Dropped off my phone to be repaired on 12/23/23 with a very nice representative. I had a iPhone 12 Pro Max that needed both the front and back screens repaired. The price was decent, when I picked it up they had replaced the back with a different product that was NOT glass, but I let it slide because the phones older. The phone immediately began to glitch and become snowy. I called and the rep told me "come back in, it sound like a defective screen no problem. You have a warranty". When I came back I had the misfortune of dealing with the person who presented himself as the owner. Within a minute of our conversation he cut me off while I was explaining the issues, told me I was railed up and needed to bring it down. Mind you the old person getting loud was him. Then proceeded to tell me what I discussed with his worker though he wasn't present at the time. Too sum it up he overestimate to fix the screen for an additional $70 on top of the $220 already paid. I went to A to Z wireless and paid the $140 to avoid any more interaction with this guy. read more

Wouldn't recommend this place for your console needs . I'm sure they are great in other areas but my experience and time was completely wasted with these guys . I ended up fixing my issue on my own just so you guys know . I had to rebuild my database something any guy could've figured out yet it took bro 2 weeks for him just to tell me he could t figure it out and it wasn't worth his time . If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Went there to get my iPhone 13 Pro Max back glass fixed, guaranteed it was fixed like the glass but then I realized after I picked it up later that night that the flash didn't work. Went back the very next day and the guy working there (don't remember his name probably the owner) said he never checked the flash before taking it so he can't verify that it was indefinitely him that broke it but promised to order the part to fix it which he stated would take 4-5 business days and give me a call to drop it off so he could fix it (keep in mind I brought it back on Dec 31st to get looked at) it's now Jan 7th another Sunday and I have not received a call or anything letting me know the part came in to fix it. 0 stars, don't actually fix your phone and poor customer service! read more

I went to get my iPhone battery replaced on last Thursday 11/12 and this was the worst customer service experience I have received by far. The man at the front was extremely disrespectful when I asked him a question about the battery replacement for my phone. I was recommended to come here so I just blew it off. I just simply then asked for my battery to just be replaced and in response, he replies, "If it's not the battery, you better still pay the $60". Okay. Fine. I come back, it was the battery issue and during the check-out and payment, in order to use my credit card, he said "there would be a charge of $8 or $9.00". I understand charges on credit cards to go through - totally get that. But seriously - $8 - $9..... that's a bit outrageous. So, I paid cash. Okay - cool. I wanted to get the receipt to be reimbursed for my work phone and asked for one but he said "you don't need the receipt - it's my battery so I would recognize it if there's an issue" and continually refused to give me my Form of Purchase / Receipt. What kind of establishment does not give receipts to their paying customers, charges an outrageous fee for using an electronic payment, and provides a distain amount of customer service. DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE! I broke my screen and then I went here to get my phone fixed. He fixed my phone, but then my face ID did not work. I tried to tell the manager that works there and he couldn't figure it out and told me "you dont need the face ID anyways"... After like a month the screen stopped working and just went black, we were in a pandemic so I couldnt go in. I finally went in and he made me pay again, and now THE SCREEN HAS GONE BLACK AGAIN! Pro iPhone users stay away. Owner is a super nice fella but the product is just not there and I wish they would've been more up front about it. Swift response on the yelp app, but the quotes were misleading. They said $50 on the app. When I got there, it was $120 for a display. Naturally, I said yes, since Apple's service cost for their OEM version was $280. Unfortunately for me, they failed to disclose the fact that the price was for an LCD screen and not an OLED one which came with my "Pro" model phone. I was then offered to be "upgraded" to an OLED screen for $280. At this point, I've already expended $120 in sunk cost so I bit the bullet and got the "upgrade". When the OLED screen arrived weeks later, I found out to my own expense that it would lack all the features that an Apple OEM replacement would have (albeit at the same price of that replacement in an Apple store). 1. The phone would bug about "unrecognized display". In some apple stores, this would disqualify your phone from ever being serviced by their technicians. 2. In reduce black point mode, the display would fail to reproduce colors accurately. 3. Due to the display not being an OEM display, it lacked the ability to use Apple's True Tone technology to adjust color temperature to your surroundings. 4. The display was extremely twitch and sensitive, you would often end up clicking on a link when scrolling through your screen. Sometimes it would cause a double click, causing you to like pictures on Instagram on accident. 5. The display was installed with a gap, you could press on the screen and watch it flex and sink into the phone. A sure sign of a poor install job. This meant the phone was no longer water resistant. 6. The front facing camera on these display was smudged and would fog up (which you couldn't then clear) causing selfies to be extremely blurry. I also had a rear lens installed and it had the same issue as the front lens did where it was completely fogged up. These guys haven't a clue the product they are selling to customers, and they certainly wasn't in any duress to explain to me what I was getting myself into. The LCD screen worked great, which I guess if you have an 13, 12, 11, or XR, you could get away with using their products (less True Tone). Pro users stay the away. Get your displays worked on at Apple, pay the premium, and have your peace of mind. Apple puts a 90 day warranty on all their repairs, the headache you save is worth more than the few tens of dollars you might save coming here. read more

Paid in advance for a screen repair and upon "inspection" of my phone was told my lcd was damaged due to "blue spots" that were visible on a white background. When I got home and opened chrome the immediate tab was an image of a white background with blue spots. I give one star for completing the job and one star for not going off on me but everything else, big problem: 1) I was on time or slightly early for my appointment, which I had booked through his website, and paid for already--no choice is given during the booking--paying ahead or not. That's my first complaint. 2) he had trouble finding my appointment 3) he would not let me sit in his waiting room. He had a chair outside but no shade. 4) he said it wold be 15 minutes, I got my phone ay least 27 minutes after I got there 5) 5 minutes before he gave me my phone, when I knocked on the door and asked if he were done said it had not yet beeen 15 minutes as he has been doing this a long time and knows. It was well past 15 minutes and I was getting a sunburn. I can't tolerate liars! 6) He gave me my phone and I pointed out the time, 27 minutes after the hour and he gave me this appalled face 7) I heard him talking intensely in his office for 15 minutes figuring my repair.
