this place is INCREDIBLE! They are super knowledgeable, super fast, and super great at communicating! And they really do go above on beyond: I had a 3rd party decal on the back instead of the regular Tesla logo, and I had ordered a replacement because my trunk was being swapped, and they even offered to do the installation for me! Fix auto took really good car of me with the great tip to keep the case open for awhile. I can't blame them at all for all this new features on modern cars that break and go bad months after the repair. I'm sure these days the dings and dents are easy fixes compared to all the sensor, camera, motion motor, computer garbage repairs. Fix auto took care of my needs with all the fancy computer scanning diagnostic expensive programming junk that I'm not going to the dealer and paying an arm and a leg to hopefully and eventually get right. Someone drove into the back side of my beautiful new car less than a week after I bought it. I was so upset. I scoured yelp & google reviews to find the right shop for repairs. All the certified BMW repair shops got pretty bad reviews. After spending a week researching, I decided to get an estimate from Fix Auto Northridge as their reviews on every platform were impeccable. Greg was very nice & got me in for an estimate later that week. I went to the busy shop and was met by a very friendly team. They checked out the damages & put together the estimate for insurance very quickly. I was concerned about matching the metallic white paint, but Greg quickly eased my worries. I was bummed when I found out I'd have to wait 2 months to actually get the repairs done as they are insanely busy, but I just couldn't stand the thought of going somewhere else & potentially getting sub-par results. It was totally worth the wait! I dropped my car on Monday morning & got a rental from the nearby Enterprise- super convenient. Greg said it would take at least a week. With the crazy rain, I thought for sure it would delay the repairs, so I wasn't holding my breath. I was shocked when he called me Thursday to pick up the car- nice surprise. Well, they 100% lived up to their reviews. My car is absolutely perfect! And on top of that, they completely detailed my car even better than the dealer did when I bought it. Their level of customer care is like no other. Not only was everyone friendly and attentive, they went above and beyond by doing some extras that saved me a ton of stress (& possible botch-job if I tried it myself). After someone hydroplaned into my car after the rain I opened a claim with my insurance and they sent me here for repairs. I'm so glad they did. Upon turning in my car they were professional and quick to help me. They gave me an estimate of time they would need and ultimately finished before that time frame. Just amazing. I took my car there due to the great reviews for this shop and for the previous name they used before becoming a part of the Fix chain. The owner was there and very pleasant to interact with; always a good sign. They kept me up to date on the repair at all times and finished the job early. When I received the car back it looked as good as new. They even pointed out and documented an improper previous repair to the same area. Almost a year later I dropped off another vehicle there and had basically the same experience with the addition of them going above and beyond the estimate and buffing out a paint mark that had marred my mirror. The repairs looked as good or better than new with great paint and superb panel figment. The car was done in half the time my adjuster had quoted. The car was spotless outside and the interior had been wiped down. Crazy good for any auto collision shop, regardless of your preference. Now I've headed in for my third experience and have so far been so impressed with their service that I felt the need to write this review. The communication before and during my visit was smooth and clear. Including the coordination with my insurance company Farmers Insurance (The shop is in Farmers network of body shops as well as an approved Tesla Collision center).
