Brought my QX6", 2014 Infiniti for some required repairs, dents, scratches, and paint jobs. Took them 2 days to get back to me with a quote! The price was too high, Caliber Collisions had quoted me, which was an exorbitant $9000.00. I told the manager no and that I will come pick up my car. When I got there they did not put the car parts back they was I brought it in. Missing clips missing parts and covers and missing side real panel. I complain about the issue and the manager said he needs to find the missing parts and ask the shop guys. That took 1 hour. Not a good experience. I left this place still with missing parts. My husband got REAR ENDED and I'm just glad he's safe. He contacted The Insurance Company and got everything settled out. We had another car so we didn't need a rental car... I would just have to take him here to drop off the car. They were pretty FLEXIBLE with having us drop off the car prior to the appointment... They fixed our bumper and it looked like it's brand new again. The ONLY thing missing was the EMBLEM so we had to come back to drop off the car another day for the emblem to be installed... Back in April, a car on the 15 South lost partial control of their truck and hit several "cone dividers" that separate the regular lanes with the express/carpool lanes. Unfortunately for us...the debris hit our Honda Passport, as the truck recovered and drove away. We contacted our insurance company and they referred us to Caliber in Murrieta. We met with Gloria at Caliber and she was outstanding. She reviewed the damage and explained to us the process and how Caliber would fix our car. We had damage to the hood and windshield and we were surprised to know that their windshield shop was across the street. We also needed a rental and the rental company was less than 1/2 a mile from the shop. We loved that they had multiple partners nearby which made it very convenient for us. We were able to get a rental with very little hassle, as they were practically next to the auto body shop. Gloria was very communicative during the next few days and Caliber was able to have our car ready in less than a week, as they took advantage of their nearby partners. When we picked up the car our custom tinted Windshield was from HONDA, not from a third party company, and the hood looked like it was never damaged. Our Pearl White Custom Paint looked like it was never marked up. I would most definitely recommend Caliber for those that might need auto body work. read more

This was my 2nd visit to this location who is contracted/referred by my insurance. I had an appointment with Drake who I would not recommend and who I requested not to deal immediately after scheduling an appointment. After 3 days, Drake phoned me with an estimate. It seemed quite high and he verbally told me the cost included buffing a head lamp not replacing it. He said my insurance would receive the estimate shortly and need to review because the cost was close to the value of the car. Six minutes after hanging up, I received a text from Copart with a contract to purchase my now totaled vehicle. I tried calling Drake back (this was on 5/14) and he has never called me back. Called the shop the next day because I still plan on repairing my vehicle. I was told I cannot bring my car there or to any Calibur now that it is a loss. I then requested a copy of my estimate and was told they were unable to provide. When I got a copy of the estimate, there was a cost to replace the head lamp (instead of buff), there was a note of chips in my windshield that are not actually there, and a note about clear coat issues on my driver side door and passenger. I had requested a separate quote to repaint my driver side doors because there was an issue with the driver door only. It was Drake who said he would recommend NOT painting the passenger door because it was factory paint and looked fine. Drake was not honest with me nor with some details noted on the estimate that ultimately labeled my car as a loss. The estimate was $2600. I obtained a new estimate today from a non contracted (with my insurance) body shop that will buff the lamp vs replace and the total was $1894. This place is overpriced and dishonest. I would not recommend anyone to this shop and definitely would advise to avoid dealing with Drake. read more

From day 1 she explained things to me, called me with updates or an advisory and pushed to get parts faster. They were reasonable, quick and I had my car back in roughly 3 weeks. Given the severity of damage, I was amazed at how rapid. The car drives as smoothly as ever and the body shop matched my car color. It was explained to me that after 7 years, the car is no longer the original color so they had to mix and match to assure all was identical. My car repair was very long (understandable because this is a Fiat 500 and needs special order of the parts). The body work is okay and the paint job is useable. But they made one tiny dent(if the representative lady(Tay who was very nice) not tell me this mistake I cant see and no bothering me ) but they promised to fix this and they will be send the guy who fixing this problem. Never happened!! When they disassembled the car every switch or lamps was work very well, wasn't any problems!! They removed the driver side door and's hatchback door, after the assembly the back mirror switch wasn't working the license plates lights and the 3rd brake light too. I sent the message and let them know them the same day and when we had appointment again they told me the switch has a problem and the light bulbs. Okay I believed them and ordered the new switch and lights. Not the switch or lights was the wrong, they made some issues with the wire harnesses. They're asking me, to please give feedback for our service many times via email and text , but I waited they solving the problem and after that. Nothing happened!!This is my feedback. This review isn't based on their work, because I've used Caliber in another city and they did a superb job. The minus two stars for this location is because they tried to charge me more than my deductible because I have a small Knick on my car opposite of the area the car was damaged. I understand the theory as to why they wanted to sand the entire area and repair, but the damage was minimal and I didn't care about having the Knick repaired. Only the damaged area. They wouldn't work on my car unless I paid additional $. Therefore I went to another body shop under my insurance for a new estimate. The new body shop wasn't charging me any additional costs, only the deductible. This shop tried to squeeze extra money out of me. Which is not cool! If you have a question don't drop off your car, get a second opinion at another shop your insurance allows. read more

The bumper is coming apart from the fender...were the clips really installed? Probably not. Thanks! UPDATE AGAIN: ZIP TIES...FLIPPING ZIP TIES. I ended up taking the car back, they gave me a rental since it was going to take a few days, fixed what needed to be fixed, but again, added some other scratches to the car. At this point, I'm over it. A little over a week later I return the rental. Take my car home. Surprise 3 months down the road, enterprise charges me for the rental, after Calliber said they would cover it. I show up to Enterprise and they communicate with Calliber who tells them they're not covering the rental and that was my responsibility. After a lot of back and forward, they assume responsibility but they cannot give me a refund, go figure. They ended up just giving me a visa gift card. Update... 03/05/19 5 stars for Julian and his professionalism. The issues that weren't addressed the first time around weren't his fault. Returning to have these issues fixed a week later, he tried his best to get the problems resolved within his power to do so. 1 star in regards to the quality of work. In our return to have the list of issues addressed, along with another (window rolled down and won't roll back up) issue that wasn't addressed and we are on our own to pay for a problem that started on their watch. They had the car for 2.5 weeks... and it didn't have these issues when we brought it in or we would have had them addressed the first time around. Lesson learned: great personal experience in the front end, terrible quality work and management refused to own that it was their problem to fix the issues that happened while in their shop without submitting a new insurance claim... for our insurance to pay for their sub standard work quality. read more

We our car in here a few times and they've always done a great job. Someone keyed my truck door and Brianna took a look at it and asked if she could have her detail man work on it. About 15 minutes later, she brought it back, they had literally buffed it out while I waited. I think the detail man's name was Rafa? (Sorry if that's wrong) I was blown away! They couldn't get 100% of it out, but if you didn't know where to look (closely) you can't see anything! I really didn't want to run this through my insurance and now I don't have to!
