I was able to order replacement parts online, and the fine folks at Caliber Collision took care of the install. The entire process was as easy as it gets. I brought the replacement parts to the shop, and a half-hour later, the broken drip rail was replaced and looked like new. I also had the shop replace the drip rail on the other side of my windshield since I had the extra part. Everything came out great and the folks I worked with were super friendly and fast. I was surprised how quick everything came together. Would definitely recommend the shop to anyone needing repairs!

I was please to know the car was ready very soon. Upon picking up the vehicle, I was NOT happy. They placed a warped part that the insurance had paid for. I informed the front desk person. She took pictures and sent it to the insurance for approval. Unfortunately when I got home, I noticed they had over sprayed my windshield and front windows with clear coat. Very very upset by then. After my husband dropped me off the vehicle broke down 3 times on him. He returned it. I never received any communication. After almost 2 weeks later I contacted them since my text had not been replied to. I was then told I would possibly have to pay a tow truck fee and a dealership diagnostic. I wasn't happy, even more disappointed because 1) over sprayed my windows with clear coat ((100% their responsibility)), 2) had a warped piece placed, 3) car wouldn't start x3, 4) had to return it, 5) no communication for weeks, 6) told I would be responsible $$$, because it was just the battery. I had asked to test it, they said they did, that they had a "good mechanic ", vehicle was sent to dealer, comes back it was only the battery when they had claimed they tested it. 7) The male I last spoke to denied saying certain things, would not allow me to speak when I had questions, he would not answer my question with the exemption of saying, your car is done. Also, claimed "if you don't want to pick up your car"...which is FAR from the truth. 8) Delay in getting my vehicle back over a month. I literally had to raise my tone of voice to be able to speak, clarify I had allowed him to speak, it was my turn, and I was the client. Soon after work I picked up the battery to exchange it since its fairly new. Once they placed the battery back on and brought the car out, the parts seems they were not original as they didnt fit flush, again. Im not even sure if they made my insurance aware of this. In the end the individual said, they pay for the diagnostic. Which i think they should since their "good mechanic " couldn't diagnose it was a battery. Im hoping they didn't miss anything else since I paid $1k and my insurance paid alot more $$$ for the accident repairs. Plus we reported there was something wrong with the shifter. I don't feel confident about their availabilities. If a proper diagnosis was even conducted at the EC Crash Champions. The lady's at the desk were very helpful, both at the MV ans EC site. Finally, I have my vehicle back but *** note *** the windows clear coat overstay was not cleaned off in several areas (edges/mid bottom windshield). :(
