when it comes to nashville pizza, five points is known for consistent great flavors, ambiance, and staff. we came here for a late lunch around 3:15. there is street parking (parallel) and paid lots around. we ended up paying for an hour and a half since it was not busy. the staff was friendly and seated us right away. we were seated up front in the window table, which was so cozy. we were surrounded by the music posters and able to see onto the quaint east nashville street. we loved our seat. the atmosphere is moody and artsy and we loved it. the staff was friendly and attentive from start to finish. we ordered the garlic knots for an appetizer. there were two of us so we split the half order (4) which was more than enough. they were soft, fresh, filled with flavor, and came with marianna dipping sauce. we also split a pizza (half supreme and half cheese). we both ate two slices, and took half the pizza home. the crust is great and everything had a unique taste. if you're visiting nashville, five points is a nice gem for hot pizza, coke beer, and great service. read more

Easily one of the best pizzas I've had in Nashville. I ordered online twice now for pickup and the system is easy and efficient. Both times I've ordered a half and half pizza to share with my boyfriend, so we didn't have to compromise on 1 flavor. I've tried the HABANERO CREAM SAUCE PIE and the VODKA SAUCE PIE. The Habenero was by far my favorite though I was a bit surprised it was not even a little bit spicy. The vodka sauce was good, but due to the spinach the pizza ingredients didn't stick to the dough well. My boyfriend had the plain cheese pizza and the T-Rex, and he enjoyed both flavors. Visiting with some family and they wanted to come here. It was a Monday evening and it was CROWDED. We had to wait outside for them to text us when a table was ready. The inside was LOUD, with people talking and practically yelling over one another. Not sure how much had to do with acoustics versus rowdiness of the clientele versus just how many people were packed into a small area. It just wasn't very pleasant and made conversation among us difficult. It was also very hard to hear the waitress and place our order. I got a slice of cheese pizza and my aunt and uncle got a whole pie and it took a long time to prepare. I would've thought they'd have slices of cheese in reserve but maybe they delayed bringing it out so it would all be ready simultaneously? The crust is more of a crisp, thin style, which I like, though I felt my slice should've had a lot more cheese for being $3.50 a slice... The bathrooms are clean and gender neutral. The establishment itself was in decent repair inside and the outside sports a fun multicolored mural. I know it's called "five points" because of the roads it is located on, but I think it'd be hilarious if they specifically cut their pizza into five slices. Honestly, it had *too many* toppings for my personal tastes, but if that's your ideal, then these guys kill it. Their Spicy Hawaiian with cappy is delicous, albeit off-balance topping:bread wise, imo. Girlfriend and I stopped in one night after leaving Game Point and grabbed a za before fetching a ride home. It was a cold night out, so after receiving our pizza, we went next door to their take out location and into the proper restaraunt with seating to wait for a ride. Was approached by a waitress who nervously looked over at me before checking to make sure we wouldn't actually be eating at their store. Because that would be silly, right? I assured her we were just waiting for a ride, and she left us alone for the next eight or so minutes until we left. Rather bizarre if you ask me. Maybe servers would not have such an issue wiping down a table if they got paid more and didn't rely so heavily on tips. I'm sure my $30 per pizza could go far enough. The pizza toppings I must admit were some of the most flavorful toppings I've had on a pizza but felt the sauce was lacking but the family disagrees and thinks it's some of the best they've had! We also got the garlic knots which were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Something interesting they use with their garlic knots is they add raw garlic to the top of which offers a pretty harsh bite when eating. I would rather the garlic be cooked some to avoid this but still It was very good! Overall I personally would give this 3.5 stars but not an option. The garlic nots were bland, cold, and greasy with a side of marinara sauce that didn't help. I hade the spinach and gorgonzola pizza. I didn't know gorgonzola was such a pungent cheese, which made it difficult to enjoy my pizza but that was my fault. I tried a slice of the rocket pie and I was not a fan of it as well. Stopped by while I was in Nashville tried a large meat lovers pizza, wow it's a big pizza one slice and you're full . The place is nice inside great quick service and people great very quickly. I didn't like the fact that the ground beef or whatever kind of meat they put on the pizza tasted a lil off and it was lots of it most of it falls off the pizza other than pizza is great . We came here twice on our trip to nashville. It's just so easy to grab a slice or two for dinner. A way to have dinner out without breaking the bank. The beer menu is impressive too! Everyday they have cheese pizza and then one alternating speciality pizza. also an alternating vegetarian slice. But when we came it was the same specialty pizza 2 days later, like a garlic meatball pizza. Their cheese is just as good though. I don't think the pizza is amazing by any means but it is pretty good. I'd skip the garlic knots next then though, too big and dry. Street parking is a little tricky! I would def recommend.
