When I walked in, someone greeted me from behind the counter, very friendly. However, they were swamped with orders. On average, the total number of staff you see in the whole building was 3/4. They were clearly understaffed. There was one person doing patties, fries, and other stuff SIMULTANEOUSLY!! Then there were other people who had to switch from putting all the ingredients on the burgers, to packaging the burgers, etc Then they also had to switch to be a cashier (which took a few minutes, and then the cashier was rude) I know this is fast food but if in n out can do it, I believe five guys management can too. In my humble opinion, Five Guys is far and away the best of all the chain burger joints. It's the perfect example of how effective a simple menu and fresh ingredients can be. One thing they rightfully brag about is that there isn't even a freezer on site. All ingredients are shipped in fresh. Get the basic burger "all the way", with every ingredient a proper burger lover should want, and you'll discover your own slice of heaven. Not only are their burgers incredible, but their delicious fries are always properly salted and warm out of the fryer. On my last visit I tried a chocolate shake for the first time and now have a dessert to rival my hometown choice. It's nothing fancy, but what this location lacks in frills they more than make up for in a quality meal. I'll be making a bunch of excuses to go back to Ikea just to eat here again. read more

Have been to numerous Five Guys locations without issue. This location however, needs some help. Soggy fries soggy bun and to add insult to injury the bacon was missing from my BACON burger. How do you even mess that up? The order literally says bacon twice on it. I thought that adding a tip to my online order would help ensure a solid meal but boy was I wrong. Don't even bother with the tip as the staff failed to accurately follow the order. Also, management needs to enforce staff to wear the mask properly. I don't know if she was the normal manager or a trainer from corporate, but there was a young lady working with all the employees that seemed to be getting them fired up. She was giving her expectations on things from food prep to calling out order numbers, quizzing the employees and was still working on the food. I've always been a fan of Five Guys. It's pretty much tradition for me to stop here before going to IKEA. I ordered the same burger, as always, cheeseburger in a bowl (bunless), all the way, no mustard. With my cash in hand, I was shocked when the cashier told me my total was x amount of money. I did a double-take at the menu because I couldn't believe what I heard. $9.69 for a cheeseburger? No drink. No fries. Just the burger? Wow. Definitely not used to paying that much at Five Guys, especially since I didn't get a combo. But then again it's been at least two years since I've been. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought to myself maybe they improved the burgers somehow, maybe I'm paying for a bigger patty or more ingredients or something. Nope. This afternoon was my worst experience at a Five Guys! My son and I stopped by for afternoon lunch. We ordered at 2:42pm and the only customer there. I Ordered two burgers, two fries and drinks. At 3:00 I was asking for the Manager because we still hadn't received our order. It's never taken this long to get our orders knowing also the counter person called back two patties. I was very upset and explained our wait time by showing her our receipt to Elaine whom I assumed was possibly a manager , wearing a black polo shirt. She was apologetic and ultimately offered a full refund. This took place at 3:01 pm and a refund of $34.05 was issued to me. However our food still wasn't ready and they just put the fries down to cook The two workers , one that took our order and one that was cooking we're talking about they're basketball experience in school and how one got a picture with Sacramento Kings Buddy Hield. Soon another guy came out from the back and I talked to him. Alex said he was a assistant general manager and I retold our story and showed him our order receipt and our refund receipt By now it's well after 3:00 perhaps 3:10. Our order number was called but they had forgot to season one fries with Cajun seasoning. Wow I was so upset !! I asked for the 1-800 number for complaints and that was provided. Alex was very apologetic. Upon leaving I asked to speak to Alex. I too apologized for being very upset and after have worked in the food industry myself. I pointed out the dining area that needed to be cleaned up, garbage cans were all full and tables had old cups and napkins to be cleared. I said after lunch rush usually someone cleans dining area in total two managers and three workers were present during this visit. Hopefully something can be learned from my experience. Ultimately the two workers that attended to us and our order could have been more diligent by completing our order versus talking basket ball. Maybe customers or guests are not a priority now days. I don't understand the hype. Quality and quantity are both lacking. I ordered online to sate a hot dog craving. I had heard that Five Guys elevates hot dogs and generously serves up quality fries. The hot dogs were fine, but nothing special. The hot dog was cut down the middle and grilled, which is nice. But the bun looked like it could have come from Walmart and the toppings weren't really thoughtful. I ordered a regular fry, but received a "small" cup, scantly filled. When I asked the staff about this, they just told me to order another fry, which was pretty dissatisfying. The restaurant itself seems to be understaffed. The three team members working seemed to have their hands completely full preparing food. No one was at the register while I was waiting for my order to be prepared. The restaurant floor was rather dirty and the garbage cans were full. I just don't see any reason to come back the next time I need my red meat or french fry fix. read more

