my order instead she kept being rude and making it seem like I messed up and asked me if I've ever been to five guys before. I have indeed been before and have been to this location a lot over the years and have never seen her there. I was getting very frustrated with the way I was being talked too not only was her tone rude but the volume and body language followed to the point where the employees stopped cooked to look. I said you know what nevermind I won't eat here she said thank you have a good day. Being very passive aggressive and antagonizing. I called when I left and she answered I asked for the manager she said she was the manager and said " this is my store" if she owns that location I highly advise giving your money to another location. I hope and truly doubt that's her store or she's the manager because hiring someone that ignorant and insecure that they can't admit to their faults and can't communicate should not be in leadership. Time for an update! It's only been 5 years. I work nearby and never think to come here because I find them to be super expensive when In & Out across the way is just as good. I think in those five years, I have come here 4 times and that was because someone else wanted to come. They have two sizes. Little burger (one patty) or a Hamburger (two Patties). The meat is not seasoned. I have to put salt and pepper on it. The cajun fries were much better than I remembered. My Hamburger with fries and a drink came to $14? I would rather go to Flaming grill for that price. True they have free peanuts but its overall just eh for me. If they were a little cheaper, I might be more inclined to come more often. read more

Came here on a Friday night with my family. It wasn't busy at all. Our cashier was very nice and friendly and promptly took our order. The food was ready in about 10 minutes from placing our order. It was absolutely delicious and fresh tasting. Which I was surprised because I had a bad experience with a five guys maybe like 9 years ago and I hadn't gone back. But they've changed a lot since then and it was delish. The staff here is very young but pleasant. There is a woman here who I believe is management. She is wonderful and holds her staff accountable and seems so supportive. The only reason I'm rating 4 stars instead of 5 is because for it not being very busy, not one member came out to clean up the eating area. It wasn't terrible but a few of the tables were dirty and there was fries all over the floor. Otherwise, it was pretty well kept.
