They even washed and detailed the inside for me and touched up another boo-boo on the bummer. They even nailed the color of my car, which my biggest concern. It had to match and it absolutely does. Just picked up my car from the shop, wow I am amazed at how new my car looks! Now I have brought my car here many times and I am surprised at some of the reviews on here. I always get great service, they try to keep me in the loop as to what is being done to my car and I get to meet the technicians actually working on my car because they give the option to check on your car during repairs. Fix Auto did an amazing job fixing my car, which was t-boned very badly ... The driver side door had to be replaced, and there were scratches all the way to the rear bumper. It looks brand new, like it did before the accident. My car is only a year old. They also cleaned and detailed my car after it was painted . Fix Auto went above and beyond in their repairs of a relatively minor accident to our Prius C. The actual damage done in the accident is completely repaired and invisible. What surprised and pleased me is that they also touched up some minor paint chips and scrapes elsewhere on the body, totally unrelated to the accident, at no extra charge. Also they COMPLETELY detailed the car before returning it to us. I haven't seen the cargo deck so clean since we left the dealer's lot 6 years ago! I'd recommend them to anyone! read more

I had some scratches caused by the automatic garage door on the back of my car. I was welcomed by friendly Angel who took care of my car a couple years ago. He remembered me and game the estimate in timely manner. He found that the shop had the right paint and asked a painter at the shop to touch up the damage for free. Our car was stolen, used off road, was lived in and abused as much as can be considered. The exterior was badly scratched, vertually all exterior trim was either missing or damaged, the interior was filthy, and the engine compartment full of dirt and debris.
