Someone hit my Escalade in a parking lot. Paint scratch on the bumper and it popped out the quarter panel as well. Took it to Fix Auto and they have me a very reasonable quote, spent time with me explaining the work that would need to be done, and have me a schedule as to when it would be completed. I took my truck in to Fix Auto after getting rear ended at a stoplight. They were great! They were super nice and accommodating. They were able to fix my bumpers and lights that had been damaged in the accident in a short amount of time. Phil was great! He explained everything to me and how the process would go. Finally picked up my car and another rep noticed the bad experience and helped with adjusting some of the deductible. Made appointment via State Farm and met with a guy named Javier. Went in for the estimate. The guy was straight up rude. There was obvious damage on the door and yet he refused to put it on estimate until I brought the car in for repair. I called out on his lies and he just yelled you can go somewhere else and walked away. Very unprofessional and rude. read more

Stay FAR FAR AWAY from this shop. At any and all costs. And if you for whatever reason choose this shop, and Andres is the one to handle your vehicle, IMMEDIATLY request another person to assist you. He will throw temper tantrums over the simplest things, because you want information about your own car. On top of receiving the worst service I've ever received, the shop is just down right shady. After 4 months of having my vehicle, it was finally ready for me to pick up. Only for my car to tell me it needed to be serviced again 2 days later. I took it back to them the following week, and after having my car for 2 more weeks, driving it around and never reaching out to me, my insurance company told my the shop says my vehicle had signs of being in another accident. When I, for a fact, had not hit anyone or anything. They truthfully dont deserve the 1 star rating that I gave, but since there isnt a lower option, it'll have to do. read more

I left my car to get fixed after getting rear ended in a car accident that left my bumper misaligned. Since the insurance company deemed my car a total loss, Fix Auto didn't repair my car. But when the mechanics put my bumper back on my car, they did it so well that you could barely tell that I had been in an accident. Therefore, the police wouldn't stop me with a fix it ticket. Please do NOT get your auto repair here! We brought in our car for a minor repair. There was legit smelly only 2-3 very small superficial dents around the rim of the back wheel from an accident that occurred going about 3 mph. Initially there was also a significant amount of paint that rubbed off on our car, but it was apparent that it was superficial. We got an initial estimate for a whopping $6,000! That included 20+ hrs dedicated to "paint work". At this point, we put in about 3-4 hrs of elbow grease and car polish that removed 100% of the paint defect. We then took it back for a final estimate along with our insurance agency estimate and the price went down to $2,000 to fix the dent and a tiny chip in the wax layer, needing our car for about 4 business days. Already we thought this place is gouging us based on how terrible the original estimate was, but we decided to keep them because our insurance company chose them. Things only got worse. They kept the car almost a full two weeks after making up excuses about delays multiple times and claiming they needed to replace the entire quarter portion of the car and DOUBLED the final estimate to almost $4,000. This didn't matter so much for cost as we maxed our deductible for the insurance but they proved to be inconsiderate, unable to provide an accurate estimate, and provided horrible customer service. We had added inconvenience of dealing with a car being the shop much longer than expected and we will never come back to this place. read more