Note: All of their veggie sandwiches do not contain veggie burger patties. ~ Cajun Fries ($2.79, $3.79 & $4.99) - comes in with serving size options to choose from Little, Regular & Large. Crispy, topped with Cajun seasoning. Now, I'm a big fan of these cajun styled fries. This store is medium sized with bunch of good seating area, maintained neat & clean. My dad and I stopped in here for a burger. He always wants a burger so we opted for the new place not far from the office. Upon walking in, we were greeted with a barrel of peanuts and little paper baskets to load up on. Already a good sign! The ordering process is simple even though I had to ask what the difference was between the hamburger and the little hamburger. It just means two patties vs. one. Meh! Menu could have said that. Anyway, all the toppings on the bottom of the menu are all free so pick and choose what you want. Nice! So, not long afterward our food came in a paper bag. OK, easy to serve, not so easy to dig out all those fries from the bottom of the bag. Oh, I almost forgot! The fries have an option to come with a nice spicy seasoning and that was tasty! So, the burger quality was good but remember those toppings? Yeah, they forgot half of the ones that I ordered. That's pretty bad and exactly what I expect from a place I won't go back to. Just got home from my visit. Came for dinner with my partner in crime. Let's get down to business. So, upon arrival, we were immediately greeted, which was nice. So, food took about 10ish minutes to arrive. Not terrible. There were a few peeps ahead of us. No biggie. When they called my order, I went to the counter to grab it and noticed my shake was missing. The dude notifies me that the machine is "warming up" and should be another 5 minutes, and apologizes for the inconvenience. Honestly I wasn't really trippin', but it did kindaaa suck, just a little bit, but certainly not anything to be upset about. Burger was really tasty. Wish the cheese would've been super meltier like some of the other yelp photos, but there were certain bits that remained unmelted the entire time. Lame, but not a big deal. Fries were nice and salty, and really hot! And there were plenty of them! They certainly did not skimp. Anyway, eventually got the shake maybe about 8 minutes later. It was super tasty. I suppose it was worth the wait. ;) Overall, I totally enjoyed the meal. Left me very satisfied but not uncomfortable-gross full. My buddy also approved. We both agreed that this would be nicer if it were a few bucks cheaper. Like if this was around 10-11 dollars, it would be perfect. Mine was $16 and his was $15, and while we understand that we're paying for better quality food, we probably won't be die hard frequents. It'll be one of those special occasion treats. The gentleman that took the order was very sweet and professional but whoever made the food can't comprehend they gave us burgers with nothing on them not even Mayo even though the receipt told him everything he needed to put on them super lazy ...... This is the second time I've been to Five Guys and I don't even remember my first time because it was so long ago. This burger is the bomb! My favorite part of it is that the cheese is so melty when you first get it! I also did not know that there would be two patties with the non-little burgers. I got the bacon cheeseburger with everything and barbecue sauce and jalapeños. It is probably one of my favorite fast-food burgers next to habit burger! The generous serving size is a huge plus! The only thing is that it's a bit pricey. I got a bacon cheeseburger and little fries and it's as if I went to red robin without unlimited fries. This was my first time eating at a Five Guys, I like that you can get as many toppings as you like for not only your burgers but milkshakes as well. Also the portion control is also great to me as well. I know I cannot eat a normal size burger completely, so I enjoyed I could get a mini cheeseburger and be able to feel like I'm not wasting food. The soda fountain had Sprite Zero a pleasant surprise as most establishments don't offer a clear diet soda No fries. Cost was nearly $13.00. Plenty of peanuts as a appetizer. To be a regular customer you have to be nuts or a lotto winner! The decor is a bit sterile with red and white 4 inch ceramic tile like a washroom. NOT KID FRIENDLY! I love five guys but the customer service from the male employee from this location was just RUDE. My brother and I didn't have a mask as we enter the doors and were asked to put one on. OK no problem. Then the male employee points at my 14 month old niece in her stroller and demands that she too must have a face mask on. I was shocked and asked again if she had to have a mask on. He says if she doesn't have a mask on she's not allowed in. Then adds in "not my rules". There was 2 patrons in the entire place! Honestly, this was one of the dirtiest fast-food joints I've ever seen. I came in at 2pm on a weekday and there was almost nobody in there and three people working - but they were all behind the counter. Meanwhile, 80% of the tables had not been wiped clean and there were crumbs and French fries underneath all of them. The drink station was so disgusting that I didn't even get my drink. The bathroom toilet was clogged and overflowing. Despite all of this, I gave it two stars because the food was decent.
