Today I went to Cabe Toyota dealer to check on my vehicle because i was having some problem again with my remote connect and other electronic on my vehicle. I was told by a service advisor name Mike Zimmerman that who ever put my car together electronically ( the ECU harness and other stuff did it wrong) some of the computer system was not even put in the bracket. They said that it was double sided tape to a panel which is very un safe. As days goes by i see more problem is this vehicle that what the Fix Auto signal Hill fix. It makes me wonder what if they actually properly put things together? or they just double sided tape everything. This is very unsafe. I robert cabradilla is 100% certain now that this fix auto signal hill is not very safe to bring your car to fix. I was told at cabe toyota to that next time i would have to pay out of my pocket for all they did today, they just waive it because they did not know that auto fix signal hill is the one who put the car together. Its a good thing that the dealer catch it before i got in to any kind of accident. The worse part is Fix Auto signal hill give me lifetime warranty on what they put, thats worse because i don't want to bring my vehicle to them anymore. We brought in our Tesla Model 3 after a parking lot accident - while stopped in an aisle, someone back into the side of the car damaging the rear passenger door and quarter panel. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Fix Auto worked directly with our insurer, Allstate.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The car needed a new door and repaired quarter panel. Fix Auto told us the work would take around 3 weeks, depending on how quickly a new door was available from Tesla. In fact, the door was available quickly and Fix Auto was able to complete the work in just 10 days. The body and paint work are excellent. The paint is very flat and smooth (no orange peel effect) and the door seam gap is very even (better than new?). The blue metallic color looks exactly the same in the repainted areas and original areas. Usaa full coverage insurance on my Audi monthly is $131 with a $1000 deductible for full coverage insurance and if I'm ever in an accident and the other person is at fault, after inspection, what I went to fix auto for, to get an estimate, in which they were slightly off when I first got there, I had to call my insurance to make sure I was talking to the right person, they then got it right and seen me same day when I came in, at first the lady who was at the desk said something different than my insurance guy but then she got it right, so a little off, but otherwise I only went so far for an estimate. Updated after receiving my car back My Tesla "looked" good but ... My key card was lost and they tried to give me a messed up key that was not connected the other guy that was taking care of my car told me he ordered a new set of keys i arrived to this place asking for my key to find out the guy was fired... My back seat were they worked on my car is stained and I paid to get it detailed and it still does not go away!!! My car was super dusty when I got it back and a scratch in the cup holder that was not there before pretty dissatisfied with this place I dropped my rental off here and then rental company calls and says it hasn't been returned.. read more

Had my car repaired here as it was a preferred vendor for State Farm. Car was fixed in 3 weeks which was ok. Good updates. The first day driving the car the front tire came off and we crashed the car. They "fixed" the car but when we got a service light on saying needs serving. We brought it to the BMW dealership. So many problems!! The brakes were wrong the sensors were off there now is there is an oil pan leak. I spoke to Miguel and he said he would make it right. He has refused to reply to any calls or emails. I will have to take further legal action to recuperate the cost of the repairs. read more

After my quote from Long Beach Collision Center, I stand by my review. LB Collision gave me an estimate at HALF the price and said they could get it done in three days. Here's an approximation of my experience with Fix Auto: The receptionist was truly useless. Took me 30 minutes to get a loose estimate on how long a bumper replacement would take. Receptionist: "When are you going to bring it in?" I'm not sure, I want a time estimate first so I know how long I'll be without transportation. I got an estimate from you guys for my front bumper. I may also want to get my back bumper fixed, but right now I just want a time estimate on one repair. "Okay let me put you on hold." "We can't give you a price estimate for your other bumper unless we see it." Great, I never asked. How long will the repair of one bumper take? "Let me put you on hold." "Okay we won't know the time estimate until we see your other bumper." OKAY, HOW LONG FOR THE ONE YOU GAVE THE ESTIMATE FOR? This is the ONLY reason I'm calling. One, two, three, four days? Two weeks? "Let me put you on hold." Getting an answer was like pulling teeth. I was on hold for 25 out of 30 minutes of this call. Eventually she said the repair would take 1.5 weeks. I'm confused why it took so long to give an estimate. Based on other reviews, it seems like they lie about repair times regularly, so why not pull something out of their ass? Before choosing this location I called to see their availability for appointments as it was during the holidays. Before I could make an initial appointment I had to first choose them through my insurance so that my claim information could be relayed to them. This was a reasonable request and I only took a few minutes. When making the appointment for the initial estimate they had a variety of appointment times available that would accommodate my work schedule. Since my car was drivable it wasn't as urgent. I just got the initial review of the car damages with the estimator Veronica. She was pleasant and Professional. After my estimate arrived a few days later ( I still had my car), they were able to pre order the parts so that I was t without a car longer than necessary. When the parts came in they notified me and I was able to schedule the repair work for the next week. In total I was without a car for less than a work week. I was updated frequently on the repairs. When I picked up the vehicle it had been washed and vacuumed. Looked better than when I brought it and repairs were done well. I was totally satisfied. read more