Omar lies and doesn't remember them. But, I guess that's common with everybody if you lie. I had a horrible horrible experience as far as saying he will call me right back that day and then three days will go by and don't hear from him and then I call him and he tells me something different. This went on for six weeks. In the end my car was fixed. It was a minor issue which should have been done and taking care of in a couple of days. There was one thing that bothers me extremely. They Park their vehicles in the disabled parking spot, including the hashtag area next to it, which is illegal. I said something to them and they just brushed It Off. That's okay because on a daily basis I will be calling Santa Clara Police and have them handle it. When people Park in those spaces without a placard they get a big ticket and possibly Towing. They have no right parking there. They are being extremely selfish because there are people that need to use it because they are disabled and not able to walk very far like me and fears of falling . I am disabled and the first time I went there I had to park in the street and had a very difficult time walking to the door. I said something to the girl behind the desk and she said yeah they parked there because they need to. Really? I wonder what Santa Clara Police would say about it. I went there on three occasions and each time one of their vehicles parked there. The reason I know is because I sat there in the lobby and saw them parking their vehicles there.. Hello Santa Clara police? I said something to Omar and he said the same thing. Wow. Because of the non caring for the disabled don't spend a cent at this business. I was asked by my insurance company to go to Fix Auto to pick up my personal belongings from my totaled car and to sign the release form. Called first and Sheldon answered the call. By the time I got there, he already took out everything and put them in a bag and handed it to me. When I saw a $100 note in the bag, I asked Sheldon where he found it, and he said in a corner area he could not remember. Very impressed, I wanted to give him $20 as my way to say thank you, and he said he is the owner and does not need the money. :) That was so kind and sweet of him, and I was very touched and impressed. Not many people would do this nowadays. Just for this reason alone, I will visit Fix Auto whenever I have a auto body shop need. Also shared this with my neighbor, and she was impressed as well. I had a great experience here. USAA chose it for me, since it was close to my work. I was kinda iffy at first, because I wanted something legit with "Collision center" in the title of the shop. However, I went on google, and read a good review. Went to their website, and it looked like a nice clean place. So I went-- I had some scratches on my bumper, took it in on Monday Morning. and to my surprise, I received a call that it was done Tuesday afternoon. That was SUPER quick, and my bumper looks brand new. I probably would have gotten some crappy Ford if I went to Enterprise but instead, they gave me a Civic to drive as a rental. Anyway, they made my whole car fixing experience very easy and worry-free. I didn't even have time to fill up the tank the whole way, and they told me not to worry about it. Struggled to get an updated estimate. Took them almost a week to send that over as we decided to get scratches fixed that the insurance had not approved. When I finally got the car back it had scratches that weren't there before and I had to wait while they buffed them out and touched the car up. I was on my way to work in this crazy rain we have had these last couple days and my back window just slipped into the back door, I googled the closest auto place near my office and read the great reviews so called and got right in. Got a great quote and day later had the repair completed, in the meantime they covered the window to keep the rain out and then when I went to pay, the cost was much less then they quoted, to my surprise I asked why and the owner told me he discounted the cost! I took my car in due to insurance recommendations Omar helped me told me what they were going to do I left 2 wks later came to pick it up my car was 2 different colors I pointed it out to him he said ok leave it we'll get the right color.. I left called him the very next morning told Omar if you can't get the right color don't do it.. he said no we will.. a few days later went to pick it up very early morning couldn't really notice till I drove off parked at work and notice it bright white car! Not my original color so I called Omar asked him if the painted the entire call he started laughing and said no! I gave him facts about why I know he did he admitted they touched up back bumper I said why would you do that if it wasn't part of the accident he kept laughing I told him I was going to call the insurance to report them and hung up! Finally got pictures of my original color and will have Honda repaint it! Omar you think because i was a girl you could pull this off SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR SHOP! The work on my car took almost a month for a 1 week job. When I went to pick up the car the first time, the quality of work was so bad I rejected pick up and had them finish the job. There were paint drips, unfinished surfaces, and inconsistent textures throughout the parts of the car that they touched. After they worked on the issues, I went to pick up the car for the second time. Once again, the quality of work was low. I felt as though they had only done the bare minimum. I pointed out the changes that needed to be made including removing new paint drips, new body damage next to where body panels were removed, and incorrectly installed molding. The "car detailing" left the interior worse off than when I dropped the car off. After correcting these issues I was finally able to pick up my car. Overall a very poor experience. read more

After all said and done I dropped off my car and picked it up 10 days after. Now since my deductable was high I had to pick and choose what not to repair like my rims and little cosmetic places. After I picked up my car I notice they buffed out a lot of my scratches. Even the scratches on the non damage side. The process was quick and painless (took my car in on a Monday and got it Wednesday). When I got my car back I was speechless! You would never had known it was ever in an accident! The bumper was reconditioned and painted to match my car and the job was seamless! They even took out some unrelated dings and dents! Very unprofessional and does not own up to their own mistakes. Their employees had left their orange peels to rot in our center console and left a leaky water bottle in the cup holder which filled up the entire console with water. When called about it, they did not take ownership of it and basically said it could not possibly of been them even though they were the only ones to have possession of our car. So a short while ago, my Challenger was involved in a Front-End Collision. I thought, based on the extent of the damage, the vehicle would be totaled. However, Javier (Manager) and the guys gave me an estimate of the cost and time frame of 8 days. I didn't think the job was even doable. Whatever it was, I trusted the shop to perform; the shop is Insurance-recommended. At some point throughout the given time frame, I found out the job completion date would be postponed to a later date, because of electronic issues incurred on my headlights. I found out later, that the issue was in part due to an aftermarket installation that I had previously installed. Upon finding out that I wouldn't be receiving my vehicle as soon as I had expected, Javier was very graceful and receptive of my frustration. He offered a rental vehicle from Enterprise, paid for by the shop. Sure enough, I got a rental vehicle of my choice. The job itself, is immaculate. When I picked up the car, I could not believe it was mine. It looked brand new! I would recommend this shop to anyone. These guys are professionals and understand the value of customer service. As for their craftsmanship, my insurance company recommended them. All the work is certified. read more

Dad's car needed work so we came in... The staff was very friendly and efficient! Our first visit, we stopped by around 4PM and quickly got an estimate. What sucked was that we couldn't just drop the car off (they didn't have the part - rear bumper)... But I guess that wasn't a big deal... They said the earliest they'd have it was about a week later.... I asked guy if they did any drop off service... but he said he didn't.. but he kindly asked where we lived... and I told him the general area... and he said that if we needed it.. he'd drop us off (we don't live too far from here) Our second visit was to drop off the car... and everything went smoothly... as they were already prepared for us to come in (we spent like 20 minutes moving all of my daddy's personal stuff out of the car!!! I don't know why he didn't already do this!)--we signed the papers & we on our way. Our last visit was to pick up the car (duh?).... The car was done when promised and everything looks good! The color seems to match pretty well (although I haven't had a chance to have a super close look at it yet).. All in all... a good experience. :) Best thing about this place... You don't have to wait! I really like the other body shop I went to (they worked directly with the insurance company that I was getting my car fixed through).. but the location I dropped off my car was inside another facility... and only one guy worked... so there was usually always a wait to talk to the guy.... (I guess I could have gone to their main location... but this was much closer!) but this place... they're super prepared and super friendly.
