My family went there tonight. There was an insane woman in the restaurant berating the staff, drinking too much, vaping, etc. She was an absolute train wreck. I observed the staff handle her as well as they could have. It was an impossible feat but they did it with professionalism. This place is pretty amazing! Definitely for special occasions, date nights, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Plan to spend about 90 min eating here. You may be seated with another party (8 max per table from what I can see). They like to fill the table. Reservations make it easier for them to plan I bet. The food was top notch!!! I had steak and chicken. My bestie had the salmon. The veggies were perfectly cooked. Flavors are wonderful! Here's some things you may want to know: Chairs aren't the most comfortable (probably can hold up to 350 lbs). Air blows on your food if sitting on one of the ends (from the vent hood). This cooled down my food faster than I would have liked. Good thing I'm a fast eater! The entertainment was excellent! Tip well ok? :) It's a lot of food! You will be full. If ordering salmon, the finish it off with a teriyaki sauce. If you know ahead of time you can skip that if you'd like. I came with a shellfish allergy and they were very accommodating!!! The atmosphere was lively, and the hibachi chefs made it super fun to watch. Our server Melissa was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. We ordered the Calamari Squid Steak, Kid's Yakisoba, Side Tofu, and Hibachi Lobster, all of them were absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. The fried rice upgrade was worth every penny! Drinks were great too, loved the Virgin Mojito, Pepsi, and Pineapple Juice served in a cute kids' cup. The service was fast, and the food was full of flavor. We enjoyed our food, I had ribeye and shrimp which were very good. I felt the fried rice was a bit overcooked, almost burned. I don't ever remember having crunchy fried rice. My grandson had chicken and shrimp and said his shrimp was the best. I don't think he ate his chicken. He also had yakisoba noodles. They were bland to me. The big issue was I noticed my chair legs were wobbly when I first sat down. I considered the chairs as those cheap wooden chairs found in a soda shop. After we finished eating and had gotten a box for our food, I leaned slightly toward my grandson and the chairs found in just kept on leaning and down I went! A man at our table & his wife came over to check on me and help me up. Thank God because no one from the restaurant came over for a while. I would have continued sitting on the floor because at my age I couldn't get up on my own. When the waitress did finally come over, she said she would have all of my grandson's food cooked again so we could take it home. I had made a reservation at this location for a party of 9 at 6:30pm. We had 4 kids and my great aunt that is 87 years of age with us. I came to the location 45 minutes early to double check our reservation was good to go and was told by the guy at reception that we were all good and would be seated immediately at 6:30. We all arrived at 6:25 and were immediately told that the "system" overbooked them and we unfortunately wouldn't be seated until around 6:50. I had noticed quite a few walk-ins from my earlier time checking on our reservation were seated ahead of us. We were seated as promised at 6:45 but were not even provided waters until I finally walked up to the bar at 7pm and asked for some waters for my kids and great Aunt. This was honestly the worst service. I just wish they had set expectations from the beginning. The fact that my great Aunt is 87 and they mad her stand an additional 20 minutes and didn't even offer us water until I had to ask is very disappointing. Before sitting down I went to the restroom and was super grossed out. Extremely sticky floors with gunk build up around the stall doors. I should have left then. The floor was sticky throughout the entire restaurant, so much so that my shoes stuck to my rubber floor mats in my car after leaving. Tables were sticky as well. I tried to load the menu on my phone and my son's phone but it wouldn't load. I asked for a paper menu, they said they don't have any. To get the menu to work we had to connect to their WiFi.
