Big kudos to Ruby for an amazing customer service. She made this experience a 5 star rating. My insurance told me to come to Gerber and I didn't know what to expect at first. After setting an appointment and coming in for the first inspection, Ruby was very helpful and answered all my questions. We waited for the insurance told approve the claim and I made another appointment for a drop off. Ruby was very meticulous about the job. She inspected everything and recommended what was needed to make sure the car was safe and drivable. When it was almost done, Ruby called me to come pick it up and we went another walk through. From the outset, my communication with Alexis and Estimator Albert was excellent. Scheduling with Alexis for the estimator was seamless, and I received the quote promptly. Throughout the repair process, the Estimator kept me informed with consistent messages. Initially, I thought I would use their services again in the future. However, my opinion changed when I noticed the quality of their work and how they treated my vehicle afterward. Good value, not great. I deducted one star due to the technician's oversight: they failed to inform my Estimator that the new bumper required a new bracket for proper attachment to the frame. As a result, the bumper was sticking out and loose after the repair. This issue was not present when I initially brought in my car. Albert discussed the matter with the mechanic, who acknowledged the need for the bracket. However, I was surprised that they didn't address this before I picked up my car or inform me of the additional time required for the fix. They wanted me to Come back and have it fix?? That could've been avoided. Another star deduction came from the interior condition. I found several dirty areas, particularly on my leather seat. It appeared as though someone had rubbed their dirty shoes against the headrest and wiped their hands between the leather part of the headrest and the back side of the rear seats. Additionally, I discovered an old light bulb from the damaged light and an unused clip in my trunk. I guess I'll take care of cleaning up the mess after the repair. No worries! read more

My car was hit by a driver that was pulling up to a spot next to me, which left a sizable dent. Fortunately, they took responsibility so their insurance was able to settle everything within a matter of days. I was recommended Gerber by the at-fault party's insurance. Ruby examined my car for a couple minutes and came up with a preliminary estimate within an hour after leaving. I was then able to drop off my car to begin the repair and after a full examination, they found more damage and adjusted the estimate accordingly. My car was originally estimated to be fully repaired in 14 days, which was lowered to 10 days, but they actually finished the repair within 7 days. They update you via phone call and through text, with a link to a tracking system which I found pretty neat. When I got my car back, you couldn't tell I was ever hit! No dent, no scratch, and they replaced the door edge film. There was also damage to the rim (paint from the other car), which they fixed and they also repaired a curb rash I had on that rim! I also had a prior scratch on the lower bumper on the opposite side of the car, which they had painted over which was unexpected but I do appreciate it. They do provide rides to/from Enterprise, which was great as I didn't need to uber or arrange a ride from a friend or family. Needless to say, I am amazed with Gerber's top quality work and I would be confident to bring my car back if I ever need to. read more

I initially left a very good review because as far as fixing the damage to my vehicle I think they did a great job. However after taking my car home and viewing it in sunlight, I noticed something about my paint. My car was dirty when I dropped it off because it had just rained so I know they washed it or wiped it down, but however they did it or whatever they used caused swirl marks throughout the entire car, including my lights as well as my brand new visors. I think at the end of the day, people just want a car company that is honest and fair. This place is it! follow my story.....so, in June of 2023, I had damage to my back right fender. Essentially, someone tried to park next to me, overestimated, and hit my car as they pulled in, then they pulled out and left. I called Progressive and they said since my deductible is $500, whatever the end price is of the repair they will cover it. However, my rates would most likely go up. I called Gerber Collision, and the lady who answered the phone said that if I bring my car in, regardless of the price they will have Progressive cover it. I asked, "What if the price is less than my deductible?" She replied, "We still will bill them, once you drop your car off here, we bill them." So I went in and talked to a nice woman named Ruby, who was the estimator, and told her my predicament. Not only did she understand, but she said essentially that if my care repair is less than the deductible she will call me ahead of time and ask if I just want to pay out of pocket instead, that way Progressive won't get billed and my rates won't go up. I was thrilled, especially because the lady at the front told me the opposite. When Ruby inspected the damage to my car she highlighted it with her little pen and then in a red pen she highlighted another scratch on my front right, that wasn't serious, at the same time it was unrelated to the accident. She called and told me my bill would only be $380 bucks and she also had her guys fix the unrelated scratch for free because it wasn't that serious.
