Saw their truck at North Bend Farmer Market and I ordered their special menu. It was super delicious. Everything on their menu is tasty. I wish they could have a restaurant so I can come in and eat anytime I want.

Found their food truck at the Bellevue Arts Fair on Saturday. Lady taking orders was super friendly, accommodating too. Food came out fast and fresh. I got the seared ahi bowl- super tender fresh fish with perfect amount of salt. Veggies were grilled to be cooked but not mushy or bitter. I even liked the asparagus, and I normally hate asparagus. Rice was rice but tasted fresh. Fries a bit too salty for me but fries are just like that- the cook on them was perfect though. 10/10- love this place!

Great seafood at a reasonable price. Best fish I have had for a long time! Once you start eating it's hard to stop. Really like how fresh it is and how they pay attention to detail. Only grip is about the handling of the clam chowder, handing it out prior to the main meal would cause it to get cold, so I would recommend to ensure it gets kept in the warmer. Highly recommend this food truck!

We ordered both cod and halibut fish & chips, so it was great to be able to try both for our first order from Five Hooks. Both were super crisp and had good flavor, the fries were also crisp-neither which are easy feats for take out fish and chips. Salt level was perfect ,even the fries and I loved that neither were over salted as they are at so many restaurants now. But darn, although hubs' fish was perfect, I had bones in one of each piece. And although it can be challenging to remove all bones from fish, sometimes, I cannot ever recall having bones in my fried fish. Sooo, this is why a 3 star review. Since hubs fish had none, tho, guessing this is not the norm We really appreciated their Covid safety protocols and super nice staff.

We had their fish and chips and it was the best we ever had!!! Excellent customer service!!! We look forward to trying their food again. We loved the location they were at too near the water and with lights and benches. Look on their website for their next location. Highly recommend!!! https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTR9MxkGQ/

Comfort food fix during these smoky quarantine times! YUM! Generous portion sizes that leave us filling full!

The people were friendly but the salmon breakfast sandwich was a salt bomb. Came with a free bottle of water though!

Perfect balance of meat and fat and perfectly crispy and yummy bbq sauce. $8 Brisket sandwich. 2 this could have been a 5 star had there been bbq sauce on it. It was forgotten. I'd have asked for some but after the food was dropped off no one from the kitchen or bbq place was seen again. $18 Pork ribs. 1 . I had such high hopes for this. In the pics they look so good. But for $26 I expected more than 5 small ribs. The sides. The Mac n cheese was pretty good. I'd give it a solid 3 . The waffle rides were also fresh and crispy with a bit of smoke flavor. 5 Service. Also going with 1 . I don't expect to be waited on hand and foot. But it would have been nice for someone to just be out front to answer questions. Give me some extra sauce etc. I did wait st the podium for about 5 minutes before poking my head into the kitchen so I could place my Order. I didn't want to do the same for sauce. We were there 40 minutes. In that time I saw the guy twice. Taking my order and dropping off my food. I'd go back again before they close. I'd stick with The burnt ends.

Let me tell you about my server, the absolute legend who conquered his two-pack-a-day habit through the revolutionary "Brisket Smoke Immersion Protocol." This hero of modern medicine discovered that 60 minutes of face-time with oak-smoked brisket vapors carries the same satisfaction as 47 cigarettes, but with the added benefit of making your hair smell like victory. "The trick," he'll tell you while delivering a plate of burnt ends, "is to position yourself exactly 7.3 inches from the top rack, where the smoke density hits that sweet spot between 'spiritual awakening' and 'temporary meat blindness.'" He tracked his progress in a leather-bound journal that's now permanently infused with smoky goodness. Day 1 entry: "Visibility limited, meat particles adhering to eyebrows." Day 15: "Have begun to communicate telepathically with the brisket. It speaks of great wisdom." Day 30: "I am become smoke, destroyer of cravings." The restaurant had to install a special timer just for these sessions. They call it the "Meat Meditation Chamber," and there's now a waiting list of people trying to kick various habits through strategic smoke exposure. One guy supposedly gave up energy drinks by huffing pulled pork vapors for three weeks straight. The best part? While sharing his journey to smoke-based enlightenment, he'll serve you the most transcendent BBQ this side of the astral plane. The brisket doesn't just fall apart--it voluntarily deconstructs itself out of respect for your taste buds. The ribs have converted more vegetarians than a bacon-scented hypnosis podcast. Five stars. Would absolutely sit through another 45-minute explanation of how the smoke molecules restructured his DNA while demolishing a plate of burnt ends again. Just don't ask about the time he accidentally fell asleep in there and woke up speaking fluent Memphis-style BBQ. P.S. They're thinking about bottling the smoke as a cologne. There's already a pre-order list.

I got a few tacos consisting of lengua (tongue), carnitas (fried pork), pollo (chicken), and asada (steak). It came out to me on a beautiful ceramic plate better than what I find at most Mexican restaurants! There was a salsa bar with 3 different salsas (green, red, orange) that all had just a little heat to them but were all great. All the tacos were delicious but the carnitas stood out as insanely good. I also tried the jamaica (hibiscus tea) which was light and not too sweet which I enjoyed. Tried the horchata too which was thinner than I'm used to but I really liked it, had a great flavor that was also not too rich or sweet. I will definitely need to come back here to try more stuff.

I did a basic order of the 3 taco plate and a horchata. The horchata was delicious and better than most, so was excited to taste the tacos. The asada taco was delicious, but OMG, the carnitas tacos were definitely the star of my order. Moist and perfectly seasoned, I am still thinking about these tacos! Best part is that the wait was minimal and the people working were super nice!
