if you are paying out off pocket, don't even bother with this establishment, never had any work done here, can't speak for the quality , but they up charge you for basic body work , you may be better off getting new parts $1000.16 for small scratch on the rear bumper !!! the lady behind the counter clerk / adjuster is very rude and pretty much tell you take it somewhere else , good luck . not a good practice for local shop

July - 2019 Took…read moremy boyfriend here as part of his birthday surprise. He is a huge car/motorcycle (and pretty much anything with an engine) aficionado. As part of his birthday surprise, I took him to see the Martin Bros Customs shop. We were hoping to meet the staff (particularly shorty cause he is my favorite). I spoke with Amanda prior to our trip and she was very welcoming. I explained to her that my boyfriend is a big fan of the show and that his favorite car was the Nova. That was his first car as a teenager. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a smiling Amanda. I am sure it can be stressful having people just walk in to see the shop, especially when they are actually trying to do work not just filming. They had the cutest dogs hanging out. I brought some cupcakes for the staff as a thank you for allowing us to come see their shop for my boyfriend's b-day. My boyfriend did get a chance to quickly chat with Mike but he was working on the trike so I didn't want to bother him and ask for a photo. As busy as he was, he was still very cordial and kind. It was clear that they understand that people admire their work and that meeting them in person and seeing their shop is a pretty big deal to some people. We did get to go into the garage and see the Nova which he was stoked about. Next time we are in the area again, I will swing by to see if the rest of the crew are there so we can say hi and see what else they are working on. I suggest if you plan on going to the shop, be respectful, understand that they are working and may be too busy for a tour or to take photos. If Mike was around i absolutely would have asked if we could take a quick group photo. Amanda and Shorty are still my fave though. :)
