I LOVE love LOVE Triumph Valley!! genuinely love at first bite. This is my go to spot for dim sum…read moreand it never disappoints. Everything comes out hot, fresh, and just hits every time. So many seats inside but Just a heads up: come early or be ready to wait, because this place is always packed. It's busy, a little chaotic, but 100% worth it. There's 20 Chinese aunties running around so please come with an open mind. No matter how long the wait gets, I'll always make time for my bookie pookie.

The food itself is high quality. The best pan-fried noodles I've had in a long time (aka chow mein,…read morechoose the crispy option). Dim sum is some of the best in the Seattle area. But they lose 3 stars from me because they use some kind of industrial strength cleaning chemical to wipe down the tables. Hard to enjoy your meal when all you can smell is the same chemical they use to mop the floors at QFC and in my apartment building. Seriously terrible chemical smell while you eat. If they are using a spray bottle to clean at the next table, you'll get a cloud of harsh cleaning chemical up your nostrils while you eat. I've had to rinse off and wiped down my own table with a napkin dampened with tea or water in order to enjoy my meal. When I mentioned this to staff, they were dismissive and haven't changed a thing in over a year when I first brought it to their attention. They should only be using something like quat sanitizer, that doesn't smell, to clean the tables. NOT something that is used for floors or bathrooms. and on a side note: if you decide to mop underneath another table while people are dining next to it, please say "excuse me" or just wait. Instead of almost hitting people in the head with a mop handle without saying a word. Also not great for a dining experience. I have worked in restaurants and F&B management. I know something about these things. You shouldn't use anything on a table for diners that you wouldn't use on a food preparation surface. How many times has a dumpling got away from you and bounced around on the table and you snag it and consume it, because you assume the table isn't being cleaned with floor cleaner? If you agree with me, please say something to the staff, and maybe they'll eventually listen. This is a real shame. The food quality is quite good. Probably best dim sum in South King County. I might just do take-out from now on. There are other high quality Chinese and Asian dining options, that's the bright side of living in this area. But if I'm doing takeout, I might as well just go to Dim Sum House on Beacon Hill (much more reasonable prices and good quality).

The food is still top notch and the service is speedy. But the restaurant is now very warm. The floors are really slippery so be careful, but it's a nice fast paced Chinese restaurant you can get dim sum instead of the normal yum cha times of seattle Chinatown. If you want really good Chinese food at breakneck speeds, want to feel like you're at your Chinese ma's house as she's yelling at the kids in the background, this is it! We even had a loud Chinese conversation that I had to tell my husband "shes not angry, just very busy and trying to get orders out". The only annoying thing is their uber eats notification is consistently on fire. Dinged enough to notice it through the entire meal.

I have been here multiple times - take out orders, uber eats, group gatherings, even by myself. Each time I have been so happy with the food and the taste! It is hard to find good quality Chinese food and this place hits the spot. The service can be better but to me, that's not what I can for and actually adds to the ambience hehe! Good eats and will def come here over and over again.

I often come here with my family after some quick shopping, and each experience has been positive. Staff are always kind, friendly, and helpful, and they're very attentive to things such as filling up waters or checking in on us. Regarding the food, I'd say the price of each dim sum dish is fairly reasonable especially compared to other spots in the Seattle area. One thing that certainly stands out however is the size of the items, I feel like each dim sum item is large and stuffed with delicious fillings, making it much more worth the price point. One of my personal favorite items is the house special BBQ Pork Bungs. The buns have a delicious bbq pork filling, and the crumb topping adds a subtle sweetness and change in texture. You really can't go wrong with the other traditional dim sum items as well -- I love their har gow and siu mai!

Food was very good. My favorite is a dish I don't see in other dim sum places- the rice roll with crispy shrimp and nori. Beautiful and delicate dish. The other standard dim sum dishes were good too. My favorite was the chive shrimp dumpling. The stuffed eggplant was tasty too. The bean curd roll was a little heavy on the sauce but it was tasty if you remove the excess sauce. Finally we wanted to balance protein with greens- the stir fried pea vine with extra garlic was satisfying. I also very much appreciate they have refrigerated vinegar for our dishes. Looking forward to be back!

Their current location is much bigger and can accommodate their growing business and it's still quite convenient with public parking right around the corner. Dining in person and take out have both been fab. I love that they have dim sum all day. They used to do the carts but basically no one does that anymore. Instead, you order off a menu and they bring everything out fresh to you. We always order their pork shu mai, shrimp balls, baked bbq pork buns, potstickers, cilantro dumplings, sesame seed balls, egg tarts, and garlic green beans. But we've tried almost everything on their dim sum menu and it's all really good. We also usually get an order of mapo tofu or eggplant or beef chow fun off the regular menu too to supplement for a larger group. Service is excellent. We love the people who run this place. They are always super kind to our family and work really hard. They keep the hot tea coming and check in frequently. Not to mention the restaurant is always clean! The restaurant is tucked away in a strip mall leading to ranch 99 (Asian supermarket). I've had this spot pinned on my Google Maps for the longest time but just never had the opportunity to make the drive there. This place was easy to miss if you don't look carefully so I'm glad I saw this recommended by a Seattle foodie I follow on instagram. We ordered the spicy braised beef noodles and steamed dumplings to share since we weren't that hungry. The braised beef noodles BLEW ME AWAY. The broth was so rich and savory, my mom commented that it tasted better than the one at din tai fung (we are frequent visitors & I agree) and the noodles were chewy (I love thick noodles!!). The dumplings were very juicy and flavorful but nothing too special. Service was prompt and servers were really friendly. There were so many other dishes on the menu featuring traditional Chinese dishes that looked delicious and so I do want to come back to try those when I am hungry! Definitely a hidden gem for good Asian food :)
