Horrible, took my car in for an insurance fix and they forgot to replace many OEM parts of the car. There's a protective sticker on the rear bumper for the trunk that they didn't care to replace, TPMS wasn't plugged in properly and others little bits and pieces. Reached out to them VIA phone, can't seem to get a call back when I've tried to call multiple times throughout the week. Reached out VIA email multiple times, no response. I went to Fix Auto because it was AAA approved them. so I called them to ask if you need to make an appointment for an estimate and they said no just as long as you don't come at 4:30 so I went in first thing in the morning and the first question they ask was do have appointment I told the girl no and explained what I was told on the phone so I filled out the paper work and she went out and took a few pictures never really looked at what needed to be done and said we will email you the estimate and to this day never received anything so I do not recommend you take your car there read more

I have used this body shop for years and when I wanted to make an appointment for some work done, they were so rude on the phone that I've decided not to give them my business anymore. When I told them I'd been really sick and needed to come in 20 minutes later than my appointed time, he told me that's not possible. Ok, you can't accomadate me, but do you then have to talk to me like I'm a 3 year old girl?! My insurance provided me with a check to repair my car, so I took my car in for an estimate. They took pictures and said they would email me the estimate. Now over a week later I call and they had no records of the pictures they took of my car in their system. Then they realized it was still on the girls phone that took the pictures. After all that she says they can't provide an estimate because I've already received an estimate through my insurance so they would just need to schedule me for repairs. I think not. This place is incredible. They're friendly, communicative, efficient and so honest. I destroyed my paint job, dropped my car off, and Candice was so sweet and welcoming. She walked out to my car with me to look at the damage and explained in detail what I could expect during the repairs. They sent multiple texts and calls to update me on the progress of the repairs, and even offered to wash my car because they weren't too busy at the time. Pickup day comes. Candice is so sweet, she explains everything to me and walks me out to the car. She told me their technician found an issue with a previous repair done by another auto shop. Amazing! Candice showed me where the issue was. I can't believe the five star treatment here. I think customer service is non existent in the Bay Area these days, everyone's just too busy to be kind or caring. But Candice and the team were outstanding. read more

I loved the team at Fox Auto! They have dope music, sweet candy and a lit coffee machine with colored pods that look like condoms. The machine is on a tripping tool box. They have a totally cool lifetime warranty on repairs and my bro at Enterprise will pick you up. The complimentary vehicle cleaning was so awesome I asked if they do this as a side gig. I went to Fix Auto Sunnyvale after someone hit my parked car (yay!). Luckily the person was kind enough to leave a note and insurance covered all the damages, so I can't speak to their pricing but my car came out looking like new and was ready sooner than estimated. They even buffed an unrelated scratch on my car at no additional cost (didn't completely fix the scratch, but it looks a lot better than it did before!). You don't expect to get hit in your car windshield by something flying out of the truck in front of you, and you surely don't expect it at 1:00 am while driving home from a family graduation. But that's what happened to me in my 2003 Mazda Tribute. I tried to dodge and ended up on the side of the road in the bushes with a horribly cracked windshield and badly damaged bumper. Thankfully I carry full coverage insurance. My company referred me to Fix Auto in Sunnyvale. I called and found out they were only a few blocks away from me. Jason Pinon answered the phone and was so thoughtful and professional. He had my bring in my poor old "girl", assessed her damages, and said he'd call by Friday with the repair estimate. He called Thursday (a day early) and got me a great repair price. I was able to drop off my car on the following Monday with the info that she should be done by Friday. Jason and his super-nice dad even helped facilitate the rental car. When I went to pick her up...WOW! My old girl looked like a brand new car. All damage taken care of, NEW Mazda logo on the front, old scratches taken care of, and the entire car buffed and shining with a gorgeous sparking clear coat. I didn't even recognize my car! Jason walked me through all the repairs made and showed me what had been down. They have a great guarantee on all repairs and he said if I had any questions to call any time. I've had car repairs before. The places and people are usually "hurry up and knock it out" and their people border on rude. Not here. These folks in Sunnyvale go out of their way to make sure you're happy. I will 100% be referring them, and I will never again go anywhere else for needed auto body repair.
