Avoid at all costs ... I just want my car back to it's original condition - nothing more, nothing less - This place can't accommodate the simplest requests. 1) They were in a rush to accept my vehicle, only to have it sit in the lot for several weeks. By the time repairs started, my rental car reimbursement had been exhausted & I paid out of pocket for the overage - Classic Collision did nothing to assist. 2) Vehicle was not repaired properly. I have emails from GM Chris stating they would "make it right" but it's been 3 MONTHS and still no contact!! 3) Classic Collision told me my vehicle was not equipped with the "hands free" lift gate. I had to provide documents from my dealership showing that the vehicle was in-fact equipped with this option. read more

I was recommended this shop by my insurance company, my truck was vandalized and battery cables were cut amongst other damage, i had the truck delivered to this shop thankfully i took pictures of all the damage. The truck sat at the shop for over a month then finally i get notice that they will not be fixing it so i have the truck picked up and returned to my house, when i inspected the truck i see that there was more damage done after i dropped it off at the shop, i looked at my pictures and their pictures and i see no damage in my pics but there's has all reservoir caps missing and other wire damage. I had an accident on September 4th and I was afraid that it would take my 2024 Tesla Model Y a long time to get fix but the service advisor Daniel informed me that he will do his best to get it done as soon as possible, then 2 weeks later I was contacted by Daniel that the car is ready for pick up. Prior to me picking up my Tesla, we found that there was a minor scratch on my rims that needs to get fixed, then I met with the Service Manager Chris, in which he provided great customer service. I took my vehicle to them on an insurance claim. They charged my insurance company about 10k plus my deductible. For what I paid, I expected a great job. They did give me daily updates, and according to the updates the vehicle was way ahead of schedule. They had it taken apart and painted within the first week. But then they extended the delivery because the paint needed to sit. I picked up my car yesterday after 5pm so it was already dark. The following morning I was able to see all the details that they screwed up. It's a black car! All details are super noticeable. Some of the details were that they sanded the clear to buff and left a whole section dull. Also on the fender you can clearly see all the primer details from the bondo. I worked at a shop for most of my life and I know how it's supposed to look. For 10k I would've gotten a better job in Tijuana. read more

I swerved to avoid a coyote and we'll my car ended up here after lol nonetheless chose this place because they are a certified Tesla location with many great reviews initially. Since day 1 of drop off the company was in good communication until day of pickup. Very responsive with phone calls and emails/text. Outside has several EV chargers and is well kept grounds. Inside is spotless and has a mini fridge with complimentary water, soda and you can even have a hot cup of coffee too. Seating area is comfy with a screen tv. Shop area was spotless and super clean as well. Staff were always polite and social! I did have a issue with 2 clear coat runs but they took it in right away for the correction without hesitation. Would recommend their service here...matter of fact referred one person to this location in which they received good customer service as well while mine was awaiting completion. read more

Very disappointed with my experience at this location. Brought my work truck in on Oct 10th. My insurance approved the necessary repairs the following day. My truck sustained " minor " front end damage. Called in approximately a week later inquiring about the status of repairs. Was told , waiting on parts. Called a week later, was told additional internal damage was observed and additional parts were necessary. Called Nov 1st. Was told truck was being assembled and would be ready Thursday , Nov 2nd or Friday Nov 3rd at the latest. Called Nov 2nd. Was told truck was assembled and being detailed. Would be ready Nov 3rd, Friday afternoon. Called Nov 3rd. Was told , waiting on insurance to make final payment. One story after another. Excuse after excuse. Today, Nov 3rd. Still waiting almost four weeks. I understand this facility is busy but in my opinion, they should reevaluate their standard operating procedures and work on improving their overall customer service department. I also would like to point out that I found it weird that my Tesla M Y P was constantly losing charge as if they used my vehicle to listen to music from during the duration the body shop had my vehicle. If my car was there for service it should not have required a recharge as many times as it did. Your shop was recharging my vehicle every night. I had some damage to the right side of my vehicle from a road rage knucklehead running me off of the road. Geico recommended Crash Collision for the repair and the branch near me was in Winchester, CA. I took the car to them for inspection. They submitted the estimate to Geico, ordered the necessary parts and called me when they were all in. I dropped the car off on Tuesday after Xmas and it was ready for pickup that Friday as promised. Everyone from Lisa at the desk to Dalton the adjuster and others were professional and polite. The work done was excellent and there is no visual difference from the rest of the vehicle. Don't go here if you have a TESLA. State Farm recommended this body shop to repair a broken glass roof on my Model 3. I called Classic Collision to set up the appointment. I spoke with Lisa. Lisa said they do not work on Teslas. I was confused and told her that my insurance specifically recommended them. Then she said "oh ok, we do work on Teslas." Was she lying or just confused? She said she couldn't schedule me until insurance sent in an assignment number. I had insurance do that. Then I got a call from a call center telling me they were ready to schedule the repair. The guy on the phone said, with confidence, they could not schedule me for 2 months. I thought that was ridiculous. So I called the store number again and spoke with Lisa again. To her credit, she got me scheduled for the following week and she clarified that it takes 1-2 months for the parts to arrive. Hearing that my car would sit at the shop for 1-2 months, where the cracked roof may worsen and allow the elements to enter and damage the inside of the car, as well as cause the battery to lose charge for a long period of time, did not sit well with me. I decided to call Tesla directly. The Tesla dealership and service center in Temecula was able to get me in this week and had the repairs done in literally THREE HOURS. I had to do some extra work to get my insurance to cover the bill, but they did. If you have a Tesla that needs repairs, you should go directly through the Tesla dealership. read more

I finally made a formal complaint against their license with the Bureau of Automotive Repair. The moment a State investigator contacted them, somehow, like magic, they replaced my tail light. Yep, it literally took formal State intervention to get a tail light replaced, that was paid for a year ago. Truth is stranger than fiction. read more
