My crazy ex girlfriend scratched my whole car so I had to make a claim. I went to Gio (fix auto upland) because my dad had took a few of our families car there before and he mentioned besides providing good service, they were great people. So I took my 2003 Honda Civic Si in looking like a bucket of rust essentially after the damages it sustained. When I met Gio, we clicked right off the bat and little to no surprise, we came from the same culture. Throughout the whole process, Gio was honest and straight up about everything. He could've just did the work and get the car in and out of the shop to clear space but Instead he told me about some issues that were going to ultimately affect how the job is gonna he done. Let me say that the work that Gio and his guys at Richardson Auto Body did surpassed my expectations. You can see from the photos that the gutter rail on my 96 Ford E250 was pretty eaten up with rust. They took it down to bare metal and fabricated and welded in a metal patch, then they prepped, primed and painted the entire roof, while also replacing the roof mounted brake light. I don't expect this rust to ever come back, and with their lifetime warranty on labor, I don't have to worry about it. You can trust these guys will do the job right! read more

I'm the type of person that typically never writes reviews specifically out of laziness, whether the experience was great or bad. However, I truly believe this this family owned auto shop deserves a review for going more than the extra mile to fix my car. Someone rear ended me and damage my trunk. And in that same week, someone did a hit and run and damaged the side of the driver. I'm a college student on a budget and I was stressing out, on how much it would it to fix the front side of my car. The back of my truck I wasn't worried about since the other insurance is covering for the damages. Gio (an Angel send from heaven) the person who was helping me all through this whole process, told me that he will do the best he can to get it fixed for a reasonable price. When I picked up my car, not only with my trunk fixed but also the driver side was fixed, my car looked like I never got an accident from either end. It look like a brand new car. And personally, I feel like this is a bonus service, I was expecting to come pick up my car with bird poop all over it . But they washed my car and polish the inside. And the only reason why I say this is a bonus is because last year when somebody sideswiped me and I took my car to another auto shop, they did amazing job fixing my bumper. But they didn't do that extra touch. Which is fine. I don't expect auto shops to do this, but like I said, fix auto Upland shop goes the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied in every aspect. I'll definitely be recommending this auto shop to my friends and family if they ever need to do some services on their car. Also, some thing that really loved about Gio he kept an open communication with me, he was constantly letting me know what was going on with the insurance and what was going on with my car. I had finally received my license plates. After waiting nearly 6 months. I bought some frames to put on my car. The back bumper license brackets on my car were broken. I had a hard time finding someone to put on my new frames. Normally I do it myself, but with the brackets broken off, it was difficult. I found this body shop. They were very responsive when I called. It was raining hard, and I just wanted my plates on. They looked at my car, and were able to put them on. I was so grateful. After waiting so long. My Equinox was hit from behind on a Thursday while I was waiting for a red light at the end of an exit ramp. Visible damage included a visible crack to my bumper cover and a few dents in the tailgate. My insurance claim was filed same day and the adjuster searched for a recommended body shop. This Fix Auto location was hands down the highest rated body shop within a 5 mile radius. By Monday, I met the Fix Auto estimator Will who did a thorough exam of the damage, pointed out some things I didn't even see. He took pictures and prepped a prelim estimate for me. I gave the go ahead to order parts and signed some paperwork provided by Jennifer, agreeing to terms and condition. The owner Gio stopped in the office to make sureI was being helped and we got into a convo about insurance. I mentioned that the guy who hit me had Aspire and was told that it was a good thing I was using my company for the repair because they stopped doing work for Aspire. When I parked my car I had left my lights on so I found my car wouldn't start. Will jumped my car and pointed out that the battery post had dried acid corrosion on it. I was able to make it home. Will made sure to keep me informed when the parts came in, when to drop off car for the repair, and when to pick it up--from accident to pickup after repair it was two weeks total. Great people, great communication, great service and great repair quality. Will even used some of the leftover paint to touch up some chips that were unrelated to the repair when I picked up the car.
