First, I would like to give them 5 Stars for an excellent job on my vehicle, as well as having unmatched customer service! Here's the back story: After buying my new Toyota Camry XSE, I had some damage caused by animals which included front fender damage and wiring system complications. I took my vehicle to Five Star Auto Body and worked with estimator, Mike Mandel. He worked with my insurance company, was very professional, and very easy to work with. I was in and out with a rental car in less than 15 minutes. Mike always kept me updated on the stages of repair and when my vehicle will be ready. Upon picking up my car, my car looked brand new again and I was very satisfied with their work. However, the next day I noticed that my AC was still running a little warm. I took the car back the Five Star and Mike was there to help again. But this time, he introduced me to his Manager, Jeffrey Gerber. Jeffrey asked me to leave my car and he would cover my rental for a few more days while they figure out the problem. I informed them that I would need to leave town for about a week and wasn't sure if my car would be ready in time. Jeffrey assured me that they would take care any issues asap and would keep me updated. Turns out, the problem was a faulty compressor that the Toyota dealership never caught. Toyota needed to now keep my car for about a week because this was actually a warranty issue. But to my surprise, Jeffrey at Five Star decided continue covering my rental for my inconvenience even though he could have passed the responsibility to the dealership! If that isn't exceptional customer service then I don't know what is. They didn't have to do that, but went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and had the best experience possible. Upon returning, my car was clean, cool, and ready to go. All Jeffrey asked me to do was leave the rental car keys with Mike, and he would take care of the rest. Thanks again to Mike Mandel and Jeffrey Gerber for making this tough time a positive experience and a perfect repair. Unlike Mrs B's experience, my dealings with Jillian have been very professional and honest. I have unfortunately needs her services more than once with my 2011 RAM 3500. First time it was a dear who committed suicide using my truck as his implement. Second time I backed in to a pole protecting a fire hydrant along the bed side. Each time, I was both impressed with Jillian's knowledge and detail of both the parts needed and work involved. The shop itself did a fantastic job. I'm picky, anal even and spent plenty of time looking over every inch from every angle trying to find a flaw I. The shops work. While there Enterprise rental car was late. The service manager Jeff Gerber asked if i had been helped and how long I had been waiting at this point about 25 minutes. I have to come to this body shop my car ins recommends them but Dave has the worst attitude ever my car was not fixed property you can clearly see it and when I called him out on it he went from 0-1000 not happy at all.
