Brought my 2025 Tesla Model 3 here for some front end body work after an accident. Kaizen is Tesla certified so they can only order parts from Tesla (no aftermarket/3rd party parts). Was quoted 3 week turnaround time and my car was ready in 2. She looks brand new and had a great experience with Kaizen. Was kept informed the whole time of status and when I picked the car up they had not only washed the outside but vacuumed and cleaned the inside as well! Highly recommend, although, I hope next time I can return under better circumstances. read more

Got some very deep scratches repaired in a very timely fashion. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

I drop my car off to get my side skirt repaired after something scratched it on the road. My car has air suspension which I didn't even think would be a problem because the repair has nothing to do with that at all. But they wait two days to call me after my cars just been sitting in their shop not getting worked on to tell me they can't work on my car because it has 'aftermarket' parts. If you don't work on cars with any aftermarket parts that should've been known before I even dropped my car off and signed your bs papers. Ridiculously unprofessional and a waste of time. read more

Took my Mom's 2017 Nissan Maxima after I had a small incident driving her car and we had (Roxanne Hartland) as our estimator and she was the best. Very rude people! Had an appointment for 9am; showed up 20 min early. First, they struggled to find my file. After 2 people looked for it; one found me in the computer and said the person comes at 9. Had front damage to my car was told they would get on the work that day start breaking down my car, they also informed me that some of my parts could be delayed. Lucky parts where on time however they gave me a deadline of 12/6 assured me we where on track things we good, I call on the 6th I was told my car just got out of paint not ready! I call the day after the person working on my car had an emergency yet the manager again assured me she would put someone on it to finish my car since I needed for my kids appt in LA. I call today the 9th and again told car not ready!! The guy came late to work on my car and now conveniently the manager isn't there who reassured me that my car was going to be done today, so to say the least, I am not happy with the service at all!! Run away from as fast as you can. Took my vehicle there last August, gave the my partial AAA payment of 10734 dollars in September it got cashed. I Dec. I was called and asked to remove my vehicle and take it some where else, which I did, and they would refund my check for $10734. This is a review that's (almost) one year overdue. My friend accidentally drove over the curb due to poor lighting, and the protective shield fell off from under the car. Various warning signs lit up as well, so we immediately stopped driving. I called 5 or 6 collision repair centers in the area and eventually spoke with Michael here at Kaizen. He had a busy day ahead but was still willing to spend 10 minutes listening to me describe how the accident happened and the warnings I was getting. He then explained the likely extent of the damage and my repair options. That was *before* I even decided to let them repair. Since I'm not from the area, I eventually decided to leave the car there and have my friend pick it up once the repair is done. When they got to the car, Michael noticed the shield wasn't in too bad of a shape and said one other option would be to zip-tie it for the time being and replace it when it's more worn out. I've heard dealerships and collision centers slapping on more charges after you bring the car in but never heard of any that tries to save you money. The repair ended up costing me a little less than $200, where a replacement would cost somewhere around $600. What's more: Michael usually gets off work around 5:30 PM but stuck around for another hour to wait for my friend to pick up the car. He said he didn't feel comfortable leaving the key in the glove box, even though I could lock it remotely. I showed my sincere appreciation, and he said it's his job to make sure every customer is satisfied, no matter it's a $100 or a $20K job. I am truly amazed and appreciate Michael's kindness, professionalism, and competence. I would give him 10 stars if I could. I simply cannot recommend Michael or Kaizen enough. If you need your car repaired, look no further. I assure you, it will be in good hands the minute you bring it in. read more

Got send here by insurance I was told in a week I would have my car back that was not the case I had to wait 4 weeks for my car then on top of that they didn't fix all the damage and they scratched the side of my car multiple scratches and left half of the damage from the accident like I showed them and all they did was take a photo and ask me am I sure it wasn't there then started blaming my car cause it's an 2005. His excuse was you have an old car old cars tend to start messing up Like what does that have to do with new scratches that happened in the shop after saying I have photos proof it wasn't there they told me we aren't liabilities for the scratches but we will fix them as a courtesy. They are friendly to get your car into the shop when it's there they forget about it they will not call you and if you call they will ask you to call back cause the person that's handing your car isn't there at the moment then when you finally get on the phone or in the office they basically tell you to go F off in the nicest way possible you don't know when you will get your car here and if you do get it back be prepared for it to be damaged big time!! Every person I see go here has a complaint they don't have people they are short staffed and are doing to do the bare minimum and worst job just to get your car out of there and for them to get another in. I Value my car a lot take good car of it and to be told my cars old and old cars mess up and my car is just messing up is idiotic. go to caliber collision I have brought two cars there and they came out looking new not all scratched up. im still waiting for kaizen collision to fix the scratches and trunk on my car ‍ I just called and got told that they are doing me a favor by fixing my car that I need to be more patience and wait till they have time for my car to come in then told me I might have to wait another week. Went to the new Kaizen collision lemon grove 5/14/20 which used to be Carstar, to get an estimate on my Kia for a scratch on my fender. I have gone to Carstar a couple times. McKenzie took care of me. She looked at my car, told me she would be right back. McKenzie buffed out the scratch her self and saved me hundreds of dollars. This company cares about there customers. My brand new tesla model 3 was hit in parking lot. Not bad. Chipped paint and dent in front bumper under cover. Dropped off on a Monday afternoon picked up Friday and it looks perfect. That had not only detailed car but even charged it for me! They are Tesla certified and had a lot of Teslas in there. I needed a new motor for my passenger window and Amber took great care of me! They got the parts next day, notified me right away and got the work done within an hour of dropping it off.