Please read this before you take your car to this body shop. This is what they did to make me unhappy. 1- At first they were supposed to inspect the car after my accident, they just showed me the observable damages. They did not check the dashboard or anything beneath the car. 2- Initially they said the job was going to be done in 2 weeks, then they extended it to 3 weeks and then to 4 weeks. 3-Meanwhile they lied to me by saying everything is fixed we are just waiting for the muffler to arrive. When I visited the body shop I noticed they had not fixed anything. 4- They waited so long that my insurance rental car allowance expired and this way they forced me to accept installing the damaged muffler. I had no choice because they told me we cannot predict when the new muffler would arrive, and so I had to pay for the rental car for months of waiting. 5- On the day of checking out I noticed the airbag light was on I asked them why they didn't fix it. First, they said we don't have the equipment to diagnose the airbag sensor and then they changed their position and said this is not related to the accident and refused to fix it. I had to go to Lexus dealer to fix the problem and they told me it was related to the accident. 6- When I took the car home I noticed the back door window opener was not working. I went back to the shop and they refused to fix it saying it is not related to the accident. 7- After they fixed my car I felt there is an extreme wave of hot air coming out from beneath my car I have no idea what they did in installing the muffler but I'm scared to go there and ask before they said we'll call the police if you show up here. I selected them because of there ratings, but after having them waste my time, telling me that my vehicle can be repair in no time, than calling me the next day to pick up my car cause they can get to it till maybe a month, REALLY!! Just wasting someone's time for no reason, and there communication within them self is horrible. Took my 21' civic here to get fixed since they had good reviews. My bumper was messed up, my tire was rubbing on the inside of my bumper, and all my emergency lights were on. First off, they had my car for over a month even though they gave me an estimate of 2 weeks to be done. When I got my car back, my bumper was loose, my tire was still rubbing on the inside, all my emergency lights turned back on in a week, and my brake on my left wheel started rubbing. They only fixed 2 things out of like 6 problems. Their communication is awful. There were 5 different occasions I called regarding my car and I was promised a call back. Not a SINGLE time did they actually call me back. Do not take your car here unless you want your time wasted. read more

I had to get my bumper fixed due to a hit and run and the moment I set them as my collision center I received a call right away. They took 1 day to do an estimate and let me know what the quote was before I gave the go ahead to fix my car. It took about 2 days to get everything done. They were thorough in their explanation in their processes and answered all my questions with patience and respect. They continued to call and text updates so I was always aware of what was going on. I recently had side-swipe damage to my Tesla Model S (they are indeed Tesla certified). I took my car in late on a Monday. Abraham conducted an overview of the damage, walked me through the repair process, and estimated the car would be completed next Thursday. Abraham and Natalie were outstanding, the communication was top-notch. I received a text just about everyday providing updates. I also received a couple phone calls from Abraham throughout the week letting me know everything was on schedule. As stated, my car was competed and ready for pick up on Thursday. And even more important, it looked great! I can't see or notice any of the prior damage. It looked better than before the accident! Shiny & new, exceeded all expectations. And, oh yeah, they worked with my rental car company. The rental company came to pick me up when I dropped off my car. I came here a not even a year ago last May through my insurance USAA to have my car fixed with damage that occurred. They fixed my car and it's been 7-8 months the paint has worn off and I can see he EXACT pattern that the damage looked like before. USAA told me that they should 100% be under a warranty and they should fix it. WELL the manager came out and he claims it was NEW damage. Do you guys keep track of what you fix because this is the exact same pattern before my car was damaged but the manager claims my car was hit and the damage was new?
