Reflecting back on my involuntary experience of being the receiving end of a rear-end collision on the freeway, California Collision was the clear stand out. Not only did they get my BMW back on the road like it never happened, they handled it like a concierge would. Take that from a regular business traveler that works in the private equity world. George and Team handled everything in my best interests. They are an honest to goodness family business; the real deal- they all share the same last name. The first thing George did during the drop-off process was insist on giving me a walk-thru tour of the *entire* shop and work area. Other shops hesitate and deflect with these requests but George volunteers it first thing without even being asked. After using the restroom on the way out, there was not a corner I didn't see. I came here needing my front bumper fixed on my 2023 model year vehicle after someone hit me. I'm…read morenot sure where to start this review was long overdue since 2025 but I didn't think it was worth wasting time over. Now I do feel people should be aware, this is not the place you bring to get honest work done. First about a year ago I was here to get my bumper repainted due to being side swiped at the front. I had paint protection film which unfortunately didn't save all of my paint but helped a lot. After picking up my car, I found that the front bumper had scratched all underneath the headlights and trim. It looked like they were cutting off the paint protection film on my bumper instead of heating it up and peeling. Paint had peeled off. I also noticed the front bumper where I had plugs for my license plate, they cut the heads off the plugs but left them in the bumper completely visible... After picking up the car and finding these issues. They agreed to repair and apologized. When I come to pickup the car again, there is a drop of a paint/clear on my drivers door there in front of their parking lot... again I mentioned this. They try cleaning it off and it ended up peeling the paint. So now they said they would have to paint the drivers door... a few days goby and again I pick up my car and I the front bumper isn't even paint matched to the fender. At this point I accept they are unable to perform an accurate repair. I accept it and move on. Fast forward a year later I'm replacing my front window that got smashed. What do I find? A balled up piece of yellow painters tape thrown into my door. What else do I find as I'm cleaning off all the broken glass from under the door. That this trim piece was broken but they decided to glue it on! Now I sure hope they didn't bill my insurance for this saying it way going to be replaced... dishonest buisness. Turn and burn. They don't care about doing this right. They care about getting cars in and out fast and charging your insurance for every dime they can get. Thats how body shops make money. I know this because I worked as a technician at a dealership. Perhaps these are issues the regular person would've glossed over... but that's why it's even more important that you don't take your vehicles here. This is not the place that will take the time to make sure your vehicle is back to original condition and put safely on the road. They will take short cuts if they know they can get away with it.

(I know what you're thinking, this mf Mav always has so bad things happening to his car, and yes, it's true) Just before Christmas 2020, some a**hole side swiped my car (it was parked on the sidewalk) and they totally messed up the quarter panels and door on the driver side. I didn't find the a**hole that performed the hit and run, but I'll let karma handle them. Long story short, I brought my car in on January 4,2021. I got my car back that same week, on Friday January 8, 2021. They ordered a door, fixed up the side paneling, and painted my car back to its beautiful blue luster.
